This was my second visit to Spa Noir for a facial with Tiffany Stafford, and she exceeded my expectations once again! I was running 15 minutes late, but she was incredibly accommodating and still managed to give me a full, relaxing experience. Not only did she make sure I didn’t feel rushed, but she even took a little extra time to ensure my skin got the care it needed. Tiffany is knowledgeable, professional, and truly passionate about skincare. My skin felt refreshed, hydrated, and glowing afterward. I highly recommend booking with her—she’s amazing! Can’t wait for my next visit.

Love this place! I booked a facial and body wrap. Tiffany is amazing and so was the front staff. Great service and professional. Lots of helpful advice and recommendations. Will definitely be booking here on future trips to Seattle.

Spa Noir IS iconic Seattle. As soon as you step inside, you are transported to another world. The owner is so caring and knowledgeable, Jessica is a skin whisper and an amazing human. The entire staff is top notch.

3 stars because the first time I went the facial and pedicure was good and went smoothly. They also agreed to waive the cancellation fee for my appointment below. - 2 stars because the receptionist was very judgemental when I asked if I can reschedule due to being sick. I called as soon as they opened on the day. I have the flu and didn't want to spread it to anyone. The receptionist kept reiterating the policy and I said if it's an issue I can still come in instead of paying the full amount. They later agreed to waive the fee but the receptionist kept on about the policy as if I intentionally fell sick to avoid this appointment. A "Sorry to hear that" or a "Hope you feel better" would have gone a long way. After that they hung up without allowing me to set up my next appointment. I do not feel good after that interaction and will not be returning to this spa. Visit at your own risk. They do treatments nicely but if you fall ill or have an emergency, you will be shamed.

By far the best experience! The environment was incredibly welcoming, and the level of professionalism was top-notch. Jessica is amazing—highly skilled, attentive, and made the process as comfortable as possible. Highly recommend her for anyone looking for a seamless and pleasant Brazilian wax!

I went to Spa Noir with a few girlfriends to celebrate our friend's upcoming wedding. We were able to have a private party and bring in snacks/have the place to ourselves. Everyone was welcoming and so friendly - Mark at the front desk helped us set up our party, and walked us through our chosen scheduled treatments. I received a massage from Phil and a facial from Kevin and both services were relaxing & top quality. Both Phil and Kevin walked through what to expect throughout the treatment so I was able to just sit back, relax, and be pampered. Since we were in Belltown, we were able to go grab drinks + dinner afterward; the location is a plus! I will definitely be returning.

I can't believe the number of times I walked by this place without booking in. I finally called last week because I had had a headache for two weeks without a break, and went in for a massage. The staff was so welcoming, the atmosphere is chill without being snobby, and thank every god ever conceived of, the music we were listening to wasn't that 'new agey feel good' music that is the bane of every ADHDer's existence. I will definitely be coming back. Thank you! Also, my headache's finally gone. Whee!

I had an amazing facial with Tiffany. She helped me with a customized treatment and extractions, as well as a diagnosis of my skin issues. 10/10 would suggest this place. Even the waiting room feels lux.

If you’re ever in the area, this is the place for rejuvenation. I left feeling 15 years younger. I opted for the hot stone massage and a facial. Best day ever!! I got the CBD recovery boost add on and it was lovely. I will definitely be doing this again soon.

Phil is like the Bob Ross of massage. As a hairstylist behind the chair for almost 20yrs I am no stranger to massage, and I can tell you first hand that Phil has a magic touch. Not only does he listen to your wants & needs but you can tell that he puts all of himself into his craft. Every time I see Phil (every 2 weeks) he is always upbeat, and you can feel the high vibrations radiating off of him. Needless to say I am very thankful for finding Spa Noir! The receptionist is always so kind and patient, greeting everyone with a smiling face. She’s not pushy, salesy, or overbearing. I also love the music that the Spa plays.. it’s the cherry on top!

As a client who has been getting massage and facials for many decades, I have only praise and respect for Spa Noir. Phil is an exceptionally talented massage therapist. My husband and I both get massage from Phil and he is excellent. He is able to flex his technique to address specific issues but is generally strong on deep tissue and muscle work. As a regular, he knows that I like esssntial oils in my treatment and he always customizes a lovely blend. Highly, highly recommend! For facials, Jessica (the owner) is superb. She is skilled in all of the latest techniques and products (micro needling, light therapy, facial massage, etc) and I always leave there with a glow. Jessica runs a great business and each and every therapist is first rate. I have had facials from everyone here and they never disappoint. Love this place!

