Lily did absolutely AMAZING. I got inspo from a previously left review and funny enough Lily had done the design from the picture I showed her! She replicated perfectly and was so kind. Would definitely recommend.

The staff is nice. It took her a little bit to find my color and she was not paying attention to what she was doing at first and was rushing through my nails. I got gel nails on my real nails and just asked for a little heart on my ring finger which not the best but good enough. In just 3 days the polish is chipping off. This has never happened to me and specifically for the amount i paid for it.

I love my nail salon!!! I have been going to Spa Nails since 2015 and they have always been top tier. My girl Jenny has retired but she left the place in excellent hands. I absolutely love my nails every time I go! Lily is so amazing, she does is exactly what you ask for. After she is done she makes sure you are pleased with your nails. Makes for a very pleasant experience.

I love Spa Nails! I've been a client since 2022. I mostly see Jennifer but I have had services from others there as well. They always take extra care to make sure I get what I asked for, and they provide excellent guidance on the products and techniques. I love going there!

I wasn’t a “nail girl” until today. I’ve been absolutely CONVERTED by these folks, which my friend has been telling me about for *years.* Her nails always look amazing, but I’m a bit OCD, so I was worried they wouldn’t live up to the expectation, but I’m BLOWN AWAY. The smoothness and shape of the dip nail is perfect, and my gel pedi was relaxing and looks and feels fantastic. The vibe is chill and every employee had customers swooning. I can’t stop looking at my dang nails. One thousand stars. Take my money forever. 😍💅🏼

My daughter goes here for full sets and lots of people I know do but my pedicures are not are good as I’ve had before. It was rushed the drain kept falling off so he was more focused and worried fixing that the water was cold not cool cold and he didn’t clean under or around the nail good. Regardless of the package I picked out the nail should feel clean and feet feel good and clean and this time mine did not. I am sure I will come back but chair 5 was not well nor my person or experience this time. I get maybe two a year because I can’t afford them so each one should be worth it

I saw Lily today and she was so pleasant and did an amazing job on my pedicure and nails! I got an acrylic set with gel polish and the deluxe pedicure with gel! Her attention to detail is excellent. I can’t wait to try other services as well, but this might be my new go to place!

Lee Lee did a nice job. She has a fun personality. Great conversation. Sense of humor. $75 is a bit much but the quality of the nail feels light and strong. Symmetrical, not too thick and so far not too thin to easily break. Time will tell. Lets see if I can make it 3 week without them lifting.

Don is the best! I’ve made a couple mistakes out of being in a hurry and went to another place and regretted it. He has been the only one to be consistent with my nails and always does an outstanding job! I live in shelbyville and now make it a mission yo make this my only go to for my nails and toes!

Update 9/12/24: Today I went in to Spa Nails to get a full set of acrylic nails done. My nail technicians name is Lily. She's very polite and a lovely person to be around and does beautiful work. I have been coming to this particular location for almost a year now. They provide a warm atmosphere and do amazing work. I highly recommend everyone to come visit and try them out. Thanks again Lily and everyone at Spa Nails. 11/20/23 My experience was great. The salon was clean and I had Jenny as my nail technician. She was super sweet and gentle. She made me feel very comfortable and was a joy to be around. Everyone I spoke to made you feel welcomed. I will be returning again.

Ryan did an incredible job on my full set! I got acrylics with a French ombré and holographic top. I’m really weird about my nails and I would not change anything about them! I LOVE my nails!
