This company is the biggest scam! I received two of these gift cards totaling $100.00. I went to use them and the place said they didn't work. I called the company and was advised they do work. I tried another message place to advised me again the cards do not work. Called back and was advised they do work. Now the cards are expired and this unethical company gets $100.00. DO NOT USE THEM!!! Get Visa gift cards!

Absolutely the worst. I bought a gift card from them. It said bonus gift card of $50 for $100 spent. So, I had planned a spa weekend for 3 of us. My 1 daughter purchased her gift card. My other daughter asked me to purchase hers. So I did. I purchased $200. I received 1- $50 gift card. When I called to explain what had happened, they bent over backwards NOT to help me. I talked to their UNCUSTOMER reps, Claire and Mary who would just continually apologize and not offer any help. I left emails with Cheryl Reid, prez and CEO and never heard back. No refunds, no exchanges, Zero customer care. Please, stay away.

If there was a 0 Star i would had giving it. I bought 1 spa card by accident not realizing that i ended up buying 4 for 200 dollars. i didnt even see the final amount before purchasing and know when i saw the mistake..i called them right away just to find out that they are closed on the weekend. called them back on monday and they gave me the run aaround stating is final sale and they cant do anything about it. they stated that they will review just to find out that are just following their policies which i dotn udnerstand if there was a mistake and try to correct it why would i be penilized. i asked to speak to a manager or supervisor..keep getting that they are busy and unable to assist. i also sent an email to their dept for assitance and still unable to get any help a week later. you have lost me as a customer and shame on your customer service skills. you need to be more like spa finder and have coverage for 7 days a week where someone can help the situation right way rather than wait 3 business day for a reply back. with no supervisor or anyone here to help which the call center is overseas. so FUSTRATED! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM...

Have $200 worth of gift cards. The website is horrendous. Half the spas on the site don't even accept the gift cards. You search for a place in a given area and a handful of the results aren't even remotely close and in different states all together. Don't waste your time or money with this company.

I am so impressed with their customer service! I had to contact them about a charge issue, which was resolved immediately, and requested an extension on my bonus card expiration date due to extenuating circumstances and they were more then willing to accommodate! Very personal, quick response both times, not to mention the deal you can get! Find yourself a provider who takes these gift cards- there are 1000s- you won’t regret it!

The customer service was outstanding. Cassandra from the customer service department was attentive and helpful in initially placing the order when I had a small card issue and then also changing the date of delivery after my error (and I live outside the UK). She communicated very well and worked to ensure the recipient recieved the gift voucher in a timely manner. Highly recommend.

They recently changed how they deliver the bonus cards: you have a limited amount of time to fill out a claim form. They are obviously hoping you will miss the 5 day time period and they won't have to deliver the bonus. Not cool. 3 years running and they NEVER voluntarily send the bonus cards for Guru status. You have to chase them down and make multiple requests. There are still great deals to be had if you wisely use bonuses and discounts and keep careful track and make sure you receive everything you're entitled to. Also beware that the bonuses cards expire.

Ordered from an (actually multiple) emails received indicating a $65 bonus if I purchased $100 gift certificate. Purchased from the email link, but never rec'd the $65 bonus. I contacted them & they declined the $65 bonus because they stated I ordered it incorrectly. I NEVER would have purchased without the $65 bonus. Not reputable.

Purchased a $100 gift card and received the bonus $50 . Made appointment with Teatreees Boutique Spa in Blue Ridge, GA had the 80 minute massage. Went to pay with the 2 gift cards but was refused and had to pay yet again with my credit card. I called Spa Week right away to let them know was unable to use these cards there. Cathy the Customer Service rep said to give her till next Wednesday at the latest (this was last Friday)... She never called me so I called her..She asked for all of the details again and said to give them at least another 10 days so they can investigate. What a SCAM!!! Want my money back. Contacting BBB next.

I have been working with SpaWeek in a professional capacity for more than 5 years. Incredible staff that is dedicated to the success of their partners, vendors and customers alike. Honesty and integrity starts at the top and flows throughout. My wife and I have also used the gift cards that they sell on several occasions for spa indulgences, and always had a great experience at a fantastic discount. Please keep up the good work!

I have worked with spa week for many years! The staff is always friendly and helpful. They do anything they can to work with the customer. They are always enthusiastic and willing to help you with many aspects of the spa business. I feel like the value for what you get has always been worth it. I will probably be a lifetimer with them.

I rate this group no stars due to their lack of understanding and inflexibility. I had to give it one star otherwise it would not let me post my review. I purchased a gift card with a bonus value of 50 percent which was valid for two weeks which was not clearly displayed. I was unable to use the bonus within the two weeks since I didn't notice it and when I asked for a two week extension it was denied by the CEO no less. When I requested a refund since the whole point of the purchase was worthless that too was denied . I would recommend NOT buying from this company.

I think Spa Week Media Group is very helpful for our spa business. Ever since 2012 we've been running Spa Week promotions two times a year, and they bring us a ton of new clients. During the month of Spa Week (April and October) it really is the busiest time of the year! Thank you Kaitlin for your hard work!

Spa Week is an amazing tool for me and my spa. There are always new clientele that come through the door from Spa Week who would have never known about the spa without it. We had a great experience with Spa Week. Kaitlin was fantastic. Helped us set up our page and was very responsive with every question we had. The response we had was great, allowing us to bring in many new patients in the week we advertised. Well worth the $$!

We have have multiple locations in NY and Boston & have worked with Spa Week Media for years running both the fall and spring spa week campaigns. They are always helpful prepping for Spa Week and work with us to feature some of our new services that we are promoting. We have worked with Kaitlin specifically for years and have always had a great turn out and been given the guidance and attention we needed from her. Absolutely wonderful to work with.

These people are criminals! I did an ad with spa week with my business and they failed to live up to their side of our contract and refused to provide proof that they had. They took my $600 for a local ad campaign for spa week 2013 and did nothing. They had poor customer service, ignored my emails and I now have to file a small claims court claim to attempt to get my money back. What ever you do, don't do business with this company. They take your money and run.
