I have been to this nail salon twice, I don't know the name of the girl who attended me both times but I like her techniques, she is very attentive and always tries to be careful with everything, the service of this salon did make me want to get my nails done again.🤍

The lady who did my gel mani / pedi did a wonderful job. However, I won’t be returning because someone who works there allow their dog to roam around the shop. The dog detracts from what is supposed to be a spa- like and relaxing environment. Also, consider some of your customers may have anxiety when it comes to other people’s dogs and especially large, wolf-looking ones.

They do walk in’s, I called them and I got my nails done immediately. They were super friendly and I love my nails. Definitely a spot I will go back to!

My favorite nail salon in the city!! Their no-chip polish stays on for SO long, at least 3-4 weeks. It’s amazing. Very easy to make appointments and the salon always has calm, relaxing vibes. All of the technicians are great. Only salon I’ll go to!

My recent experience was perfect. The technician was great, and ready when I walked in for my appointment. I used Opi nail polish. Last time, the technician was also good, but I used nail polish from the top shelf; a different brand from Opi. The polish smudged and chipped 24 hours later. Awful! I will stick with Opi. Will return next week!

Very lack luster experience. Went in for a pedicure and the salon could use a deep professional cleaning as there was a layer of grime on most everything and it overall seems a bit run down. The pedicurist put minimal energy/effort into every step of the process. One minute scrub, one minute massage etc. The finish product was fine but was not worth the money when other salons deliver a better experience.

My experience at Spa O is always a great one. My tech Zalina is meticulous and always does an amazing job! The salon is always clean and they have a variety of color. I refuse to go anywhere else.
