Place has went downhill. Broken tiles on the floor with clear tape over them. Broken empty fish tank. The staff are not nice and customer service oriented like they used to be. I was coming here for 15 years. Never coming here again. Also the underage girl making the smoothies talking to the other girl about getting so drunk the night before. Ice room smelled like mold and not much ice in there. Not the same experience at all anymore. And the new works in the mens pool area just stare at you while you in the pools.

My first Korean Spa was Spa World so I will always appreciate the space. I loved the overall experience, however, I had nothing to compare it to ... Then along came another Spa... (Good, better, best scenario). Pros and cons to both... I will say this... They made some much needed upgrades, their bade pool is INDOORS, which is a huge plus (especially during colder months) and it's family friendly if you want to take your littles. In the past, I have had the body scrub and a shiatsu massage..both ahh mazing. Body scrub was EPIC!! DO your body and skin a favor and get one. Cost effective for the amount of time. Just go!!!

I have been coming to this place for years and didn’t think I would want to ever switch over but after the incident today I’m planning on taking a break and trying other facilities. Pieces of poop were found in the women’s bade pool today. I witnessed them being found. Staff was immediately informed and did absolutely nothing. It wasn’t until I confronted them about why the pool wasn’t getting shut down even though I saw them being informed that something was done. Even then, they decided to close the pool for 30 mins for cleaning, only to be opened right back up. I draw the line at swimming in someone’s fecal matter!

Arrived at 930am on a Saturday and it wasn't too crowded so things were looking promising. Had massages scheduled at 10, and the massages themselves were decent. But at the end the two women asked us for a tip. I was like, ok, well gratuity is included in the pricing according to the website. They proceeded to argue with us and get pretty hostile about how people normally leave more. I caved and said fine, 10 extra. And they argued with us more and essentially bullied us into leaving 20, which they still were not happy with. Same thing with the facial. They were fine, just basic facials. At the end they hover over you waiting for you to tip extra. And you can't even input a tip amount, you have to select 18/20/22 percent. An absolute scam. The pools were super crowded by the time we were done. It wasnt the relaxing bade pool experience we were expecting. It was more like a naked pool party. Everyone was so loud and obnoxious. Impossible to relax. The workers kept coming out to remind people to keep voices down, but of course no one listens. The rooms were basically the same. You'd always have at least two people in there carrying on like it's the salon, making it impossible to relax in peace and quiet. I would not recommend this place. Very uncomfortable experience with the staff harassing us for extra tips. Not at all relaxing like I had hoped it would be. We only stayed for 4 hours. Waste.

Nothing wrong with the place as it serves my purposes but it does have a tendency to get very packed on the men's side, but they really should consider expanding (not likely). It's been two years in a row that I've either caught the covid, the flu, or some respiratory variant having me down for the count on days. DO NOT go during the winter months or you're guaranteed to get sick because other dudes don't know how to properly quarantine. If you're either coming down with something, sick, or recovering, keep your @$$ at home. You have absolutely no reason to be in an enclosed spa or sauna where others are forced to share your contaminated air due to how close quarters these facilities force patrons to be.

We came on MLK day for a day pass and a scrub. After spending two hours in the pools/hot saunas we got in line for lunch. We waited, I kid you not, 90 full minutes in line for food. We were finally next in line, only for the staff to tell us the kitchen was CLOSING. At this point I was dizzy after spending hours in the hot saunas and pools on an empty stomach, then spending an hour and a half standing in line for food. This could have totally been avoided — if the kitchen was overwhelmed, they could have stopped people from getting in line, setting expectations that they couldn’t serve the number of people there and allowing everyone to spend time enjoying the common areas or making alternate plans for food. We paid for a day pass but had to leave halfway through our planned day there in order to have a meal. When I confronted the staff at the front about this, they were rude and impatient, barking at me that “they were busy.” It’s the responsibility of management to stop taking walk-in’s if the place is getting too crowded and they cannot adequately serve paying patrons. We won’t be returning and feel we should be refunded the day pass.

First time at a Korean spa and I found it to be quite relaxing. I explained it was my first time to the lady at the front desk. She was really kind and explained the rules/layout. $45 to get in, a uniform, and lockers. You use your wristband/key to pay for extras. The uniforms are a little worn but it served its purpose. The place definitely gets busy around lunch time. There were understandable waits for food & drink. But hey.... we are at a spa to relax... and I had no where to be! My noodles and two bubble teas were $33. Bring a water bottle, they have refill stations. There are a lot of people who lack etiquette and that, unfortunately, does sour the experience a little. I came here to unplug. Its one thing to document your girls spa day memories, but having your notifications on within the spa/poultice rooms is beyond rude. Don't be that person. Please follow the signs. Unplug. Speak softly.

