From the moment I entered the spa I felt very relaxed by the atmosphere inside the spa the place has a great Zen and tranquility to make u feel that u want to stay forever.The facial by Edyta was fabulous and she is was very informative about giving me advice about how to take care of my face with facial facial facial product for my large pores.I had other facials before in different spas Never did they gave me such important information I am very grateful grateful for her skincare skills.I can't wait ti visit Edyta for more facials. Thank you Edyta.

I had a 60-minute massage with Estela and it was hands down the best experience! The spa has a beautiful and relaxing environment and the massage was absolutely incredible. I recommend Estela to everyone I talk to 🙌🏼

What a zen and relaxing spa! I was so impressed with the quiet atmosphere, the slippers and robe they provide, the tea room and complimentary infrared sauna. I had a facial by Edyta and a massage by Estela and they were both incredible. By far the best experience I’ve had in Tampa. The facial she used a bunch of rollers, amazing smelling and feeling natural/cleaner products and warm towels. The massage was so good making sure she hit pressure points, used warm towels and nice oil. I can’t recommend this place enough!

I have been going to Spa Sudeva since 2012. It has been a while since I walked into those doors into the full immersion of peace and tranquility, and it was just as lovely and welcoming as I remembered it. I had a classic facial with Edyta & the experience and care that imminates through her hands during the entire treatment, will send you into a healing state of mind and leave you glowing and refreshed with the amazing and effective Arcona products that are used. She is the best in the business and I refuse to get a facial from anyone else. I followed up that facial with a 90 minute zen fusion massage with Christine, her intuitive technique and perfect pressure really changed my entire body and spirit, I felt renewed even more than I thought I could be. The white ambrosia tea, the infrared sauna, the comfy robes, intoxicating aromas and warm dim lighting, and over all vibe and comfort of this space is something so special, and I recommend it to everyone I know. What a blessing it is to feel like you’re a world away from the hustle and bustle right in the heart of Tampa. This is where you want to go to heal, and to let go for a while with the result of returning to life feeling like a new person.

Edyta is one of my favorite humans! She is passionate about what she does, caring, empathetic and an unrivaled esthetician and reiki master. I seriously think every spa owner and operator should start taking notes or beg her to teach them how to be so amazing! She operates at a higher level than others. If one is so lucky to secure a session with her (I say this because she is probably booked out for two months) then you will experience absolute tranquility and next level service. Love her and appreciate all she has done to enrich my life and looking forward to many future sessions and growth!

Had a wonderful no stress massage package with an hour body massage, hot oil scalp massage and foot massage. Laura was a very good massage therapist. Before the massage there is a tea room where you can sit and relax, the hammock type chairs were very comfortable. After the massages I finished with the sauna. There’s a one person sauna room. It was a very pleasant experience, personal, small space. Only a few clients could comfortably be here at a time. The changing room and bathroom are pretty small. The robes are somewhat weighted and comfortable however for anyone bigger than an 18/20 size, the space and robes may not be very comfortable or functional. Overall I would return and have Laura again.

Highly recommend this Spa! My sister-in-law purchased a gift certificate for me to use for a zen fusion massage. I went in for the massage after a very stressful work week a few weeks ago and I am still feeling relaxed and healed after the massage with Katie! The reason this Spa is so amazing is that they focus on healing and creating a peaceful space not just providing a service. You are not just a number to this Spa. Katie listened to all of my concerns and even gave me a few helpful tips to reduce stress and relieve tension in certain areas, all of which have worked and I continue to utilize. Above and beyond is all I have to say. Truly a remarkable atmosphere and staff. The owner Edyta is doing some amazing things. Everyone should check this place out as we all should make time to reduce stress, heal and pamper ourselves.

I had a wonderful experience at Spa Sudeva. I have TMJ and fibromyalgia, which can make deep massages painful, but Edyta and her staff were incredibly knowledgeable and accommodating. The massage I received from Krista was so relaxing and thorough- you could really tell she was in a flow. She also checked in regularly to ensure the massage was comfortable and I really appreciated that thoughtfulness. Additionally, the facial treatment I received from Edyta was nothing short of brilliant. It not only left my skin feeling rejuvenated but was also incredibly soothing, adding an extra layer of relaxation to the overall experience. I have sensitive skin as well so I appreciated how many questions she asked to gauge what products and scents to use to make sure I enjoyed it. Overall, the ambiance of Spa Sudeva is divine. The moment you step inside, you're transported to a world of tranquility. The serene atmosphere, soft lighting, and calming music set the perfect backdrop for a truly indulgent experience. It was a lovely time, and I highly recommend it for anyone seeking a mindful and serene spa visit.

It was the best massage I’ve ever had (4/18/23). I had Christine and I adored that women. The most positive energy on top of a very nice massage made for the perfect experience. I was extremely stressed and tense coming in, but even today I feel very at peace and calm.

My first time here. My son booked this for me. I had the Back to Balance Swedish Massage. It was a great experience. I upgraded to have the CBD added and it really took away my pains. The dry sauna should not be missed so go early and do it before your massage. The Tea lounge is relaxing so have some tea while you wait. I will most certainly return.

Not only does this Spa have the best massages in Tampa but the facial experience is out of this world! I booked a hydrating facial with Edyta and I was just as relaxed as I am when I am having a massage! She was welcoming, attentive, caring and full of experience and helpful advice. My skin is still glowing and more importantly I have been relaxed ever since the facial. My wife and I have had several experiences with individuals in the beauty and wellness space and we would not go anywhere else in Tampa. Spa Sudeva is hands down the best spa for all services across the board. Edyta has over two decades of experience in this space and it shows. Not only was the service itself fantastic but the whole ambiance of the Spa is zen and welcoming. This is a result of the people who work there. Hands down a great experience and I will be rebooking the facial once a month along with a massage!

The atmosphere was super relaxing. My therapist Krista was very knowledgeable and had a real healing touch. At the end I was invited to sit in a nice sauna that you could personalize with different color lights that helped with inflammation and other areas in the body. I would highly recommend this spa and look forward to coming back next time I’m in Tampa.

This was my first time here. My friend got me a gift certificate for my birthday. Laura was my therapist and I had the mind, body, spirit. I really enjoyed it. Laura did amazing job and I am very happy it went. I will be coming back. The spa is beautiful.

Was looking for something similar to Allyu Spa in Chicago and this has the same feel to it. It is small, but setup nicely. My visit was relaxing and worth it. I already scheduled my return visit.
