I've been seeing Mahru for almost two years now and she's completely transformed my skin. She stays on top of the different facials that might work best for my concerns and makes sure that when we do product inventory i'm only purchasing what I need at the time. I never feel any pressure to buy and she's always incredibly knowledgeable on how to best treat my skin concerns. I originally went in for acne, texture and generally keeping a glow for dull skin and she has without a doubt helped me reach all my goals and helped me SUSTAIN them. Would 100% recommend going to her and getting a custom facial to evaluate your needs :)

I started seeing Mahru a little under a year ago and she completely changed my skin. A combination of her helping me pick the right products, at the right cadence and with the right treatments, I can say i've never been happier. For context, I've been to MANY spas / facialists over the past years. All of them helped my skin a little bit but no one really transformed it. My pores are smaller, I break out less, my texture is better, my skin is brighter. I transitioned over to all biologique recherche products (started slowly to actually see if they made a difference) and I will NEVER go back. I do microchanneling with Mahru every six weeks as well and that has been extremely helpful in fading dark spots / improving firmness and texture of my skin. Mahru is extremely knowledgeable, doesn't try to sell you and is overall really nice to visit with! She helped me understand which products would be best for my concerns, slowly added them to my routine, and only transitions me to something new once I've finished the product. The entire Spa Radiance team is really accommodating and I can't recommend stopping by to visit Mahru enough.

Mahroo was THE best esthetician I have ever had and I have had many facials in many different cities across the US and a handful abroad. She’s extremely knowledgeable, professional, and can pinpoint and understand exactly how to work with the skin you’ve been given. She’s also kind and puts you in a deep state of relaxation.

A friend of mine recommended Spa Radiance 9 years ago after seeing how frustrated I was with the way my skin looked while being treated at another well know Spa in the city. I saw Angelina, and after experiencing my first facial treatment I knew I had found the right place! I received a detailed and customized lesson on my new skin care routine, with each step explained very clearly. It has been 9 years and I still cannot believe how much better my skin looked just within the first six months! To top it off people often comment that I look much younger than my age! Needless to say that feels like heaven to me. Besides the red carpet facial, with my all time favorite esthetician Angelina, I have tried many treatments they offer and know most of the amazing and experienced nurses that work there. For my monthly routine, I choose the super duper facial, followed by a non surgical mini-lift and brow maintenance. Four to five times a year, I go for treatments such as lasers, micro needling or photo facials which are fantastic to help increase collagen production as well as add a wonderful glow to my skin. Most recently, I discovered the benefits of the LED bed therapy which leaves the entire skin of my body soft and silky, and is the most relaxed twenty-minute experience that anyone can have. My college aged daughters are also clients and get their facials from Anastasia, who is very experienced, talented and caring. We all buy our customized skin products there especially our daily sunscreen! The Spa itself is gorgeous and their staff is very friendly. Everybody knows me by my first name and makes me feel as if I’m part of a big family. I give Spa Radiance five stars and so will you!

I almost never leave reviews, but this one of Spa Radiance far overdue. Simply put, I love this place! I have been getting facials, photo facials, massages and medical treatments for years here. Because of the busy schedule I normally just book with whomever is available - all their estheticians are top notch. For medical treatments I usually go to Judy. Always follow her advice and never feel pushed, because of her, people never believe my age. Last week I had a Super Duper facial with Angelina and it exceeded all of my expectations. She is a serious pro, has the best hands in town and truly cares about her clients. I often take my friends for a treat when they are in town visiting, and I 'm starting to think that now they come to visit me just to go to Spa Radiance! Thank you, Angelina, and Spa Radiance!

I can’t say enough about the level of expertise and customized attention I have received over the 10 years that I have been a client at Spa Radiance. The owner, Angelina Umansky’s expertise has help me manage all kinds of skin issues that we all experience as we age and in 10 years there have been many changes to manage! Anytime I read of a new product or a new technology or technique I’m usually already familiar with the product thanks to the constant innovation driven by Angelina and her staff. I have tried spas in other parts of California, NY , Europe and the Caribbean and Spa Radiance remains at the top of the list. Whenever I go to a different location the Estheticians always compliment my skin and the treatments that I am receiving. The beds are heavenly, the ambiance is soothing and relaxing and most importantly, you can get almost any treatment you can imagine under the sun! It’s a testament to the quality of service offered when you see that the staff is extremely well informed and educated about the products and the treatments offered. There have been plenty of times where I’ve stopped in and asked the girls at the front desk about a product I needed to buy and if they could remind me how to use it- they know them all. I also appreciate that they have an incredible range of products which also come with a great range in price points. They are very busy but if you can get in, you will see that you are in the best of hands. The ambiance, the attention to detail and the expertise truly are the very top of the line. It’s a pleasure to be able to escape to this gem of a hideway.

I’ve been a client of Spa Radiance since they opened in 1997. I’ve had the most amazing skin treatments over the years. The spa is always cutting edge—the owner, Angelina, is always researching new techniques and products. I now spend part of my time on the east coast but only come here for my skin care. Everyone there is truly an expert in all different types of skin conditions, and I’ve always walked out feeling as if my skin has truly benefited from whatever treatment I’ve had. I can’t recommend Spa Radiance enough!!

