Amazing fully clothed body/shiatsu and head massage that was completely stimulating and relaxing. The atmosphere was not welcoming. Was asked to wait outside Yuzu Spa during another session and not asked to return closer to appointment time though another appointment arrival was greeted during my session. Would return for the actual service if willing to overlook customer service.

I received a facial & massage through groupon. The space is smaller than I was expecting but comfortable. The treatments were great. There was another person in the same room receiving a treatment. You are separated with a curtain but this person talked in a loud voice which was annoying while i was trying to relax. The main turn off that may detour me from returning was an interaction with another customer while I was waiting. The customer gave a tip and complimented the treatment to the worker and the worker actually said it wasn't a good tip. The worker said most people give $10 if they can afford it. I thought it was incredibly rude

Scam business. Dont ever book an appointment here. You loose your money in entirety. Scam cancellation policy. And scam text service. Beware. I just filed a BBB complaint and going to file a class lawsuit in consumer court.

this is my first experience to get head spa, that included little bit of neck and sholder massage．that was great, highly ｒｅｃｏｍｅｎｄｅｄ．the place was small and cosy relax atmosphere.
