My cousins and I booked 2 massages and 1 facial at Spa Rosa. The facility is beautiful and the customer service is top notch. Our esthetician/masseuse were amazing. There are some things we think could be improved on to make the experience more relaxing. First, it would be nice if different sized robes were offered. Some of us prefer larger sized robes to be comfy. “One size fits all” in fact does not fit all. Secondly, the “serene” area is not serene at all. It’s pretty much a walkway to get to the outdoor patio and pool, so it’s noisy and busy and there is a constant flow of facility tours happening every 30-40mins. Third, the women’s locker room is directly off the serene room and in my opinion there is no privacy for the women. There should be doors to the entry of the women’s locker room. Women walking from the lockers to the showers are visible to whoever is in the serene room. Fourth, we did not see any trash cans in the pool area or places to put used wet towels. Many of the guests would get up and go to their treatments and leave their trash and wet towels behind. We picked up lots of cups and napkins that blew everywhere. These are not make it or break it items. We would probably go back because the treatments were amazing.

Went to the Jacuzzi and it was filled with leaves and bugs on the surface. I paid to have a 50 min facial and not to be picky, but time started from time she met me downstairs in waiting area and she was finished 5 min before 12:50pm. So, It was really 40 min actual facial. The prices are double for a service of what you will pay for anywhere else in Indian Wells and auto-gratuities are based off that. Service was average. I'd recommend going elsewhere, as there are much better alternatives in town and are better priced.

A little on the pricey side, and there's no common areas except for the tiny pool area in the back. Each side only gets the one steam room but massages were great just not worth it imo. 4 stars because the service was outstanding, just expected more from the facility and amenities or variety of rooms or types of saunas.

Stuff was very nice however services were disappointing. Nothing special about a massage or facial, not worth at all of 450$ paid. Same one could get at massage envy or similar places

The masseuse, Pilar, was excellent! She was on time and explained the treatment I reserved. However for the overall cost of the experience, I expected the facility to provide better amenities. The towels and robes have seen better days. We were told sandals would not be provided, due to an excess of visitors. This is not acceptable for the standards this spa promotes.

Amazing experience, was given a complimentary glass of champagne because I was celebrating my birthday 🍾 I had two services booked, a facial and a massage.. both were fantastic

Good spa, solid massages. A bit overpriced for the quality delivered. ($155 for 50 minutes) Nothing fancy or over the top amazing to justify the price point. Staff are very friendly. Will probably look for somewhere a bit more reasonably priced next time.

I had a massage on a Sunday afternoon. I used a Groupon for the appointment. The atmosphere was nice and relaxing. The therapist was on time for my appointment. The therapist asked what intensity I was comfortable with and if I had any concerns. The massage was wonderful and relaxing. What was not so wonderful was the outside area around the spa and pool. We were using the area for about 1 1/2 hours. During that time no one ever came around to pick up food and drink services completed by customers long gone. YUCK! When returning to the locker room to shower and dress the shower I used had a lot of hair in it. Several abandoned towels were scattered about. While I did enjoy my massage I doubt I will return even if there was another Groupon.

Got a facial by Maria and it was wonderful. I enjoyed my experience and I hope to go back next time I visit this resort. Only thing is, I wish I would have purchased some of the products they used. I can't find them online.

Spa này gần chỗ mình làm ngày trước (tòa nhà Vatgia 57 Lê Đại Hành). Không gian nói chung là rộng rãi và thoáng. Nhưng ánh sáng bên trong hơi tối :(. Rèm các kiểu màu tím là đặc trưng từ rèm đến sàn. Nói chung là khá đẹp. Dịch vụ ở đấy mình cảm nhận thấy là khá tốt. Nhân viên nói chung khá là chuyên nghiệp. Toàn những bạn xinh xắn. Giá cả ổn.