Got a massage from a roughly middle aged man here. Gave pretty detailed instructions on what I wanted on the intake form, as well as had a conversation with him before the massage. Not only were my instructions ignored in their entirety, but my boundaries were violated, my bones (yes my bones, one of the only things that should never be touched) were bruised, and my trust in the entire industry was shaken. There were some clues that it wasn't going to be the best massage in the world, the main offender that should have been a red flag was the therapists lack of personal hygiene. I could smell his underarms from several feet away and during the entire massage. These are most of the actual problems I had with the massage aside from ignoring me completely in the intake phase- there were a lot of 'techniques' used that weren't techniques at all. In fact, one of them was the playground attack unfortunately referred to as an 'Indian burn,' which while a juvenile act, still is very much uncomfortable to have happen. He didn't use enough oil/gel on the hairy parts of my body, leading to burning and discomfort. He also did not use any hand sanitizer before or after trying to massage my feet. He pressed his thumbs deeply into the bones where my lower back and hips meet over and over and over, pressed hard into the sides of my hips on those bones as well, dug his elbow into my scapula, not the muscle, but the actual outer part of the bone plate, rubbed his hands through my hair, squeezed my feet together (like what even is that? most people need there feet stretched not compressed), did this weird move where he interlocked his fingers with mine then squeezed really hard and pulled releasing my fingers at once in a painful manner, and did a lot of rubbing of my chest where I specified I didn't want anything like that done to me. During the massage I verbally said "ouch", tensed up several times while in pain, pulled away at times and even readjusted myself when it felt like he couldn't figure out where to actually touch, as if he had forgotten the anatomy of a person mid stroke. I can't speak on the other therapists or services, but the man I ended up with as my therapist not only ensured I would never go back to this spa, if that is a person they're willing to have on staff, but I will probably never go to an establishment in this area again. If this is what passes for nearly 5 stars then I don't even want to know what's happening at other locations with lower ratings. So apologies to anyone who works here that is actually competent at their job, but I would easily trust the cheap student massages at a massage school building than ever risk paying someone to physically hurt me, ignore me, and violate my boundaries like this ever again.

Got the rejuvenating body wrap and custom massage. As a plus size woman, spa experiences can be very challenging and scary, especially at a new place. It can be hard finding body inclusive spas that accommodate all body types. Kevin and Phil made me feel so comfortable and treated me with so much respect. It was a truly wonderful experience. Highly recommend.

Booked double massage and facial for myself and my partner for our anniversary. 10/10 would recommend!!! I walked out glowing and feeling like I got rolled out like a sheet of dough!! Absolutely amazing. Will for sure be back in the future.

Wow. I have have been very blessed to have had massages throughout my life but this was truly one of the best. I left feeling absolutely euphoric after arriving stressed and tired. Phil is an angel on this earth. I was so comfortable with him as my masseuse. And what a beautiful, peaceful spa. So very highly recommend, I will definitely be back.

We booked with Spa Noir as part of a bachelorette party, and it was a lovely experience! Their private events package was perfect. Everyone was able to pick their own treatments, which were really affordable, and it was a very relaxing environment. They allow you to bring your own snacks and set up your own music. The staff was very attentive. Highly recommend!!!

Spa Noir is simply amazing. From the moment you walk in until the moment you leave, the experience will be top notch. I scheduled a 90-minute massage with Phil, who I have not had a massage with before. He was friendly, professional, and took time to address my problem areas. I had sore shoulders and upper back… and voila! No more. Thank you so much Phil!! I also scheduled a 75-minute facial with Melody, and this was my second facial with her. Melody is wonderful and gave me such a relaxing facial… I dozed in and out of sleep a few times. My skin feels so refreshed, and I left the spa with some great products recommended by Melody. Eminence skincare has been a great addition to many of the other products I use and is truly a high quality skincare line! Thank you Spa Noir for making my holiday season!

This place is not considerate at all as a wellness service. I made it clear that I’m not feeling well and have a fever but the front desk insist to charge me 120 dollars for the cancellation. I will never go there again. The place was chic and nice before, but today it was extremely cold and noisy. There are a few female employees talking and laughing loudly in the hall way, which is disturbing. Sliver lining is that massage was good. I think the owner read this comment and basically rushed me out after the massage, I was planning to wait for the ride inside since it was extremely cold outside, but I had to wait outside due to the unwelcoming attitude If you don’t have the right setting for winter then don’t force people to come, it only leads to bad but honest reviews at the end. As a business owner, you need to understand that every customer will have some urgent situation, and the 24 hour full price cancellation is only to protect your profit. don’t say you are a small business, you have more staff than other spa places, but all the other ones they don’t enforce this rule. I don’t understand this selfish 24 hour cancellation rule.
