Elisandra is professional, highly proficient and a great ambassador for Spa Roma. When I knew I was going to have a conflict with my appointment, she made alternative suggested times to accommodate my schedule. I try to be courteous by being punctual with appointments, however on a rare occasion a complication can arise and Our mutual respect shows!

Lynzi did an excellent job. It was my first time having a massage and she explained everything to me so I knew what was going on before she started. She could feel how tense my muscles were and made sure she was thorough in them.

Went here for the very first time because a friend bought me a gift card. I was a devoted Tuscan Sun client but after going here, I think I may have just flipped teams!! Staff are absolutely amazing and they are in no rush to push you out the door. They encourage you to use their sauna room and to relax in the relaxation room; a true day spa place. Morgan did my Dermaplane and I could not have felt more comfortable with her and the results were even more amazing. 10/10

I enjoyed my experience here! Booked a couples massage with my partner. It was calm, quiet and so needed. Everyone was friendly and the place was clean. I loved the variety of services they offered as well. I highly recommend!

My husband and I visited Spa Roma while on vacation. I had one of the best massages I’ve ever had!! Dawn Corkrean was very knowledgeable and professional! I had the Swedish Massage and it was exactly what I needed! I’m pretty sure I fell asleep a couple of times! Will definitely return when we’re back in the area!

Dawn was my massage therapist and Amber did my facial service. Bother were fantastic! I did the hot stone massage and it was 55 minutes of bliss—you can tell dawn has been doing this for a while and is excellent at it. Amber talked through everything she used on me to address my skin concerns for the facial and recommended products that could work for my skin concern. I left feeling refreshed and rejuvenated—a perfect way to end vacation!

Update: The owner responded to my email personally and provided me with a full refund after looking into it. She apologized and explained that the esthetician was not feeling well that day. I think it is very respectable when companies make things right and I will probably try them again in the future. —————————————————————————— I had my make up done for my sister’s wedding and we both got pedicures. The makeup was awful. The line was chunky and not smooth. It looked nothing like the picture I showed her. My face was so shiny it loooked like I had been working in a sweat shop. Too long - it took almost 1.5 hours. I think because she kept smudging and having to fix things. I told her it was okay because I didn’t want to rush her and I could see it was not looking good and I didn’t want it to look worse. Dark circles under my eyes. She did not get all of the make up off from where she smudged under my eye. It just got spread around so it looked like I had a dark circle under my one eye. The pictures were taken one hour after she finished. So disappointed. Pedicure - my sister’s pedicure started 20 minutes after mine but we got done at the same time. I was upset she was shorted this time for so much money.

So personable and great at what she does! Perfect balance of small talk while also allowing you to relax in silence. Very knowledgeable about skincare and wellness. Overall a great experience!
