The best place to go for a great and affordable full body massage. It is very clean/well kept and the staff is very friendly. Highly recommend!

I had a 30min foot massage for 30$ + I tipped. Location, massage chairs, towels etc. is all quite clean and modern. Fair price and overall OK. The foot massage is not 100% recommendable though. Especially I haven't had the feeling the therapist is a very much trained professional, since she massaged intensively and with a lot of pressure my upper side (!) of my foot with her knuckles! After telling her kindly that I'd rather like the bottom of my feet being massaged instead of the top of it, she adapted the massage accordingly though and it was OK. Another thing was that she only knew a very limited range of massage techniques. She pretty much repeated everything after 3-4 minutes. Since I don't know how the other massage options would have been or how other therapists would have done their work, I rate this a 3/5 stars. Another kind proposals for improvement: other massage day spas are offering a hot foot bath before the massage starts, which is not the case here. Also please consider to use massage oil instead of a jar of massage fat; or at least ask the costumer what he/she would prefer.

Came because of an advertisement I got in the mail this summer, and Spa Meig did not disappoint. Staff was super nice and accommodating since I didn’t have an appointment.Massages were great, really listened to areas you want to focus on, and intensity level. Very friendly as well. Definitely recommend!

HEAVEN! A client of mine recommended this spot to me and I had the most divine experience.The staff was so friendly and nurturing. I had a 75 minute massage with Jenni and added cupping to it - which was a dream. I liked that it had the firmness and effectiveness of shiatsu, but they also used oils and it had a very gentle, soothing component as well. I cannot wait to make this a regular part of my self-care routine. What a gem!

As a single man in a cold and uncaring city, I value any place that makes me feel welcome. From the moment I stepped into this place for my first ever massage I was kindly welcomed, and that hospitality continues to this day, several years later. The skill demonstrated by the staff is also exceptional. No other spa I've been to compares.

I don't have enough good things to say about Spa Meig! I was looking everywhere for a place to take my girlfriend for a couples massage. I came across Spa Meig and after reading a few reviews, I thought it would be worth the shot. I couldn't be happier! The service is amazing, we did the full body + feet massage and safe to say it's easily one of the best massages I've ever had. You can't beat the price either. Thank you for a memorable birthday experience for my girlfriend and I!

Great massage! I got a deep tissue massage and it really helped get the knots out of my back and relieved all my muscle tension. Very fair price, too!

Stumbled on to this little parlor on my way to Chinatown. Glad I did! Very reasonably priced and masseuse was so good that I caved and agreed to additional time. No regrets, job well done! Will definitely repeat next time I'm in the area.

I casually walked by this place, but it was the best decision of the week! I got a 30 minute bodywork with Anna. Her deep tissue was amazing with great pressure. I will definitely come back next time I'm in NYC. Also the prices are unbeatable with a great staff. *Side note, your glutes do get worked on*
