I love going to Tammy for my luxe pedicure. She is always on time. She gives a wonderful foot massage and painless perfect pedicure. I am offered tea, water or champagne. My parking is validated. It is clean and professional. Tammy at spa Nordstrom is the only place I will go for my pedicure.

Tammy is simply AMAZING at what she does. I usually get the express pedicure, manicure, nose and brow wax she does a phenomenal job! She’s always quick, has a smile on her face, and I enjoy the kind conversations we have during my appointments. I strongly recommend Tammy at the Seattle Nordstrom Spa! Oh and plus is they validate parking at Pacific Place too! 😊✌🏾

I got my legs done by Tammy, and she was absolutely amazing, it was both quicker and less painful than when I’ve had anyone else do it. If you can request her when coming here I’d 100% recommend it!

I would highly recommend this spa, especially for first timers! Everyone in the staff is very nice and understanding. It was my first time getting a wax service and I had the best ever experience with Tammy — she’s clearly very experienced and my session went by fast and relatively painless. For as long as it can be helped, I don’t see myself going to another spa, much less another aesthetician.

The spa is very peaceful and clean. I booked a manicure and pedicure with Nina and she was wonderful. My nail polish stayed on for weeks and she did a great job with the application. The whole experience was relaxing. With comfortable chairs, hot tea, and a quiet room. I look forward to trying more of their services.

I had a facial and a body sculpt treatment. The facial was nice, however the 'body sculpt' was only done on arms (?) and the whole appointment was cut down by 15 min (was meant to be 45 min facial and 30 min body) however I was charged the full price. Unlikely to recommend or return.

That was a huge mistake to visit the “luxury” spa a day before my vacation. I asked for a French shellac manicure and regular pedicure. The girl from the front desk confirmed, but the technician said that she could not done it - she doesn’t know how to do it…. Ok. I choose the solid red color. Please take a look at my photos: the technician trimmed cuticles too much. I was bleeding….she was working without gloves!!!!!!!! She also used medium grid file for buffing. Finally my manicure and pedicure look very ugly. Will never come back.

The only person to see at the Nordstrom Spa is Christi Kennedy. She does an amazing job, and is so fun to talk to. Simply the best! She is highly trained and does most all services, I go for eyebrow waxing and gel manicures.. probably facials as well in the future!

I was greeted right when I walked in and did my intake paperwork then I was quickly taken to the my first appointment which was a facial. Haley was my esthetician and she was great. She was very sweet and created the most relaxing experience! I got one of the Dr. Dennis Gross facials which is fairly new to the spa and it was amazing. My skin had a lot of texture issues as well as acne scarring and my skin has improved immensely. My scarring has not disappeared of course but my chin area doesn’t feel bumpy or dry anymore (I suffer from hormonal acne sadly). I then got a Raindrop treatment from Queena! I wouldn’t say it’s a full blown massage, there is definitely massage techniques but the main focus is the use of essential oil/aromatherapy and she worked along my spine as well as my legs. The treatment is supposed to promote alignment and balance in the body. My back had some aches due to me sleeping incorrectly and the pain was gone by the time the treatment ended. It also created this awesome cooling/warming/tingling sensation all over my body and she used a lot of hot towels in the service as well. Both ladies were really sweet and checked in with how I was feeling often throughout my treatments. I already booked my next facial for a month out!

This was the worst spa experience I’ve ever had. No warm and welcoming greeting, they told me to arrive 15 early but they didn’t even open the doors until my scheduled appointment so I waited outside, they have no dressing rooms and no place to shower after your appointment which is an absolutely terrible experience at a “spa.” This felt more like a massage envy than a high end spa. Plus after screwing everything up they genuinely thought a “make up” gift of a bunch of beauty samples would make it better. Would never go back.

While visiting Seattle from out of town, I visited Nordstrom Spa for a pedicure. I had Jib and she was phenomenal. The pedicure room is a private room with relaxing lighting and music. I’m normally jumping out of the chair because I’m ticklish, but she applies the perfect amount of pressure so that I wasn’t uncomfortable once. What sets it apart is the massage that accompanies the pedicure; well beyond any salon or spa I’ve experienced. Wonderful experience!

I have been seeing Nina at the Downtown Seattle Nordstrom Spa for 4 years for my pedicures. She is AMAZING - I won’t let anyone else touch my toes. Visit her - you won’t be disappointed !

I went last Saturday (1 week before leaving for my wedding). I booked the detoxifying algae treatment and a collagen facial. In their menu they claim the detoxifying algae treatment to be a head to toe treatment. Absolutely untrue. They applied the treatment on my back, part of my arms and part of my legs. I asked 2 employees if that was supposed to be the expected treatment, none of them could answer. How weird... I was then left with my hair dump for 45 minutes to wait for the facial. I asked 2 times if I could dry my hair and the answer was “oh don’t worry”. Since last Saturday I have a crick in the neck. The facial: never had so many small breakouts as a result. I called them and they apologized and suggested to put a hot pad on my neck. Their customer service is the worst in Seattle hands down. So much for a relaxing afternoon before your wedding.

Oddest spa I have been too. It was like a unisex dressing room. Oversized robes, big enough to drag on the floor and trip over. No place to hang the so wadded up over a small chair treatment involved cupping yet description did not include that technique. Front desk couldn't add or do math to split the tip. No dressing room for after visit. They found a room, hand mirrors not clean,bthe assured me the 1 brush was clean. Price comparable to penolopes or Antonio's .Recommend bypassing this attempt at a spa. And go to the others close by

Totally worth paying a little bit extra for their services! Fantastic staff, all treatments start with a complimentary foot soak where they provide you with a warm lavender-scented neck pillow, tea and comfy bath robes. A spa that isn't rushing to get you in and out of the door quickly which is really nice. My favorite spa in Seattle, hands down!

Worst manicure ever! Throw a stone and you can find a salon that will do a much better job for half the cost. Firstly, the service was awful. They msde every request, like shellac, seem like it was such an inconvenience. The manicurist gave me an eye cover so I didn't see how bad it was until after she was done. She asked if I wanted me cuticles cleaned up as if that was an unusual thing to do then spent next to no time cleaning my nail beds. They didn't soak my hands at all. She butchered my nail shape. She took off the tips without giving it any real shape. After the appointment I had to re-shape my nails and ended up not having any nail tips left because of her. Afterwards, no one ever checked to make sure I was satisfied, not the manicurist nor the receptionist.

On the one hand, it's a really nice touch to have a spa located in this downtown department store. On the other hand, there are times when the location works against it, like when a recent massage was disrupted by a building evacuation announcement that was piped over the loudspeaker. Overall, it's well worth a visit (or head downstairs to Habitant while your significant other enjoys theirs).
