I’ve been a member at Spa Sway for a few years now (going in five, I believe). I’ve had massages and facials with all different therapists and I’ve never been disappointed. I recently had an excellent customer service experience when I called to get some help with my membership. Whoever helped me on the phone was tremendous - Olivia I think? Anyway I could tell she was busy checking in guests and answering other calls but she was able to help me figure out my issue pretty quickly. When she needed to step away to check someone in she gave me a piece of info and communicated that she’d be right back after she was done with check in. The communication and service were excellent and she helped me solve my issue. This is part of why I keep coming back!

Great place for facials and massages. It’s clean and welcoming, free of the usual pretentious attitude you tend to find at other places. They are open 7 days a week and are open late. Services are always enjoyable.

My favorite go to in and around Domain, amazing vibe, great massages, and very helpful staff. Their CBD massage is very relaxing and always helps me recover from my back pain. Don’t live in Austin anymore, but always visit Spa Sway every time I am in town.

This place is really solid for service and atmosphere. The one kicker is that the prices have shot way up in the past couple years and so you might be better off looking elsewhere if money is an issue.

Had to change my 4-star review to 2-star Updated Review: They call & cancel your appointments a lot. It has happened to me maybe 5x in the past year & it's annoying to have to wait several weeks again for something to fit into your schedule. Previous Review: Love the ambience & staff here. I’ve been getting spas & facials for many years & this is by far my favorite place to go! The only downside is the SERVICES RARELY START OF TIME & instead of getting 50/80 minutes, it’s actually less.

Every service I have had here has been top-notch! Experienced and customer orientated employees that make you feel and look fantastic! Reasonable rates, especially considering all the extras you get, like free aromatherapy and hot towels with massage services. Most places charge extra for that! The atmosphere is quiet, and lovely. Can not wait to try out their new med spa location in Westlake coming soon as well! Definately reccommend!

I was feeling rather stressed and needed to relax and my first thought was to book a full body massage with Travis. On my first visit with Travis I was made to feel very welcome and I knew I was in good hands. The atmosphere with candles and soft music and the relaxing massage from Travis was great. Travis has an ability of putting his clients at ease and ensures you are comfortable throughout the massage. The hour goes so quickly and that is why I have been back to Travis on a number of occasions. I would recommend to all to book a treatment with Travis.

Just had a massage by Bree at Spa Sway and it was amazing!. I'm feeling so relaxed and my pain is gone. I have fibromyalgia and arthritis in my back. Bree took her time to address every knot she found and stretched my shoulders. Her pressure, technique and professionalism was above par. The Spa is so inviting and always very clean. The staff is always helpful and polite. I'll be returning as soon as I can!

Review update: the overall value has declined. The price of memberships has continued to increase, and it seems like being a long time member has little to no value there. There is no grandfathering in to rates. Due to the increased price, there is now little difference between this spa and any other nearby spa. This is most certainly the best value for high quality massages and facials in all of Austin. You can't beat the relaxing atmosphere, knowledgeable staff, and excellent front desk customer service when compared to other pricier local spas. The member rates are an excellent value and the Hydrafacials are a good market price. If you're considering a Massage Envy membership you should try Massage Sway first, you'll be very glad you did!

This place is first class all the way. Beautiful and relaxing inside. I had a sports massage dealing with chronic knee pain. The next day I walked my dog for the first time in 8 months without limping. The therapist didn’t even touch my knee. She identified the knee pain was coming from my Tight hips, she worked out the stiffness and fineto knee pain gone. Amazing!

Had a 110 minute massage from Berie (blonde septum not sure if I’m spelling her name right) she was absolutely amazing I was drooling like a basset hound best experience, hit all my spots and then some. Thank you

Spa Sway is running a illegal medical SPA. They illegally posted my private pictures online They never had a consultation with the medical director prior to performing microneedling services After I pointed out they were illegally advertising as a medical spa they changed the language on google to “Day Spa” from “medical spa”

Wonderful day spa for massage & facial. Quiet, soothing & calming atmosphere. Friendly & knowledgeable staff. No locker room (fyi) so you carry your items in a bin with you. Pack light, dress comfy. Enjoy!

I had Cassidy as my massagist, I will be honest and say I was a little skeptical on how strong she would be able to do a deep tissue massage due to her size but man was I wrong. She has some strength to really get into those muscles and make you feel really relaxed! I have a 10-month-old and have been neglecting my self-care and it was really nice to be able to come to this atmosphere and relax. They have in the waiting room, water and tea as well as some snacks. Very happy with the service and it was also nice having conversations while getting a massage. You learn a lot about the people that are giving you this great service ❤️

Pleas save your money and do not come here. The workers are rude and the place does not look very sanitary. Ive gone to so many spas in Austin that offer a better experience.

I just had a phenomenal deep tissue massage with Brittney. I've had some major issues with my shoulder/traps and she worked wonders in those areas. I can move freely again.

I've been getting massages for over a decade, locally and whenever I travel. Cassidy is possibly my favorite masseuse of all time. I was assigned her by chance, but from that moment I didn't want to book with anyone else. She's friendly, kind, and out of this world talented. She helped me work out the tension I had all over while still providing the ultimate relaxation. A true professional in every way.
