I had the pleasure of discovering this gem of a spa during my trip to Austin, and I must say, it was hands down the best treatment I've ever had. I opted for the Swedish massage with an extended foot reflexology session, and it was pure bliss. The location in The Domain was easy to find, and the staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive. I left feeling completely rejuvenated and will absolutely return the next time I’m in Austin. Thank you for making my visit so memorable!

We a little disappointed. My wife's facial and manicure/pedicure experience were below average. We have received better service at local nail salons. For the it to be at the Doman and high end pricing, we expected more. The room was cold and not kept up.Everyone was nice and professional, which helped.

I enjoyed my massage experience souch! Keryn was a fantastic masseuse. She worked out my problem areas beautifully and at the perfect pressure that I needed. I would recommend her over and over!

What a beautiful experience my partner and I had. I surprised him for his birthday with a couple’s escape package. Here’s our experience: Location: the spa is easy to find and they have dedicated parking spaces so you don’t have to worry during the busy Domain hours. That said; it is limited, so plan ahead to find good parking. Accessibility: it is located on the second floor and there are stairs and an elevator to get there. Reception: the reception associates were lovely! Very accommodating and gave us a tour of the facilities since it was our first time here. They were pleasant and made us feel welcome. Service: we booked the couple’s escape which includes a therapeutic bath, massage and pedicure. Our massage therapists, Lin and Lidia were wonderful. They greeted us at the quiet lounge area, and made sure we were comfortable. The massage was much needed for both of us. And the therapists are very experienced. What’s also wonderful, was how they read the notes on my reservation and remembered it was my partner’s birthday! I’ll definitely be coming back to try more services. Thank you so much Spa Réveil for a relaxing experience!

Had a much needed, well being massage gifted to me from my sister; I love you Norma! Terry gave my shoulders, neck, and back the attention they were craving. The rest of my body also had a massage, but she knew I was especially tight in my upper back, between my blades, and shoulder area. Treat yourself to a wellness visit and ask for Terry! Take advantage of the Hamman (steam room) , and complimentary refreshments.

I left my car for 5 minutes to return something in front of their building, and afterward, I was planning to get a massage there. However, it’s definitely not worth trying because their attitude showed me they care more about their parking spot than anything else.

Towed!! The same as another customer who left a review here !! I had a very bad experience @the spa. When I called I asked if my daughter was on their system and they lied and said she was. I had to give my cc to make the appointment. When I realized it was at the Domain and that for sure I had called the wrong spa I tried to cancel but they told we I was going to be charged if I canceled. So I ended up driving all the way up there. I parked right in front on the spa where there was a sign reserved for spa customers only . When I checked in I signed the form and followed the lady for the mani/pedi I had booked. While she was starting my pedi I realized there was no wifi and they said that @ the Domain there was not good coverage. 😡. Almost 40 min without my phone when I wanted to relax and catch up. This is absolutely not the bad part… When my service was completed. I go back to the desk to pay and I see a list with customer’s car model’s , immediately I panicked and asked the lady what is this for I didn’t write my car’s model and she says ; so the other receptionist didn’t ask you to do it? I said no and she said well your car was towed !!! Imagine my frustration, anger etc. I told her to please call the manager or owner etc. My car was returned after 40 minutes with only an apology by the receptionist because obviously the manager had already left. I would not have written this If I had been given a call by the manger/owner to make it better next time but they just did not care. If it was my business I would immediately would have offer something to make it better . But I guess taking care of their customers is just not important to them

Loved my massage with Cheryl! I requested medium level strength and it was perfect. Her rhythm and and force felt like waves against me (the best)! I also enjoyed the shower and steam bath Will return again for a massage Tip: domain residents get a percentage off, reserved spa parking is available

My boyfriend and I came here for a couples massage. The jacuzzi milk bath was very relaxing. I had a hot stone massage with a body wrap, and it was amazing! I’ll definitely be going back!

This place is a joke. Oh and not to mention they have 3 parking spots that you can’t even park in because the two lady’s in the front office will 100% call to get the car towed. The one specially on the left when you walkin is 1. Rude 2.She will call and get your car towed. Beware even if you have an appointment I wouldn’t trust my car in the parking spot. Please go to the other spas around.

I had such an amazing time! This was my second massage ever after having a disappointing first one on my birthday at another establishment and OMG! I came on a Monday afternoon, the place was clean, front desk was so friendly and basically had all the amenities to myself! Massage itself was a 10/10. Lin really took her time with me and was very intentional was the pressure she applied on all parts of my body. Will be coming back! And will be asking for Lin! <3

Spa is dated, products made skin on feet and cuticles made skin dry, only one foot jet out of 2 worked. Had to do a couple if steps to get in pedicure chair, not massaging or comfortable but more of a bench. Services were $150 for overall average services. Parafin wax was too hot and did not smooth correctly to cover hands or feet. Mini facial special , did not care for products as they were more drying vs hydrating . Staff were pleasant, this is just signs of inattentive owners. This should have been a luxurious experience and it was below average for the price due to aging salon.

**Disappointing Experience at Spa Reveil** My recent visit to Spa Reveil was extremely disappointing. Despite having a reservation, I waited nearly 30 minutes at a small and dark reception area. The staff were uninterested and unprofessional, lacking the warm and welcoming demeanor expected at a spa. The manager is clearly extremely rude and unprofessional The facilities were underwhelming and in need of maintenance. Relaxation areas were noisy, clear general lack of cleanliness. My massage was the most disappointing aspect, with an inexperienced therapist providing a rushed and ineffective treatment. Overall, Spa Reveil failed to deliver on its promises of luxury and relaxation. I do not recommend this spa to anyone seeking a quality experience. Save your time and money and look elsewhere for a true spa retreat.

I had the Vichy with the 90 minute massage upgrade. It was so relaxing. The massage therapist was very engaging about the style of massage and checked in with me throughout the service to make sure she was meeting my massage goals. She was thorough and consistent. I left there feeling relaxed and well cared for during my appointment. That VISHY was RELAXINGLY DEVINE! I highly recommend it and Spa Reveil.

Stay away. This is the most unprofessional place in town. Staff is unqualified and allegedly used altered products. They are rude and the place is overpriced. All around the most awful experience. My girlfriend left traumatized by the visit and what she witnessed

The staff were friendly and very welcoming. It was my birthday and my boyfriend booked the Silk Road journey for me. The vinchi rinse, full body massage and pedicure was everything I needed and wanted. I’ve been in nursing school and it’s been stressful. I have a week break and he made sure I enjoyed my birthday. My first time there was absolutely amazing and I WILL be back! Also the massage therapist paid attention to exactly what I asked for during my massage.
