Bad experience all around. Booked a massage for 10am today and showed up on time. Receptionist couldn’t find me in the system. I show her the reservation I booked through classpass and she manages to find me. The massage therapist either called off or double booked and my only option is to reschedule. This would be totally fine if they had told me this before I left the house and not at the front desk. She said 2:15pm today they have an opening, ok cool put me in. Just kidding! 2:15pm is not available and they’ll have to reschedule me to a different day. I then asked for a refund and she told me she doesn’t know how to refund classpass. I had to leave Spa Soak after 15 minutes of just standing there and contact classpass MYSELF. If you can’t handle classpass reservations, please take yourselves off classpass. This was a horrible experience and it felt like I was inconveniencing the front desk for a massage booking! Leaving more stressed than when I arrived.

This is an okay spa. The massage was good. I recommend skipping the mani pedi. The nail technician was either unable or unwilling to do either no chip or French mani pedi. My friend and I were dissatisfied.

The massage wasn’t terrible, but I originally signed up for scalp, neck and shoulders and there was no scalp massage. Also felt cut short on time and there was a little bit of mix up on what I could do due to pregnancy. I was a little disappointed with how they were a bit aggressive and defensive when I brought it up from someone sitting beside the receptionist. I just moved from out of town and this was my first time coming. I thought that was not polite and could’ve been handled more professionally.

No complaints on spa services. The employee did a great job with my daughter to offer advice on her concerns. Parking was a bit difficult especially for out state peeps. Planning ahead for parking is advised.

Do not recommend. Received different therapists than we booked online months in advance. Lots of unnecessary confusion. One member of our party ended up with a therapist we did not care for from a past visit. No apologies for the mix up or any accountability. We were given lots of attitudes. Jennifer and Marta are extremely rude and not friendly. Please go somewhere else. Will not be returning unfortunately.

They got me in last minute and it was seamless from start to finish. Joi, my therapist, has the most calming friendly vibe. I got the 90 min Therapeutic Massage and it was HEAVENLY. Best priced 90 min massage. Joi is amazing at targeting my tension while still being flowly. I liked this. Will be back!!!

Joi was amazing and took the time to feel out where issues were to provide the best relief. She spent extra time going over stretches with me for my tense areas afterwards. Hoping to become a regular now!!

I had the most amazing therapeutic massage today with Joi! It was relaxing but also incredibly effective - it felt like she unlocked all of my tight muscles, and I left feeling so terrific. She also helped me understand which muscles were especially tight and suggested stretches to do in between massages. I will definitely be back!

Overall good experience. Got the essential oil which included hot oil massage. Massager was very kind. However group of ladies in the waiting area were very loud and distracting from peace and quiet experience.

Despite running late and being the late client of the day, the front desk was understanding and warm. My massage therapist, Joi, was excellent. Her voice is even soothing! Her technique put me to sleep despite all my knots and tension. I would highly recommend her for all those reasons and you can tell she is passionate about her craft.

EDIT: The owner clearly won't own up to how she acted and is trying to chalk it up to a simple miscommunication. It wasn't. If you wanna come here, book with Quinn instead, she's great! I’m sad that I need to post a bad review for this place, since my first experience with them was amazing (Quinn is great, book with her!) - but the second experience, with Jennifer, was so comically awful that I think people really need to know. I booked a 90 minute massage with Jennifer. Things started off normally (she asked me if I had any pain anywhere, etc. - I told her what hurt and what to focus on, and then told me she'd be back in a minute to start the massage). When we started, I felt like she was coming at me at a really high speed (like she was trying to finish as fast as possible) and at a physically painful pressure. I didn't say anything right then because I know all masseuses have different styles, so wanted to see how I felt after settling in. But after five minutes, I realized it hurt too much and there's no way I should let myself be in pain for 90 minutes. So I very gently asked her if she could please move away from that area and reduce the pressure a little. She didn't respond and continued doing everything the same. So five minutes later I said "I don't mean to be a bother but it's still hurting a bit, would you mind lowering the pressure a little and slowing it down?" And she goes "I'm not used to this much direction from clients. You're disrupting this for me". And I say ... "Excuse me?" And she says "Massages are a meditative experience for me and this is disrupting to me". And then continued doing the same super painful stuff was she was doing before. So I straight up said nothing for like ten seconds because I was in disbelief, and then said "l don't wanna be difficult but, if a customer is in actual physical pain then I should get to say that - and I'm paying for this service, so my experience of the massage matters too". She ignores that too, so then I say "In that case can we stop now please"? And she said "Fine with me" and left. I go to the concierge right after and say what happened, and she told me that the masseuse was actually the owner of the place. So I'm like ... "No wonder, she knows I can't do anything about it". I'm betting Jennifer doesn't get a lot of customers who look like me, but treating people like that is not okay. I hope she treats the next customer with basic consideration.

Got a facial as a gift. Amazing. Very relaxing space, the staff are friendly and warm, and my "first-time" facial was a great experience! It's the perfect spot to unwind for a while.

I absolutely love Spa Soak! I always have such an amazing experience every time I go. The staff is really nice and very welcoming. My massages from Joi are always wonderful, she applies just the right amount of pressure and makes my body feel so relaxed. Maria is a great esthetician and is very thorough which I appreciate! I highly recommend!!

I had a good first experience at Spa Soak. I got a 60 min massage there with Jennifer & it was perfect, her pressure was great she definitely worked into my knots and tightness but also made sure to hit everywhere in our session. My massage started about 15 mins late but Jennifer just went 15 mins over to compensate. I will definitely be back.

I have some chronic back issues and I've found that Deep Tissue Massage helps. I've seen several Massage Therapists here and I've always had great experiences at Spa Soak.

I went to spa soak for an eye brow and lash tint recently. I enjoyed the service, however when I got home I realized there was dye on my sweatshirt in multiple spots. I emailed them with pictures of the damage. Although they took responsibility for the damage, they did not offer any compensation. I was wearing an $80 sweatshirt which is now ruined. I will not be returning as a customer and strongly suggest better customer service.

I’ve been going to Spa Soak for years and have always had great service and experience. As of late it’s been the best ever thanks an amazing massage therapist Marta. She is incredibly tuned into problem areas and addresses them without you having to even identify. I regularly schedule massages every three months for the past ten years and Marta is by far the best therapist I’ve ever been to and will continue to go to from here on. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to find a go-to therapist.

My experience at Spa Soak has been absolutely great! Finding the right kind of massage therapist was important to me because I suffer from intense and chronic shoulder and neck pain. Joi has been working on the local trigger points and muscle stretches and it has been such a relief. Each time she took the time to assess the current situation and map out the course of action, adapting to what my shoulder/neck can handle that day. Her approach is highly personal and she takes note of progress and/or changes over time. I can't recommend her and Spa Soak enough!!! Really wonderful staff.
