Great experience! Previously had a couples massage that I didn’t love, but then I went back for a single massage and it was the best massage I’ve ever had - I wish I got the name of the male masseuse, but I will definitely go again.

I had an amazing experience at this spa on 2271 Broadway! From the moment I walked in to the moment I left, the service was professional and thoughtful. The environment is quiet, clean, and relaxing, making it very comfortable. The massage therapist was highly skilled and paid close attention to my needs, helping me relieve a lot of physical tension. The front desk was also very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend it to anyone looking to relax and unwind!

purchased a 90 minute deep tissue massage through their website. the website says “hot stones and/or cupping are included in massages over 60 minutes.” no one asked which one I wanted so she only did hot stones but I wanted cupping. massage was all over the place. the girl was trying, but she was clearly just winging it. she had no idea how to locate a knot or massage one out. first half of the massage I had the sheet over me and she was just rubbing. she targeted really weird and painful spots and I kept having to ask her to stop. I asked her to focus on my lower right back, which she did briefly, but then went back to just doing random things. no music or ambiance which made it even less relaxing. when I went to pay I told them how no one asked me if I wanted cupping or hot stones. she offered to do the cupping then, but I was already dressed and had somewhere to be. I asked for a discount on the massage and she provided a small discount. but I really hate that I paid almost $100 for a really poor experience. I usually book through groupon and get $40-$50 massages that are much better. I’d never come back here.

I never write reviews, but do yourself a favor and don’t go here. My husband and I went for a massage, and it was way too rough. The cupping wasn’t done right and was really painful. Never again.

My friend and I came to New York for a relaxing mom’s weekend away. I read lots of reviews and decided to book a 90 min massage. I had a male masseuse and during the 1.5 hour massage I asked no less than 4 times to go lighter. He would apologize and then his pressure never changed. When I flipped to my front I looked him in the eye and asked him to not go hard any more. He gave a damn good head massage but when he went back to my lower body he went hard again. I like a medium to medium firm pressure but this was painful. If I don’t have bruises tomorrow it will be a miracle!

This place has great service and everyone is very nice , Cici did my massage today, and she did an outstanding job. You can tell she is passionate about her work, and will make sure to get all the right points on your body. It was very comfortable, and clean , the music was soothing, and the lighting was perfect as well . I got my own private room which was great as well, so it felt even more relaxing. Kevin at the front is also very nice , and made sure it went smooth . I will definitely come back

I just had the most wonderful 90 minute foot/body massage and with Zoe. Excellent pressure. Absolutely necessary after days of moving. The facility was very clean, staff was very kind.
