My husband & I stopped by the Colorado Springs location and was greeted by Joe. Joe took the time to explain the different hot tub brands and features to us. As well as the explain how the chemicals and filters work. He did not pressure us to make a purchase and wanted to make sure we had all of our questions answered.

We had a great experience with Spa Palace working with multiple team members from purchase to delivery scheduling to delivery team to after purchase tech who installed the hydraulic lift for the cover. Since the purchase, we have been back several times to have Joe run a water sample through his machine and he’s very gracious to answer all our hot tub newbie owner questions. I would recommend Spa Palace.

The employees of this place are amazing! I’m a girl who asks a lot of questions….even 3 months after delivery, and they will answer them all. Prices are more than fair. I would add one word of caution. There is a gentleman, not an employee of Spa Palace, who they will recommend for electrical work. This gentleman is unreliable 1st off. For example, he says he’ll be there at 8am then shows up at 12. Annoying for sure. However the worst offense is half-a$$ work. My hot tub lost power. I hired an electrician to see if the issue is my house. Found what you see in photos. A 3 month old breaker box has wires that melted the inside. He didn’t tighten anything down and ensure the safest install. I’d hire my own electrician if I had to do it over again. Again, not an employ Spa Palace. Otherwise great transaction

We moved into a new home that has our first tub. We are completely clueless on proper operation. One freezing morning just after we moved in, I walked out to realize there was almost no water, and the motor was off. Fearing the pipes had frozen and we killed the hot tub before we even got a chance to get in, I called Spa Palace. They walked me through the steps to get it filled, turned back on and to see if we could get it working again. With their help, SUCCESS! They said to take a picture of the unit and any chemicals from the prior owner, come by their store and they would set us on a path to successful hot tub ownership. I couldn't be happier. HOORAY!

Highly recommended sales and service team. We had a delayed delivery due to heavy snow, but it was promptly rescheduled and arrived right on time. There were also issues with the lid that were swiftly resolved.

Sales are fine. Routine water checks are fine. But service is sadly lacking. Our pump was very noisy and we had to wait 3+ weeks for an appointment for a service tech to come out. It’s now stopped working, the temperatures are well below freezing at night, we have snow on the ground and we’re still waiting for our appointment scheduled for next week. Update: since that post/complaint we’ve had great success with service so I changed my review from one star to 4. We’ve had same day or almost same day attention. Our Jacuzzi was a Covid built-in-a-hurry spa and has needed several calls to stop a leak, replace a motor and a temperature sensor issue. But they were all repaired promptly. We’re waiting on a new Jacuzzi to arrive with its 3 year warranty.

I was looking for a part for my old hot tub cover I could not find online. The manager walk me out back and we found the part on an old tub he just gave me. Saved me a lot of trouble wish there were more places that displayed this kind of kindness.

We worked with Joe of the Colorado springs Spa Palace and he was amazing. We came in thinking we wanted the top of the line for our needs and instead he took us from bottom to top educating us along the way to discover what we truly need. We ended up going one model down from the one we came in for and could not be happier. It fits everyone of our needs. Delivery was professional and a breeze too. They had to take the hot tub through open space on our property to get it to the backyard and had no problem. We went to multiple stores but spa palace was hands down the best and we're glad we went with them, you will be too.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! Terrible service and terrible equipment to deliver the hot tubs. We had our old hot tub delivered just fine from a different store. We have paid the full amount (they told us we didn't have to until it was delivered but have cashed the check) and we still don't have a hot tub. They told us unless we had any major yard obstruction then we wouldn't need a crane. We don't have anything major. They use a cart that can't carry the weight of a hot tub. We would have paid for a Crain the the first place but they said they didn't need it. And like I said, our last hot tub which was a tiny bit smaller was delivered just fine. Also, their customer service is TERRIBLE!!!!! Stay away.

Bought both a swim spa and a hot tub from them. 5years later we had a leak develop in the swim spa. Called and talked with Abraham and set a date to have it looked at. Waited all day and called to find he forgot to put it in the computer? They came the following week and put together a parts list. 2 months later parts came in and scheduled the repair. I'm waiting the morning of the repair and Abraham calls to cancel because it's too cold? He said the temp has to be above 50 degrees for the PVC cement to set. All weather PVC cement will set down to -15 degrees Fahrenheit. I told them to get the right material for the right situation and don't make me waste another day on this, going on 3 months now. The tech does eventually show up, but still uses the wrong cement even after I asked him point blank to use "all weather". Spa's still leaking. Total incompetence. Thanks Abraham

Nonexistent customer service. Reached out to them numerous times by phone and email trying to get replacement parts and they never followup. I emailed another spa dealer in the Springs and they responded right away but they don't deal with Jacuzzi brand. Unfortunately Jacuzzi does not ship parts directly to the consumer and I can't find this part online. While I like my Jacuzzi tub I will never recommend buying from this dealer because if there are any service issues they will ignore you!
