their prices are deceiving, we went in to get a pedicure, when they sat us down they gave me and my daughter a list of the prices and what services they offer. We decided on a pedicure and it said 40$ so it would’ve been 80$ in total for both of us. once they were done they couldn’t even properly take off my daughter’s calluses which we had also paid for. once they were finished we were ready to pay but then we were charged 110$. their explanation was that gel costs 15$ but in the list it said that gel was included with the 40$ so the prices didn’t make sense. they should’ve been more clear with the prices beforehand otherwise we wouldn’t had gotten our toes done.

Never again! I used to come here for a specific nail tech but I found out they no longer work there. Seeings how I'd already taken the trip I decided to just stay when I should've followed my gut & left. Red flag #1: The tech got very upset I didn't want my natural nails cut. RF#2: He waited until he was almost DONE to make sure my nails were all the same length & even ( which they're all uneven & he cut my fingers with both the drill & Emory board). The straw that broke the camals back was at the beginning of our session BEFORE I SAT DOWN he told me my services was $45 (all I got was a regular full set short no designs)but when I got to the register he said $55! When I told him he told me $45 he began laughing hysterically & said he didn't say it. Due to MY anger issues & not wanting to make a scene I simply paid him & told him NEVER AGAIN. If you do decide to go anyway DO NOT GO TO VAN AT CHAIR #7!

Left a bunch of glue under my nails and got irritated when I asked to clean them up, Very, very rude and they will expect you to pay for things you didn’t ask for.

My first time and my last time at this place, the guy who did my nails was unwelcoming. I told him to do one of the packages he offered but he didn’t do it! I did a manicure and pedicure with regular polish and this has been the worst polish-job someone has done. However there was a nice woman doing her best to help

I got my toes done June 14th and 4 days in one of my toe acrylics popped off !! N half of them are lifting!! I paid $105 in total, I expected so much better! This was the first time I ever treated myself to a pedicure and the one time I do, the outcome isn’t worth it. I’m honestly disappointed and sad about it.

Prices are deceiving. I got a pedicure and when they sat me down, they gave me a paper that said $30 for the #1 pedicure. Afterwards they charged me $50??? I ended up paying $5 to give them a tip but now I wish I could take that back. Yes I got gel but I think they should be more transparent with their prices. I feel overcharged and will not be returning. The job was OKAY, lines were too thick for French and they are not consistent.

Be careful who you let do your nails and the prices ain’t mathing right at all I ask for coffin shape nope he just filed them … it’s a guy old with glasses and they all different some are thicker then others ……

Got me and and my 4 year old’s nails done. I got French tip and she got polish. They charged $30 for each of us…I have NEVER been to a place that charges more than $12 for a child especially that young. It’s always been $7 for regular polish and $12 for gel. I CANNOT believe they charge $30 for a child. My nails came out uneven as well. I will definitely never be back here.

The staff that worked on me and my friend were older, not friendly at all, never smiled, rough from the start, rushed through the whole procedure, left jagged edges on my toe nails where they trimmed and filed, and never made my $50 feel worth it. This was not a pleasant experience & I will not return for service so bitter toward customers.

Went in on a Saturday and had a great experience, this is the first time I have left from getting a full set and didn’t have cuts on my fingers. She’s sweet and did a great job and they came out nice 👍 Did my pedicure and she actually took the time scrubbed my feet well and massaged me for a good amount of time. First time I am happy leaving a place spending this money ❤️🙏🏻

I never write reviews, however I need to warn others. The ppl here are Rude and nasty I asked for something simple. To please repair a nail. I know it wasn’t a full set or a pedicure. However, I have gotten pedicures in the past. Last time it was 150 dollars plus tip. I was planning on using them exclusively for pedicures. But they are never getting another dollar from me. They were nasty the gentleman doing my nails was rough. Do not give these ppl your business. I will never ever go back here again. Save your money go somewhere else. The absolute worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon.

I went in and they were not busy at all, I asked for an acrylic set and the guy who did my nails was rushing, my nails were different lengths and some were crooked. This was an overall terrible experience.

Last week I got a mani/pedi, the woman the did my toes did a horrible job. I got gel nail polish and I’m less than a week my nail polish started chipping!!! Now my manicure was awesome the man that mine did a great job but other than that, it was the worst pedicure I’ve ever got.

NEVER GO HERE!!! I went they took at the MOST 45 just for somone to start on my nails. Then when they started they were hurting my nails and chopped half my skin of. Then the design I wanted they said they could only do it on two of my nails. Then when they where done it looked horrible the design was all messy and all over the place. Then when we were paying it was 74 DOLLARS. DONT COME HERE

Ok so omg Nancy did my nails yesterday and let me tell you she did my nails exactly how I wanted them. They came out perfect. I am so pleased with my nails. I am truly feeling myself. Thanks so much Nancy. It was great. Service was fast Cathy did my mani pedi they came out beautiful. I even got my eye brows done. The lady who did them, did them in like less then 2 minutes and they were perfect.

This place doesn't even deserve one star but in order to write a review unfortunately I have to leave one. The people are so rude, the lady that did my nails hurt me she kept digging her nails into my skin, would pull on my hand, cut me multiple times, kept making comments on the design I wanted saying that she would never get that.. for reference the design was one hand French tip black and the other French tip white, the nails looked nothing like the Inso. picture I showed her and don't get me started on the shape they were suppose to be square but look nothing like a square. They should not have people there who don't know how to do nails I felt bad and didn't say anything my fault for not checking reviews before going. Please save your money and do not go to that place, there is better places to get your nails done and for much cheaper.
