As a massage therapist myself, I can’t help but compare massages I receive. I don’t normally write reviews, but felt compelled. Luz did everything “right.” From the communication, draping, stretching, professionalism, I couldn’t have asked for a better massage. A comfortable space, a comfortable experience. I had some body aches that I had been putting off for a while and finally decided to “treat myself” to some bodywork, already looking forward to going back to Luz!

I went to Luz while visiting Naples for a deep tissue massage - I have had back issues for 15 years and my mid/upper back often flairs up with pain and overall stiffness and I was looking for a bit of relief. Luz was absolutely amazing! I prefer a harder pressure during massages and it was perfect, she also used a lot of stretching techniques that really really helped. I couldn't believe how much less stiff I felt right after treatment. Not only does she work magic, she is also an absolute sweetheart. I can't wait to go back for a facial! THANK YOU LUZ!

First experience with Luz at Spa Naples Facial And Massage was incredible! I had a facial like NEVER before. Luz was professional, experienced, and knowledgeable! I don’t know where to begin.. I am from NJ and had many facials at high end places. Luz was by far the best I ever had. Not only kind but is so intense when working. She used microplane and other things I don’t remember. Took an hour and I did not want to get up. Call right now, you will not be disappointed. Thank you Luz

I wish I could find the words to explain how much I love coming here, This place is like a secret gem! I love how sweet and kind Luz is. I know that I will be coming to here for as long as I can. Me and my boyfriend both get facials done by her and I feel like a new person every-time I leave ! I love the atmosphere here, every-time I get facial done it’s feels like I’m truly being taken care of. I would recommend her over anyone else and If you truly want amazing results she is the person to go to ! You will never regret it!

Honest Review: Luz is incredible! At first I was disappointed with lack of FB communication. Decided to keep my appointment and am SO glad I did. In person, she answered all questions and delivered a facial treatment catered to my skin type. Three days later and my skin is still glowing. I will absolutely return to Luz for more facials! I am 41 for reference, and my skin looks early 30s after the hydro facial she provided. I am genuinely pleased and highly recommend.

I moved to Naples last summer and still trying to explore the town so when I recently needed a facial done I searched a bunch of places on google and decided to give Spa Naples... a try based on the good reviews and it did not disappoint. Luz the owner is very sweet and made me feel comfortable. I had the most relaxing time and the best facial. My skin was really glowing. Can't wait to go back again. Thanks Luz!

Luz was amazing! I am definitely going back. It was so relaxing and felt so good. I feel rejuvenated and fresh. Her room was very clean and nice and I felt very comfortable. She used to work at the Ritz and very knowledgeable about skin care. She had a lot of different equipment she used which was really cool!

This business makes itself available on groupon. However, when I called the owner advised he could offer the deal for a lower price. When I told him the groupon price, he told me he couldn't do it for that low, in fact, he stated that I was lieing about the price. He went on to say that he "doesn't want groupies going to his spa anyway, he wants real people". He refused to set an appointment time for me and hung up the phone. Surprized by his comments, I called back only to receive a litany of insults and a barrage of character judgements. By the way, I'm being polite when I describe this conversation. The tone and absolute rudeness displyed by this small business owner is shocking. With these anger management issues, I'm not sure how he stays in business. I think I got to see the real person and this is someone I can't support. I rated it with one star only because I wasn't allowed to rate it lower. I saw the owner's response to my review. I guess it's a matter of perspective. This business owner uses Groupon to advertise his business and then tries to to talk the respondent out of using Groupon and book directly with him. So, use Groupon to attract a customer and then cut Groupon out so they don't get paid. Actions speak louder than words Mr. business owner.
