I'm been going to Charles at Spa Sydell Perimeter for my deep tissue massage for a couple of years now. He does an amazing job, applying just the right amount of pressure for my trouble areas in my shoulders and back. He's very accomodating and will apply more or less pressure if needed. I feel the tension release and feel very relaxed, often falling asleep. The entire staff is very professional and accommodating. I highly recommend the spa and Charles as a massuer.

Absolutely just what I needed. I came into the appointment with several aches and pains and left rejuvenated. Amber is so attentive and asked all the right questions before our session and applied all the right pressure (deep tissue) to the areas of concern shoulder, neck, lower back, calves, glutes and lighter massage technique to my arms, feet and scalp. I have found the perfect massage therapist to go to in Atlanta.

I absolutely love Spa Sydell and specifically Charles Huff! From the minute you walk in the door the ladies that greet you are so very friendly. And the massage by Charles is incredible. He listens to your needs and will do the massage accordingly. I will not use anyone else and I highly recommend you try Spa Sydell and Charles the next time you want to relax!

I visited Spa Sydell (Perimeter location) for the first time in November and Nazar was my Aesthetician. My skin has always been clear, but I had been experiencing breakouts for a few months. Nazar recommended I have a hydrafacial with LED light therapy. She did an amazing job and within a few days, my face was almost clear. I went back today for a second treatment. My face looks and feels amazing! I highly recommend Nazar as she is very skilled and knowledgeable in skincare. I will definitely be back for my third treatment soon!

Where to start if customer service was up to parr they would have had a 5 stars. Charles was great and very professional my first time With a male masseuse and I was worried but he has blessed hands one of the best massages I have ever had 5 stars. My facial was done by Nazar and she was great and very informative 5 stars for her as well.Previously I would go to the buckhead location and the last time I went to Dunwoody they were in another location. They called me at 11:00 asking if I was going to come to my appointment which was scheduled online for 1:45 and then they stated well it’s only a male at that time. I was about to cancel but Charles you saved them. The receptionist did not ask me if I wanted to book another appointment which I thought was strange because I listened to her while waiting on my next service and expected the same exit but that did not happen. I didn’t think too much of it until I was talking with my sister and she experienced the same thing. I wish I would have got her name but she really needs to stop judging a book by its cover I had a gift card so maybe she thought I couldn’t afford it. I expected white glove service.

I booked my very first lip filler appointment with Taylor. She was very nice but my lips were nicely shaped but came out very lumpy. I came back once my lips were healed to see why my lips were lumpy. She claimed that never happens and accused me of having Covid before my appointment because “thats the only way that could’ve happened.” I explained I never had that and she asked me am I sure?! She then tried to massage them out and told me to continue massages daily. That didn’t work. So I came back and she prescribed me a steroid. That didn’t work. So I had to come back & get them dissolved (painful!) Once the dissolving healed, she agreed to redo my lips. Once she did them again, they weren’t nearly as full. She didn’t use the full syringe that I purchased. I reached out about this issue and they initially told me I would have to pay again ($700) then I complained further and they agreed to redo my lips for $350. It’s not fair for me to have to pay anything if I’ve had such a terrible experience. So basically I wasted $700 and my lips don’t even look like I got them done.

I have been doing weight loss injections with the NP Taylor and she has truly changed my life. Not only am I moving closer to my weight goals each week, the vitamin and supplement regimen has given me the most energy I have had in so long. My hair and nails are also growing like a wild fire and are so healthy. I am so grateful for her expertise and mentorship throughout this process. I highly recommend her and her services.

We booked a couples massage and had a less than ideal experience. The first “stop” on our tour of the amenities was for us to change into our robes. We did this but when we came out in our robes the employee had disappeared, and was no where to be found. We sat and waited in the room next door for our appointment, which started 15 minutes behind the scheduled time and no updates from staff that they were running behind. The actual massage part was fine when it happened, but almost half of the hour was spent just rubbing lotion on, rather than a massage. One of the masseuses also had an AirPod in, which you could hear the echo of the music which took away from the ambiance. Finally, they overcharged us for our massage and we had to correct them by showing the price listed online vs what we paid, but they did reimburse us the difference. While we will definitely give Spa Sydell another try in the future I don’t foresee us returning to this location.

Where do I start. Their phone system was down all day Monday. Someone answers then hangs up. Shouldn't they have common sense to report this to IT? Or return the call if disconnected? I have left countless of voicemails with the central reservations team & have not heard back in the past week. I have also left several messages with the buckhead & perimeter teams & upper mgt & have not heard back. Trying to make an appt with an aesthetician who's schedule for some reason is blocked for a whole week. No one has followed up with me & it's been a week. Awful customer service ! One assiciate misbooked a past appt at the alpharetta location & screwed up my relationship with my aesthetician thinking i was a no show. Mgt didnt even offer a discount for the inconveinance. Just apologized. Sided with the employee and didnt believe me. I had to end up re booking for another day. I have found a new medspa that is much more professional.

Horrible! Do not waste your time or money with these fools. I booked an online massage for 3 pm, and they called me the morning of and told me that the male masseuse that they booked me with is "not comfortable with male clients." What kind of homophonic establishment are they running? Then they wanted me to come in at 1:40 for a massage with a female masseuse. I told them that my schedule was planned for the day and that time would not work for me... Silence on the other end of the phone. I asked them what they could do to fix the situation, and they told me they would call me back. When they did, they told me I could now get a massage from a female at 3. So I reluctantly accepted, although female masseuse usually don't have the upper body strength for a deep tissue massage. Then, when I get home, my spouse has a medical emergency, and I have to take them to the ER. I called Spa Sydell back to explain the situation, and they charged me a $50 same day cancellation fee! This whole experience with them was a fiasco. Never again will I use them...and I suggest you don't either. There are too many other spas in Atlanta that have their act together and have empathy for their clients.

I have been going to Spa Sydell Perimeter for a few years now and highly recommend them. For two years, I have been going monthly for a massage and hydrafacial. The front desk staff is always so kind and welcoming. Nazar is an amazing esthetician. She is very personal and caters your facial to exactly what your skin needs. She does advanced services and will offer suggestions to help you achieve beautiful glow and your skin feeling amazing. Trust me, it will be your best facial ever! Robert is the absolute best massage therapist. After going to him regularly for a couple of years, he knows my problem areas and will adjust the massage to what is needed for the particular visit. He has great knowledge of pressure points as well. I have some back issues, and going to him monthly has helped immensely and reduced my need for medicine.

I recently started working with Taylor this year and just adore her and the quality of her work! Her expertise is outstanding. I was previously elsewhere for injection services and I’m in awe of how much more pleased I am with Taylor’s work and the better longevity of the services.
