Extremely disappointed. With the outrageous price rise for their services to the fact they took away some complementary perks, I had an RMT who did not stop talking to me the entire time … about her love life. I tried to be friendly but it’s awkward to ask someone to be quiet. She was a bigger girl and I left feeling more anxious and unsatisfied. The fact I paid well over $225 for 50 min therapy session for another person is outrageous. I haven’t booked again and I’ve told friends to try other spas as well. The price doesn’t fit the services anymore.

James is truly an artist! He is professional & more importantly listened to my 16 year old daughter with what she wanted. She left her appointment beaming gorgeous honey blonde highlights without any damage to her hair. Thank you James!

My first time visiting here was great for RMT service so I decided I would just start coming here even though it is ridiculously overpriced. However my second time here I decided I would not be returning at all. My RMT service was absolute crap and then they could not submit my claim because somebody told Pacific Blue Cross that my technicians start date was Nov 2024. How is this my problem?? It became my problem and I'm out over $200 and no coverage from my insurance. I understand people make mistakes but why make it my problem?? This is opposite of what guest service is about. I am overpaying by 3x for a crap massage and then they have the audacity to inconvenience me as the cherry on top. 3rd time going here... They booked me non RMT and I ended up out of pocket again. 4th time booking. They refused to let me cancel my appointment because I'm sick ONE HOUR AFTER THE 48 HOUR WINDOW without a $50 charge. I'm done with this place.

Very disappointed with my last visit with Utopia Langley. Being a customer for over a decade, we did not get the opportunity to visit during pandemic. This was the first visit which I particularly wanted to enjoy with my RMT. With disused details of my problems area and concerns, she didn’t even touch or given treatments for those issues. During my treatment I specifically asked for deeper treatment as I don’t feel anything, she literally said “sorry, this is as far as I can go”. Not even slight effects to make it work. If you just want to have gentle “touch”, if you want a serious massage, nope, not again for me. In fact, I may review various spa in the lower mainland and if you are interested, please follow me.

I went to Langley spa utopia for my birthday August 4th and I had a terrible experience. My husband and myself have called a few times since trying to speak with someone and having left voicemails for a call back but no one has called us back or responded. I got a facial for my second service and the bed for the facial was boiling hot even when I asked the specialist to turn the bed off it was boiling and I was dripping sweat the whole time and I ended up getting sick from heat exhaustion the rest of my birthday throwing up and shaking. Also since the facial I have had a rash and cystic acne I have never experienced before all over my face and neck where the products were places.

I would give Bonnie much more than 5 stars if I could. She is an excellent massage therapist. I’ve been to many registered and non-registered massage therapists — Bonnie stands out as the absolute best.

A wonderfully enjoyable experience from time of booking till checkout. The steam bath is worth arriving early for and the guest lounge is relaxing and comfortable. All staff members are friendly, helpful and my masseuse, Allan, is amazing!

I am incredibly disappointed with the unprofessionalism of Spa Utopia’s team. This is probably the seventh or eighth time this year that I have booked a massage, only to receive an early morning call on the day of the appointment informing me that the therapist called in sick and my appointment needs to be rescheduled. What is the point of booking months in advance if this keeps happening? I understand that emergencies can occur, but why doesn’t the team have a backup plan to ensure customers aren’t inconvenienced? What if I was really tired and had been looking forward to my appointment? When I tried to complain, I was told no manager was available until Sunday and was offered an email address instead. Emails are too slow, and when I mentioned I might leave a Google review, the customer service representative rudely said, “Go ahead. That’s what you want to do.” Who talks to customers like that? This experience has been extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I do not recommend Spa Utopia and will be taking my business elsewhere.

I’m so frustrated with Spa Utopia. I’ve had my massage appointment canceled on the day because the therapist is sick. What’s the point of booking in advance? When I tried to complain, there was no manager available and I was told to email. When I mentioned leaving a review, the rep said, “Go ahead, you can do whatever you want.” And disconnected call. This experience has been disappointing and unprofessional. I do not recommend Spa Utopia.

Very relaxing environment. Staff all very welcoming and helpful. Not sure if I will be back as the day after my pedicure one of the toes is now infected. Never had this happen before with any pedicure at other spas.

I recently had a massage at Spa Utopia Langley, and it was exactly what I needed. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel right at home. The atmosphere is so peaceful and inviting. My massage therapist was amazing, really attentive to my needs, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the session. I walked out feeling so much lighter and relaxed. If you're in need of some serious relaxation, Spa Utopia Langley is the place to go. I'll definitely be back!

I come down from the Interior to get my hair done a couple times a year usually before a vacation. This time it was the day before a cruise was departing. I received a call the morning of my appt saying my hair stylist was sick and had to cancel. My husband called back and "encouraged" them to find a replacement as it was my birthday and required the service and was upset about the cancellation as I was looking forward to it. Sophia came in on her day off to do my hair and she was fabulous. I got a make-up touch up done that day (I cant remb her name but it was on Apr 14th pls look it up - they found it for me so her name is Brianna) as she was also AMAZING! What started as a very poor experience was a dynamic turnaround due to the 2 ladies. Thank you!

I got mt hair done yesterday by Sophia, and it turned out better than I could have even expected!! I dye my hair maybe once a year and I couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome. Sophia was very professional, had clear communication about what we were doing, and was very gentle. She has an amazing touch and great energy. She will definitely have me as a repeat customer. We go for RMT massages and each and every RMT has their own specialty. I recommend going earlier to your appointment and hitting up the steam room shower then massage and steam room again.

Worst customer service EVER!!!! Had a super bad experience a year ago, thought I'd give another try and nope, nothing has changed! Want to relax? GO ANYWHERE ELSE!
