Their hospitality was excellent 👍! Good massage service. The deep tissue couple's massage was good. Deep tissue could be a little more with pressure for our liking and achy muscles, otherwise it was a great experience.

We decided to book a last minute couples massage as part of a quick weekend get away. Online showed that they were booked up but after a quick phone call and a follow up call, we had an appointment! It was so easy and the person answering the phone was very accommodating. Our appointment was fantastic! We were welcomed and given a tour/directions on how to get settled in. The massage therapist’s were so nice, professional, and accommodating to specific needs. We’re located 3+ hours away so unfortunately we won’t be regulars. But would definitely recommend for anyone in Cary/ Raleigh area.

I had truly the best massage ever with Anna yesterday! The amenities are nice and cozy. The massage was perfect. Typically I try new places and haven’t found one I like enough to keep going back to, but I am already looking forward to booking my next massage here with Anna!

I've been going to SRC for just over 2 years now (multiple times per year) to treat myself to a spa day. My last visit was on Sat. March 2nd, 2024 and I *never* leave an appointment like this without rescheduling. I'm very thorough and I make sure to repeat the appointment dates and times, etc. It was confirmed then that I'd have my next appt today (July 27th) and a following appt in November 2024. Tell me why I drove 45 minutes to my appointment today at 9am, to be told I don't have one today *OR* in November on their schedule?!?! So, it's my fault someone at the front desk had an oversight issue and didn't do their job... to add further insult, they only wanted to offer a 30-minute foot soak to compensate me for this. So, I'm going to disrobe for *that* and then get dressed to leave and drive another 45 minutes home?!?! When I should have 4.5 hours worth of treatments?!?! Nah. I wasn't the one who screwed up here! It wouldn't be on *my* schedule if I didn't stand at the front desk and make these appts back on March 2nd. So, for wasting my time, gas, wear & tear on my vehicle, etc... I NO longer recommend SRC!

One of the best deep tissue massages I’ve had: the therapist was attentive to my needs. The attention to detail as the spa was impressive from the restroom supplies and robes to the drinks and lounge furniture. My revive massage included a hot towel under my neck for support, hot towels over my feet and my therapist gave me a scalp massage. The staff was friendly and professional.

Love this place. Excellent massage therapists and amazing vibe. It has been consistently a wonderful experience at Spa Retreat. Everyone goes above and beyond and is very accommodating. Stephanie, Anna, and Julia are all great and highly recommend them. The entire team and Kirsten are always kind and delightful.

Always have a great experience here especially with Tabby for my monthly pedicures. She definitely does a very good job and keeps the conversation going. Everyone at this spa is really nice and pleasant so I will consider getting a membership here to save some money. Thank you all for all your hard work. I have only been coming here for 3 months since December of 2023 and love it! :)

It is rare to find a business that is not only focused on high quality services, but also has a kind and compassionate team who goes out of there way to make you feel welcome and accommodated. I have been a client at Spa Retreat for years and will sing their praises until the end of time. I love my massages there, the facials, the champagne as I wait, the beautiful and peaceful decor, and the top notch professional attention from the second I walk in the door (or email them with a scheduling request). They truly value the client experience and I highly recommend them!

Booked this for my girl. The place was a little hard to find but other then that what a perfect little spot. The staff was so friendly and helpful, even to me and I wasn't the one having anything done. We will definitely be back here.

Quick tour with vague explanation on where things were & what to do. very underwhelming massage besides the tool that left me in pain and with marks covering my back. Also thought I was charged beforehand which is very confusing when checking out and ruined the small amount of relaxation I even felt. too boujee of a place to provide quality service.

I’ve really enjoyed all the services I’ve received here, and the atmosphere is very relaxing. I see Tabby regularly for my nails. The gel polish here is great and lasts a long time, and I love chatting with Tabby. The front desk is always extremely helpful too.

I LOVED my spa package today! Seriously the best thing I've ever done for myself! - The facilities were all sparkling clean and beautifully decorated - The massage was perfect (just the right amount of pressure for what I needed) - The facial was wonderful and she helped me understand my skin's needs - Even the sauna and foot soak were great! Now I can't wait to go back! 😀

I had a great time here. In addition to my massage, I was allowed to stay and enjoy the lounge areas for a while. They have drinks you can enjoy while you relax in a soft robe. They have great attention to detail here which creates a very relaxing atmosphere. All the employees were very kind.

Liked it so much, I got a membership! My mom and sister go here as well. All the providers are great. Anna is my personal favorite massage therapist. The common area attendants are always very kind and ready to refill a mimosa or snack jar. Great place to facilitate a self-care day.

Relaxing, clean and comfortable spa. My first appt. was a facial booked my adding my name to the cancellation list. For my first visit I received a tour of the facilities and sank into a fluffy seat while I relaxed in the lounge. Flavored water and tea is always available, and mimosas upon request. My second visit was a full body massage. Both times the energy of the place and people left me feeling rejuvenated. Over all I would highly recommend trying their services. The menu is full of customizable treatments to heal, relax or renew. Come alone or bring a friend. The locker room is stocked with luxurious robes and all the necessities, so you only need to check-in and unwind.

Spa Retreat Cary is my go-to relaxation spot! I've indulged in manicures, pedicures, massages, and facials, and every experience has been exceptional. The environment is super relaxing, the staff is friendly, and knowing the company supports their community adds an extra layer of appreciation!

The atmosphere was great at the spa and all the staff were super friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, my actual facial wasn't great. I didn't receive the paraffin wax treatment that was supposed to be part of the package, and I developed fungal acne as a result of the extractions. This made me worried about the spa's hygiene standards. I previously had very clear skin after completing Accutane treatment a couple of years ago. The esthetician's advice also directly contradicted some of my dermatologist's advice, which made me a little concerned about the "custom" aspect of the facial.

The people make the place completely. If you follow them on social you will know that the boss babes that run this place take pride in taking care of their people because happy people do treat you better and you can tell that enhances the entire experience. The Spa rooms are set up for such tranquility and the experience and atmosphere is that of a clean healthy environment.

We love this place! We got the best massages and it was so relaxing. My husband and I celebrated our anniversary here and were delighted. Heads up, you can't use a hair dryer to blow dry your hair after you shower... Might be a noise thing as it could disturb the peace. Friendly staff, great massage therapists, wonderful time.
