Love, love, love this place. Try to go at least twice a year. If you book a service you get access to all of the amenities, spa, steam room, salt room, quiet rooms. They have champagne and lunch service everywhere in the facility. It is amazing! Looking for more places like this in other cities🤩

Have always come here and spent all of our time here. We do not go anywhere because everything we want is here. The treatment you get from the staff is hands down awesome. My wife and I only stay here when we go to Reno. I would suggest this to anyone. I love it here.

I made this 5 star review 6 years ago, and im back in town 6 years later to leave another one. Kat is an amazing aesthetician. My brazilian was quick, and she was professional, and honestly, the whole thing was perfect for services. Not to mention the entire 2 days I spent at the spa itself. Hot tub and cold plunge therapy is a must for relaxation, vanities and showers, and every amenity you can think of... I used to work here, and it's no wonder at all why people travel from all over to come to spa toscana. I've been to California, Florida, other spas in Reno, virginia, and there are ZERO spas like this. Nobody beats it. It's the fact that the staff care for every single little need with a smile. Hosts and hostesses: You absolutely rock, from cleaning up to finding everybody for their appointments, to caring for everyone as they were yourself. Youguys seriously are top-notch and butt kicking spa angels. Manager Rachelle and director Bridget, who used to be a massage therapist there are both phenomenal - it's clear that their leadership really drives the customer service from top down. I was delighted to see some of the same faces still here. Much unlike the majority of Reno, this spa really has a place in my heart. I love everyone here, and even on those busiest days where EVERYONE and their moms come to this beautiful place from EVERYWHERE, the atmosphere NEVER fails.

Had an amazing classic Toscana pedicure with..Andrea? Sorry I’m terrible with names. Perfectly trimmed nails and cuticles, luxurious hydration mask with massage, and finished with a paraffin treatment that felt amazing. Topped off with a quick clear coat polish and my feet have been silky soft all week. If I had more time I’d 100% get more treatments and spend many hours relaxing in the many amenities offered. Thanks Spa Toscana for making my visit to Reno great!

Hi Everyone on 07-12-24 my second time visiting this spa i had a facial done it was a wonderful experience. Katalina was so polite and smiling made my experience that much more great. I highly reccommend her a jobe well done. Thank you!

It's always a wonderful experience, and you can't beat their local's discounts! They're remodeling some things, and I'm excited to see their improvements! I recommend getting a massage too!

I was there with my daughter for pedicure service. There were multiple reasons to celebrate, including mother's Day, my daughter's upcoming birthday, and her college graduation next week. Sara and Julie, the two nail technicians were very professional and kind. My daughter and I had a great time together and have cute nails to show off for a while.

Wow, have been here a few times. Last time was shocked. Men's locker room was a mess. I go to Atlantis and here, I will no longer go here. This mess laying around in mens area for HOURS, not a few mins after people left. Trash in spa area, towels etc.. ICK.. I did see the attendants standing behind their counter chatting and not cleaning. When I commented to one in the spa area, he said he had been busy.. ugh..

Toscana is probably the best spa in Reno. (disclaimer, I'm not a spa kinda girl so I haven't been to to many of them, but that's what my friends say 😉) 3 stories of spa: on the bottom floor there are locker rooms with a hot tub, cold plunge, sauna, steam room, showers, waterfall showers & restrooms. Coffee, yes, hot chocolate and snacks are available (free). 2nd floor is where the treatment rooms are. Massages, facials, etc happen here. I guess there's also a salt room that one never been to. Last floor has the salon, a relaxation room and a pool area with a pool and hot tubs. Here you can order food and drinks ($$$). Food is good but not incredible. The drink I ordered ($18!) was supposed to be some kind of pineapple something but honestly, it was just the most expensive pineapple juice I've ever had. The facial & the time spent with my friends were great!

Amazing Spa was in town for work and needed a good spa day, and Toscana was amazing. Very friendly and helpful staff. I had a great massage and would definitely come back for another spa day.

Definitely more of a gym feel than spa. Everyone is on their devices, and it’s very loud and busy, both in the women’s lounge/locker area and caldarium, even though “soft voices” are encouraged. Even the “relaxation room” had bright light and a slamming door, as well as everyone talking, and communal blankets (they just pick them up off the floor and chairs and put them back on the rack for the next person). The treatment room floor seems to be the only place to relax, and my facial was stellar. So, not the place to go if you’re looking to recharge your batteries in a calm and serene atmosphere. Food also mediocre and expensive.

Got my wife 2 different types of massages. The therapist explained alot and did a wonderful job on her. The place is amazing, but a day pass to use amenities is outrageous. They need to reconsider part of it.

I had a lovely and relaxing day hanging out at the spa waiting for my massage. My massage therapist was Carmen and she had a wonderful touch and great pressure, exactly the massage I needed. The whole day was exactly what I needed.

I never write reviews (especially negative ones) but feel the need to share my disappointment regarding my spa experience given the price I paid and what I received. This was my first weekend trip away from home since having my twins 11 months ago and was staying at the Peppermill and thought it’d be nice to get a massage. I only booked a 25 minute massage because I mostly wanted my shoulders/neck worked on. I arrived prior to the appointment time and received a tour of the spa, all of which looked very nice but I wasn’t comfortable taking advantage of the amenities at the time. I was greeted by my massage therapist at my appointment time and she seemed nice enough. Unfortunately the service left much to be desired as she was obviously sick and spent the entire session clearing her throat, deep breathing, coughing, and yawning. Not the idea of relaxation I would’ve liked. After the service I left the spa and went to check out. I wasn’t asked about my experience otherwise I probably would’ve shared my dissatisfaction at that point but I was just asked if I’d like to leave the 20% gratuity on the card, paid, and left. If I’m visiting Reno or the Peppermill again in the future I probably will opt to not receive spa services.

I’ve been to the spa here several times but this is the first time I’ve reviewed it. This past week I went solo and just for a massage. It was a hectic, day and I immediately calmed down when I walked into the reception area. The staff is wonderful and so accommodating. The facilities are top notch and they use quality products. I had a massage with Kia and she got every knot and ache out of me while still making it super relaxing and pleasant. If you need a day to yourself or want to go with a group, this is your place. There are so many treatment rooms and options and they have a locals discount.

Spa Toscana truly brings a resort feel! There are a ton of included amenities and a wide variety of experiences to really relax with and feel pampered. Spa access alone is worth it, because there are so many ways to unwind. The spa itself is huge, and even though there were a decent amount of people when we were there, it didn't feel crowded at all. The zero gravity room is especially nice, and the poolside food service is a great luxury touch. Since you can't see any part of the city from the spa, it truly does feel like a getaway even for locals like us. The Greco-Roman decor is tasteful and they really lean into the bathhouse vibe. The employees were friendly and very attentive. My only criticism is that they didn't seem to have cleaned the hot tubs in the caldarium very recently when we were there. There was a decent buildup of grime in the corners where the jets don't reach, probably from oiled up people getting in right after their massage. It was the only thing that seemed off, everything else exceeded expectations! Will definitely be back.

This spa is top notch! Great staff, amazing amenities, and it's impossible to not leave fully relaxed. I appreciate that they offer a locals discount every day of the week because other casinos in the area don't do that. Would highly recommend!

Treat yourself and plan on at least 4 hours there. The quiet if some rooms and the beauty all around is awesome. My favorite spa I’ve ever been to.