Mind blowing experience which I plan to repeat. Check your body image weirdness at the door. The naked truth of so many different kinds of bodies - yours will fit right in whatever shape you are in so just relax and enjoy your humanity here. Relaxing? Oh yeah, but first you experience an onslaught of energetic and intense sensations that beat the hell out of whatever tension you have built up. The 30-minute massage was better than any hour long I ever had - and I was only ever laying on my stomach - the masseuse "Joy" expertly attacked my muscles with confidence and deep tissue no nonsense intensity that bordered on alarming if it didn't feel so excellent. Half-way through she jumped up and walked on my back! - using her big toes to dig into Accupressure points and it was miraculous. I was so high afterwards I could barely speak! Then I got buck naked and hopped in the giant bade pool with thirty other women and never felt crowded - the water jets in different areas meant to massage your muscles are set to high and blasted my wobbly body all over with heavenly warm water efficiency. Yes I later enjoyed the common area, dressed in the comfy uniform, all the various hot rooms (and one ice cold one - my fave) with mystical healing properties, the restaurant was excellent, too. No music happening anywhere and I was happy about that. The quiet was perfect. Everyone there so respectful in keeping voices way down. I had a post lunch nap in the center of that huge room, along with many other people laying on mats they provide. Finally I got the body scrub. Again, not the relaxing woo-hoo new age music spa experience at all. Instead, lined up on giant rubber beds with half a dozen other ladies - all of us with towels expertly wrapped around our heads covering the eyes (its best to not look at the results while they are working) my lady scrubbed off pounds of skin and it was thoroughly thorough let me tell you. With sensitive skin it stung for sure but I never was in true pain and trusted that if thousands have done this before me, I would live. Afterward I used the unscented Butter lotion provided in the locker room. Oh baby, my skin feels silkier than it has ever felt in my whole livin' life. I feel so healthy and relaxed and certain that I jumpstarted my immune system and everything else in a wholesome way. This place is truly clean, friendly and runs like a well-oiled machine. I am so grateful we have this Korean Spa. They know what they are doing, trust them, get naked and embrace the experience for all its worth. And its definitely worth a lot.

Fue mi primera visita y la verdad me gustó la limpieza, buena atención, zona de mujer y de hombre, pedí un masaje de 1hr a y pues solo me queda decir que fue FABULOSO, me sobaron, me pisaron, me sacaron conejos, pedí un masaje médium y excelente! Soy una chica de 29años.. tenía dolor en la espalda media, me dejaron como nueva, sigo emocionada por el masaje enserio 🤩🤩 muchas gracias!!!! Estoy relajada y contenta. Lo único que si quería conseguir era un JACUZZI pero no había, solo había tipos de cuartos de sauna, luego todo excelente. 🧖🏻

Spa World is a tried and true Korean Spa. Now that King Spa has opened it's really hard to go back there. It is pretty run down and dirty. There is very little staff to help in the sauna area, the ice room was 50 deg this month (not cold), and their saunas aren't that hot. They have cooler designs in the spas and their food is better than king spa, but their locker room is a bit freaky and the wet area is not clean enough. They aren't so good with their super old uniforms and there are very few places to lounge besides on the floor.

I have been coming to this spa for years-well before COVID, back when it was 24 hours before the Groupon deals. I think I'll go elsewhere from now on. The building maintenance has declined and the last time I was there, there were more people there in swimsuits than not ( meaning they lost the requirement to shower prior to entering the bade pool.) This is now just a public pool; not a Koren spa. I don't know why people would want to go to a Korean spa and not follow the customs and I don't understand why they are allowing it. Either way, I won't return.

I really enjoyed my time here. Be prepared to be nude, but in an enjoyable way. The hot tubs were amazing! Pretty clean for the atmosphere. Wish bigger & more towels were available. Will definitely schedule a scrub & massage at the spa next time & plan for this to take an entire day! Thankful for these services being available.

Disneyland for adults. Love the cafeteria and snack bar too. Hot tubs vary in temperature oddly, and jets can turn off for a long time without reason or are broken. Love the new improvements of ceiling fans, thicker towels, more water machines, rewards card, birthday deal, and air purifiers. Keep on offering Groupons please! That's partly why I still go after King Spa opened. Bade pool temperatures are much better lately, 92, not near 100 like before. Been a happy customer going on 15+ years.

Don’t buy tickets from H-Mart. I purchased them and there were about to expire. I had a trip to New-York and called to SPA world in advance clearly asking if it’s fine to use those tickets later after expiration. The guy who picked up a phone told me there shouldn’t be an issue if we come later after expiration. Now we came after after less than a month of tickets expiration, associate and her manager say it’s not allowed, and say that I am like confused with their associate. How come?! I was trying to solve the issue asking if I can pay a half price as i already spent money even though they told me earlier it’s fine to pass with expiration. But they don’t accept anything. This is ridiculous!

I have been coming here for years and I'm never disappointed!! It's not as new as King Spa and could probably use a bit of updating in the best future. But for the Groupon price, it's the absolute best way to spend a half day of your time!

Spend a day at the facility and it has everything you need for a Korean day spa. The sauna rooms are great. Food court is amazing. However, the facility needs a lot of updates and many things are broken or need to be fixed. Two out of three bathrooms blocked off due to broke toilet. It felt like the place got stuck in the 2000s and needs a major renovation. Took 1 star off. The place is getting more and more crowded And people are doing weird things like bringing their entire bathroom stuff and lay them on the bench in the common area. Food court ran out of so many food.

Very relaxing day! The pool in the locker room is a great way to start, get cleaned up and ready. Then enjoy all of the different saunas they offer. My personal favorite was the clay ball sauna. Also went to get a massage and it was really good. I left much more relaxed and happy than when I entered. Update: Just returned years later after my first visit. Not much has changed, still really enjoyed it only thing I noticed this time is that there are essentially no vegetarian options in the restaurant. I was a little surprised by that, since offering an option with tofu or something should be a no-brainer. I'm only pointing this out, because I came hungry and excited to eat there. I left really hungry and had to go to a restaurant elsewhere.