I’ve been obsessed with facials and skincare for as long as I can remember, and have tried many different spas across the country. I have to say, Spa Radiance is the by far the best! I’ve had facials with several of the aestheticians here and each have been phenomenal. The products and technology are top notch, and the team helped get my skin wedding ready with frequent LED and oxygen facials. Even when times are tough during the current crisis, Spa Radiance still shines. I had a virtual consultation today with skin goddess Angelina who taught me new face washing & masque techniques. We actually masqued together! I am excited to try the products she recommended (everything Biologique Recerche makes is gold), and can’t wait for my next facial. Thanks to the whole Spa Radiance team! ✨✨

Spa Radiance is my favorite place to visit. I have been a client for 25 years. I’m used to great facials, but today Angelina gave me one of my favorite treatments quadruple lift. I have ever had quadruple lift facial before. I literally look younger. I’m so happy. Thank you !!! Also, loved my foot massage at the same time as the facial 👏👍

spa radiance was incredible. I had the most amazing experience in every aspect. I had an incredible facial with great results with ivy she was amazing!! my skin looked very smooth and with a glow! I have also used the LED bed cause I’m a Fitness instructor and I felt with great energy after words I recommend this place to anyone who is looking for great results staff is super nice and very polite.

Angelina is amazing! I’ve been going to her for years and she finally convinced me to get her special lifting facial series. I’m a woman of a certain age and I can honestly say my skin has never looked better. I wish I would’ve listened to her sooner! My teen girls also go to Spa Radiance and see Anatasia. She has helped clear up their hormonal acne. Their skin is literally glowing after her facials. I love Spa Radiance!

My aesthetician Mahroo at Spa Radiance is my secret weapon! Most people mistake me for a much younger woman -- accomplished without a single needle -- and I owe a large part of that to Mahroo's talents. She knows how to diagnose exactly what your skin needs, and tailors a facial treatment specifically for you. She will advise you about skincare products and the best way to take care of your particular skin needs. And, best of all, she’s an absolute delight to work with. Mahroo, and the entire staff at Spa Radiance are wonderful -- friendly, knowledgeable, accommodating, courteous, and, quite frankly, feel like family. I've been a loyal customer for 16+ years, and can't imagine ever going anywhere else for my skincare needs.

My first facial here was great but my neck broke out in a rash the following day. They gave me a free LED treatment and sent me home with an amazing balm that helped. The rash went away after a couple days. I decided to give it another go because the part that wasn't a rash looked great. When I arrived they didn't have my appointment in their books, despite me confirming via email and text. The women at the front desk were very apologetic and offered me another free LED treatment. Unfortunately both my experiences with Spa Radiance have had issues despite them being highly recommended.

The receptionist is extremely rude, unprofessional and hangs up on customers that need to reschedule their appointments due to family emergencies. I got a facial as a gift for my girlfriend who ended up spraining her ankle on her birthday and I asked to reschedule. She made the process horrible and even went to so far to ask for a doctors note for validity. She said she would need to verify with her manager if they could change or charge me a cancellation fee. She never called me back to confirm either way. I was charged 75$ fee without being informed. When I called to ask why, she said her Manager authorized it so they just charged me. There are a several fancy spas in SF to spend your money that are better, more luxurious, and have incredible customer service - and, customer service is everything.

I've booked online on 12/23 an oxygen treatment facial - 60 min with Natalie, since she was the only one available. This was my 2nd facial at this spa. My first experience was with Yolanda (which I've just heard that left the spa) for the same type of facial. Yolanda's treatment was awesome and did exactly what the description on the web was, plus more, and explained even single step of the process, not only working with me the entire time but also spending few more min. First, Natalie asked if I want extractions. I was quite surprise since in the 60 min rejuvenating oxygen facial on the web is included the extraction step. Also when I had the facial with Yolanda this was included in 60 min. When I said yes, Natalie said that I need to go to DeLuxe option 75 min since the 60min does not included extractions. Very surprised of this but I've agreed! Literately, Natalie spent with only 3 min doing extractions, even though I've asked her if I need any. Before agreeing with DeLuxe option, I should have asked her then why it's not included but I didn't feel going into an argument and wanted to have a relaxing feeling. The entire DeLuxe facial was only 62 min to be exact although I needed to pay for 75min. During this time also Natalie left for 10 min to take care of some stuff -:). Here are my points for the spa owners and the people who are reading this: 1. If you charge someone for 75 min - then you should spend the entire time working on their facial other than leaving for 10 min and finishing earlier with ~10 min. Basically I was deprived of 20 min from my facial although I needed to pay for the DeLuxe option. 2. Make sure that person provides the service which actually does what it's explained on web. In my case the extractions were included but told they are not. "If you opt for the Deluxe option, following cleansing and extractions, your skin will be treated to enzymes". 3. My skin was very red after I left and felt even itchy. I came home and I could not believe that I've spent $182 and my skin looked worse than before I came in - spotted and red. I was annoyed of spending $182, an having such a bad experience. 4. It would be nice that person providing the service to also explain what they are doing and what products they are using but this is only after 1-3 are met. In case of Natalie I had no idea what she was doing only when she let for 10 min to take care of some "stuff" I would NOT recommend this service to anyone given that this spa is consider high-end. I'm also NOT recommending Natalie for your service. I won't come here. This is for sure, unless things gets addressed.

I’ve tried so hard to like this place but it is not worth the hype - especially compared to all the luxurious spas here in SF and the Bay Area that have incredible service and amenities. Not to mention, the staff is entitled and super rude. I would not recommend ladies!
