We did the Couples Lux Spa package, and though it was nice, instead of three individual services, they did them all at the same time so you really didn't get the scalp massage or reflexology. We were on the massage table for almost 3 straight hours with no break. The snacks & champ after the massage was nice and it was nice to finally get to spend time together.

I had my first treatment service today, and it certainly will not be my last. I booked myself the Pampered Body Day Spa package, and Nancy was my massage therapist. She was truly amazing - this treatment is exactly what this stressed out bride to be needed before her wedding day!

Diane gave me an absolutely fabulous Gold facial. I’ve been using Diane for years. Her expertise and calm, sweet personality are the reasons I go to this spa. In addition, the whole vibe and experience with any other staff is wonderful. I highly recommend.

I had a wonderful facial with Laura at the beautiful and tranquil Spa St.Tropez. It was such a relaxing experience. My skin was positively glowing afterwards. I highly recommend this spa. I have been coming here for years and it is always a special treat.

My husband had gotten me a gift package which included a massage and facial. I had added a manicure and pedicure while I was there. There was also cheese and crackers included. However where I was to go was not clear, there was poor service. No one told me the cheese and crackers were available I happen to find them myself. The manicure and pedicure was horrible. The lady kept huffing and it felt rushed. I as a customer felt like I was a bother to her. In addition, she cut my cuticles to short in which they are hurting. Also there was no where to dry my nails in which they got ruined while I was trying to change and pay at the counter. Overall not a great experience for the amount of money paid. Most likely will not be coming back. Was so excited to have a day, but 100 for a manicure/pedicure with a not so great experience. I would not recommend this place for the amount of money spent and the service received.

I give this spa a perfect review because I've been going for approximately 20 years and I've always had kind, knowledgeable and professional experiences in a clean environment. The place looks and smells great and the receptionists are so kind and accommodating. This spa offers every kind of service you could imagine and you receive professional service that goes above and beyond your expectations. I always look forward to my next visit and am sad when its comes to an end. I tell everyone about this spa.

The reception service was exceptional Leielle (sp?) was kind, courteous, conversational, knowledgeable and helpful and very attentive. I saw she was able to handle an unusually situation and did so with poise. Our hostess, Maria was very accommodating and pleasant. Our massage therapists Nancy and Nimete were adept at executing all the massage techniques that made us feel comfortable and relaxed. We had a thoroughly enjoyable experience. I do think having a quick consultation with the therapist prior to massage would be helpful in the future to give the person being massaged a chance to disclose any current conditions/aches or pains that should be avoided during the session. Other than that it was a wonderful experience Thank you.

Amazing, relaxing experience. My masseuse was incredibly professional, knowledgeable and caring. From the moment I walked in the door I felt relaxed and felt even more relaxed when I left. I am looking forward to going back as soon as possible. Such a treat today!!

I have gone to many places for facials & coming here to see her changed it all. She’s so sweet, amazing personality, and overall the best. She will leave your facial glowing for weeks. 💕

Soon as u walk in the door u are welcome and confronted by employee the spa it self is so amazing the masseuse is amazing Even the shower it's beautiful I love everything about this spa this gift my wife started giving for the pass 2 years I have 0 complaints.

Tomari was absolutely amazing! She was extremely knowledgeable and informative throughout the whole treatment & also made amazing recommendations for further skin care treatments. I felt relaxed & at ease during the whole process. The woman at the front desk were also very welcoming & accommodating. The spa was clean and quiet. An overall great experience!

Your staff is amazing! I had a cbd massage with Shari and she had to leave due to illness. I had received more than half of my massage, yet they did not charge me for my services. Your customer service is stellar!!! I made an appointment for next month with Shari and will continue to come back!!!
