I was gifted a spa day package from my husband for peace and quiet time after becoming a new mom. I was really impressed with the lobby, locker room, and amities offered. I regularly get massages but my husband gifted me a spa package to try somewhere new. I was really looking forward to having a relaxing day to myself. The facial was absolutely amazing. The room was calm and relaxing and very peaceful. I was so impressed with my facial that I was looking forward to the massage that followed. My massage therapist was very kind, however she talked the ENTIRE time. She even talked with her hands which made my “hour” massage, more like 35mins. I was extremely disappointed because I needed this time to myself and the part I looked forward to the most was ruined. The pedicure was decent, however, at the very end, she filed my nails so short that my toe began to bleed. My gel manicure has already chipped and it hasn’t even been a week. For a $500 spa day I had high expectations and was extremely let down.

It was my first time ever getting a massage and facial. They employees made me feel relaxed and welcomed every step of the way. The environment was relaxing, clean and beautiful.

I would highly highly recommend Spa Visage. We decided last minute to have a girls day out. We all work in public service, so with our schedules, it's extremely rare we can all get a day off together. We were extremely worn out, mentally & physically and immediately felt relief by just sitting in the gathering room. Kudos to Cherry (my facial was AMAZING). The others were very impressed with Sarah, Amy and Beaux as well. We will definitely be back and will advocate to others!

LOVE the amenities in the women’s locker room!! I’ve always had a great experience here with multiple different service providers. Will be coming back!

Had an amazing massage here with Robin (I think?). She was able to assess my previous injuries and addressed my concerns. I feel amazing after. Everyone was super kind to orient me to the facility and answer my questions.

I had a 30 minute massage and a dip manicure. Both services were great and professional. The massage was intense on the pressure, but I felt good afterward. I enjoyed showering afterward and using their locker room to get ready. I rated the salon lower because the sauna didn’t work, the shower doors didn’t lock, the conditioner in both showers was clogged, and my least favorite part was that my manicure chipped after 5 days. For a $62 (plus tip) price tag, I would have hoped it would have lasted longer.

The staff is always very friendly - quick check-in and check-out processes. My appointments have always been on time and I've been very pleased after every service. I would definitely recommend to anyone.

No spa in Knoxville compares. I love coming early to sit in the sauna and doing a steam shower after my massage. I also love the facials for extra relaxation!

LeeAnn was the best! I had foot surgery 3.5 months ago, so my feet/nails looked pretty bad. But she braved it and did a great job - very gentle with my foot! Thank you, LeeAnn!!

Just visited there with my boyfriend, Dylan and we both did 30 min facials which was perfect for his first time. Kevin did his service and Sarah did mine. Very happy with the service and overall experience so definitely be back!
