If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Garrit did my massage and he is the best of the best. He’s a good communicator before, during and after, and ensured I got everything I needed out of the experience. His technique and pressure were perfectly lovely. I walked in feeling blah and walked out feeling amazing. The salon itself is exactly what you hope for, too—soothing sounds, quiet voices, low lighting, lightly fragrant air, a cup of hot tea while you wait. A little slice of heaven.

I got my first Hot Stone massage from Michelle & it was perfect! I received a warm welcome coming in & was offered hot tea or water. Michelle checked in often to make sure pressure and heat from the stones was good. Conversation was good & I have no complaints.

What a wonderful place to escape for the day. Kiki made my face and muscles feel restored and relaxed. The steam sauna was rejuvenating. My nail girl Avi ( I’m hoping I’m saying man’s spelling it right) made my first manicure experience feel like home. Thank you all so for the restored me.

Came here for a massage and it was LOVELY. My masseuse was Rachel and I cannot say enough how amazing she was. I would highly recommend her to anyone. She was very attentive and created a calm and soothing environment for my massage. She added the right amount of pressure per my preference and made me feel at ease throughout.

I had the GlowNFlow from Chaz. He was amazing!! He made sure I was completely comfortable the whole time and gave the best massage! Alyssa gave me my facial…again amazing! My face is glowing. I highly recommend Spa on Penn

This place is amazing, the artwork, decor, and the building alone are worth booking here! I did the hyrotub and steam sauna which was so relaxing. I’m going to book a facial here and massage next time, can’t wait to spend more time in this beautiful spa!!

Daveona did an amazing job on my eyebrows! The shape was amazing and it didn’t hurt at all. For someone with sensitive skin that means so much. I definitely recommend this spa!

I had an amazing time at this Spa. The steam room and hydrotherapy bath were amazing and my massage I got lol boy Cardon knock it out of the universe! Thank you to the wonderful staff for making my birthday and first spa experience an experience that I’ll never forget.🫶🏻🤗

Very relaxing. Wish their website explained things a bit better and recommended what things go well with others. Sara was fantastic. When asked about a tip when I finished paying I said yes cause why not, I just didn’t realize I would also apply a tip to the cost of the sauna and rain shower I took 🙄 which no body really did, and the things people did do for that should have already been factored into the cost that I paid for. But outside of that it was good.

Couples massage was all elbows weak hand strength. Missed pressure points. Nice building though. Now I'm going to get areal massage ASAP

I got a 90 min couples massage here and unfortunately it was the worst massage I’ve ever gotten. Forget a massage, they just hold a few pressure points the entire time and it felt like a total waste. The masseuse also coughed the entire time without wearing a mask or excusing herself. Would not recommend and will not go back.

This was my second time getting a massage from Chaz and it is the best massage experience I’ve had. Cannot recommend him enough! The front desk staff are also very kind and lovely to chat with before and after the massage. A truly wonderful experience every time I’ve been!

Very happy with Spa on Penn! Everyone was super accommodating. Michelle was my massage therapist and she really tuned into my trouble spots. Plus she’s an aesthetician and we discussed options for my skin care. Front desk was also very helpful and I appreciate them. Will definitely be coming back!
