We're in town for the New Year holiday from Seattle, and my Mom and I woke up sick on the day of our services. The staff I spoke with regarding cancellation and reschedule was so kind and accommodating.

Worst experience I have ever had at a spa. Thank you for ruining part of my and my mother’s Mother’s Day weekend. I booked three appointments from 12-2 and after arriving at 11:50am, being asked to complete forms, having to enter a shared locker room with an entryway that had a wastebasket filled with dirty napkins to change and put on the itchiest robe I’ve ever encountered my family is met by the front desk who informs me that one of the therapists had an emergency and one member of my party would not be able to start their services until 1:30pm. If your facility was top notch, didn’t have a bathroom next to the sauna, had better amenities, I may have entertained the thought of a member of my party sitting down for 1.5 hours while waiting. I am sure you didn’t find out the therapist wasn’t coming after I arrived. I would hope that someone servicing a 12pm appointment would arrive beforehand to ensure everything is in place for the appointment. So to alert me after the fact is unprofessional. I spent the last 2.5 hours finding something else to do today. I would not recommend. I do not k ow how the services would have been but the unprofessional nature of not notifying me ahead of time sealed the deal. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

This is the best place to stay in Naples. Central location easy close access to the beach, updated rooms, friendly staff, what else could you ask for?

I called there asking for Phil and Shawn the person who answered the phone very rudely said "No" and slammed the phone down on me. I deal with people who are representatives for the company they work for all day long. It is NEVER ok to be rude to someone over the phone. Shawn is setting the tone for how people are going to think about their experience with Spa On Fifth, and The Inn On Fifth. He does not take his position seriously and has no respect for the company he works for, or himself for that matter. Being rude to people shows a lack of intelligence and self-worth. Spa On Fifth should seriously consider Shawn's employment and having someone like that represent their company. Customers will not stand for this kind of treatment, even if it is not directed towards them. I am sure that Shawn is a perfect angel when there is a tip involved, but his true colors show when no one is looking, or when there is no money to be made. I"m not angry about the situation, I feel sorry for Shawn, and for the people who have hired him. You can only hide your true colors for so long and then people get to see who you really are. If you are considering having services done at the Spa, ask first if Shawn is there and if he is please do not support this kind of behaviour. Have a good day.

I really enjoyed the Spa. Great atmosphere. The manager Judy was very hospitable and knowledgeable, also at the check out she generously gave me a lot of samples, what I was surprised about, because I have never asked her. The Spa and Stuff are classy. I always prefer European esthetician for my facials, Russian Irina was professional, if you are looking for a good facial, request her.

Did a couples massage and both of came out completely underwhelmed. We both wanted the therapist to concentrate on our backs and we barely got any attention to it. I randomly got a hot towel put in my face in the middle of the massage. Facilities are nice but do not recommend based on the quality of the “massage”, specially for cost.

Lovely, Relaxing, Clean & Friendly Staff! During the busiest season of the year I still had the courage to ask if the spa could accommodate me on the same day. Not only did they secure a massage appointment for me but they were so kind about it! Even turning on the steam room and the sauna before business hours so I could enjoy the amenities. I HIGHLY recommend this spa if you are in Naples. My services were AMAZING ( I got a facial too) as was the atmosphere!
