Atmosphere and ambience is impeccable. However, I had to give them one star because my last appointment was not a massage. It felt more like a rub down. And being that the prices are on the higher side I’m not too happy about that. But my first time coming here definitely was worth it. However ever you’re gonna charge 200 for a massage plus put 20% gratuity on it. I do expect to have a massage not a rub down

We had the couples Dead Sea mud wrap and it was beyond expectation. Both staff members were kind and knowledgeable. The service was relaxing and beyond expectations! Would recommend

Received a sugar scrub & massage with Anthony. He was extremely professional and explained everything. I get massages often, and I was out of town on a work trip and treated myself never having been here before. It was one of the best massages I've ever received!

The staff was exceptionally professional and accommodating. Despite me running late. They kindly rescheduled my appointment for the same day. The atmosphere was clean, calming, and serene. Crystal did an outstanding job of making me feel relaxed. The CBD hypo-allergenic bath bomb I received as a gift smelled fantastic and was generously sized. I look forward to booking again!

A day of pampering was just what the soul needed! I visited the area for the first time and decided to treat myself to a relaxing massage and facial. Best decision! I left feeling relaxed and revived. If you have the opportunity, I recommend treating yourself to a spa service at Spa Saint Louis.

Absolutely AMAZZZING y’all!!! Crystal got the job done and then some! Staff was VERY inviting. Also, sent me off with a nice parting gift and a glass of Champagne! I couldn’t imagine a complaint…EVER. Book with Crystal & you’ll not be let down!

I had the pleasure of receiving an insanely good deep tissue massage here on my birthday, purchased and planned by a loved one. The gentleman was super professional and articulated my muscles like a master harpist plucking intentionally across the strings of the fine instrument. ( Time has stolen my memory of his name but his talent was unmatched and will remain in my mind forever) Conversation was pleasant and I enjoyed my experience thoroughly. Would highly recommend to anyone needing a little muscular upkeep and refresh. My session included a glass of champagne beforehand as well as fruit infused water afterward. The whole experience made me feel perfectly pampered. 🥰 The location was easy to find and valet parking is free for spa guests, which was a nice bonus. Since I was a bit early, I was able to wait in the historic and gorgeous Hotel Saint Louis lobby. 10/10 amazing experience!

I made my first Brazilian appointment in a while and my waxer, Raven, made my first visit very comfortable! Not only was the conversation was great, but the experience was Phonytail friendly! I can’t wait to utilize all the services provided! :)

Staff was rude and massage was below average at best. Price more than doubled than what I was originally quoted by the time I left. The cheapest you’re gonna get is around $120. Go elsewhere, you won’t regret it. Definitely not going back.

This was literally the best place i’ve ever went for a massage. My masseuse was so thorough getting all my knots and kinks, full body. Firm yet gentle & i slept like a baby and woke up feeling brand spanking new. i eill definitely be coming back here!!!

Fabulous service, great prices. Had my hair done and have already received lots of compliments. Kevin Murphy and Morrocan Oil products used and available. Small but very nice selection of candles. Would have loved to get a facial and massage but didn't have time. Only bad thing is that the bathrooms are the main ones in the hotel lobby and they were not clean and reeked of urine. Spa probably can't control this since it's the hotel's domain. Would highly recommend the hair services.

I had a wax appointment, I checked in 15 min early ( I like to respect someone’s time) the front desk (women) checked me in and said it would be a minute. No problem. Now it’s my appointment time about 10-15 min after I told her the front desk I’m leaving and she proceeded to tell me “ I told you she would be a minute”. “ it just 8 min pass”. “The tech is actually right here finishing another clients toes. No accountability! I asked why wouldn’t someone approach me after my appointment time to readdress that the tech will be another however many minute or so. Completely disappointed

Lydia was amazing. She was professional yet friendly. Very relaxed and welcoming. She is knowledgeable of her trade and really listened as well as explained as she went. I was so relaxed but more my body felt so great and she took away a lot of pain. The spa was luxurious.

Something about Lexi's pedicures are magical. My toes look so beautiful afterwards and stay that way longer than pedis I've had at other salons. She's low key and provides an utmost relaxing experience. The salon also has delightful aromatherapy and plays perfectly chill music. 👍👍
