From this to THIS ❤️ After my initial review, I was pleasantly surprised to hear back from the salon. The manager, Lisa, personally reached out to me to address my concerns. She was kind, understanding, and genuinely apologetic. She invited me to come back, and I decided to give them another chance. Lisa did my nails herself, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! She listened to my preferences and ensured everything was perfect this time. The experience was so much better—Lisa was easy to talk to, professional, and truly cared about making things right. I really appreciate their dedication to customer service and willingness to fix the situation. Lisa has definitely won me over, and I’m officially a fan! I’ll be back in two weeks for a refill and a pedicure. Highly recommend giving them a try if you’re looking for excellent service. Thank you, Lisa, for turning things around! —————————————————————————— This was my first and last visit to this salon. They charged $80 for an extremely short gel full set, which was disappointing. I initially requested a stiletto shape, and another tech even showed me a client’s hand as an example. My nail tech saw this, and I confirmed that I wanted the same style, just not as long. Despite this, he still cut the nails far too short, leaving square as the only option. To make matters worse, he didn’t even clean the paint from around my nails. The overall experience was HORRIBLE. LOOK AT THEM $80. He did not even clean the paint around the nail. NEVER GO HERE

I went yesterday and received a pedicure and manicure. The pedicure was phenomenal and the women were so nice but the tech that did my nails was not a pleasant experience. I wanted to like this place but after speaking up about how thick the polish was and asking if we could fix it or thin it out she told me she could do it next time and that sometimes it’s thick sometimes it’s thin and $90 is too much to play with sometimes you’ll like it and sometimes you hate it. She never buffed them after applying the dip or shaped them after applying the polish so I came home and fixed the shape myself…. She also constantly commented on my nails being long and how much work it was taking and I just got dip and a chrome overlay. Unfortunately I don’t think I’ll be back if it’s a 50/50 shot I’ll like something I’m spending over $100 on for the service. Again, this may not be the experience for everyone and every tech but I feel inclined to share since I specifically spoke out about it and was told no to my face.

This is the nicest place I've been to in the 2 months I've been here in Memphis. They did a fantastic job and my nails look gorgeous. 😍 to boot they were genuinely friendly and cared about if I was happy with their work. I am happy and will definitely be back.

5 years in midtown, searching for a nail salon…..and I went to Spa Nails today for the first time. Everyone was so nice- the best pedicure I have ever had- thanks Tina! And Cindy did my nails to perfection. I have finally found “My Place”. The other salons do not compare in cleanliness, professionalism and VIBE.

Came to Spa Nails on a work trip in need of repair and so much before before a personal trip. No other salon had the reviews nor would they take walk-ins. Mia took care of me and made sure I was comfy the entire process/time. She was so sweet and we had great convo. Can’t wait to come back!

I enjoy this nail shop! I don’t leave disappointed. Great customer service. The best foot massages and they always make sure the clients needs come first. No wonder why they have the best ratings for nail spas in the midtown area.

I felt like a QUEEN the way I was getting waited on and two of the girls that were working on my hands and feet were HILARIOUS!! Can't recommend them enough!! My polish also did an amazing job of holding up at bonnaroo even! WIN✅️ WIN✅️ WIN✅️😁

I was here from Dallas for an event and needed my nails done I went to spa nails and discovered They over charge for almost everything the pedicure given was not worth the money and my white tip “gel” nails peeled the same day ! when I went back to get them fixed I was made to wait a long time for 4 nails to be corrected ! would not recommend

I was tremendously blessed by the services at this salon. Every tech/staff member was welcoming, with friendly energy. I received a pedicure and a full set, and when I say the lady took her time, she did just that! Nothing was rushed or sculpted crooked, like I’ve experienced in other places. My pedicure was amazing from the massage to her helping remove a callus. I am a new supporter of Spa Nails and will not go anywhere else. Just by their work ethic, they take their art and services very seriously. I’m forever grateful and will recommend to a few others.

Nana is the truth. She never disappoints. She is very good at her craft. I love her. She is the best nail tech EVER!!!!!!!! Together we come up with the most amazing designs. I’ve been going to her for over 2 years now. Every time she reminds me that no one does it like her.

The lady there was super friendly and she gave my sister a super deal to cut her toe nails. I would recommend this place for sure. Nice clean place and they are attentive to you when you walk in.
