I have been going to Spa Zen Aura for a couple of years but hadn’t tried the Carrollwood location. I had a great experience with Mallory. Very sweet and lots of helpful advice for my skincare routine!

Showed up to my massage appointment that was book and confirmed through class pass and the establishment is closed without any notice or cancellation of my appointment. The door decal says they’re open until 8 and it’s currently 4:45? Called 4 times with no answer.

I have to scream THANK YOU to Justin - I have seen him every time I’ve gone over the last couple years , and he never disappoints . I walk out feeling like a brand new person. He is extremely attentive to every ache and pain, nook and cranny. I usually don’t budge and go in until almost can’t walk, and I leave standing upright. If you’re looking for a very therapeutic and attentive massage therapist- he is your guy! If I could give 10 stars I would.

I went to this location for a headspa because they had an offer going on and I wanted to try it out. It was very relaxing. The initial scalp analysis was very interesting where you can see your hair and scalp magnified. This was followed by a scrub, shampoo, mask, massage and some leave-in. Good experience

So happy this place opened! Very convenient to book services. Very clean and relaxing environment. The therapists and estheticians are very friendly, professional and do a great job - have had a massage and facial here. Will definitely be back. Updated to say the headspa was excellent :)

This place unilaterally, without my consent, changed an appointment time to one I could not make, then refused to issue me a refund. And, there was no one working the reception area, no calls being answered. You have other, better options in the TB area.

Where do I start? Spa ZenAura is an absolute gem. I had been to their West Chase location before and fell in love with it. I live closer to the Carrollwood area so I couldn't wait to go check it out. Wow, the ambiance was so serene, soft lighting and calming aromas that I was instantly relaxed. The prenatal massage was AMAZING!!! My therapist was lovely, always checked in about pressure, and making sure to focus on my pain areas (lower back and feet). The essential oils and scalp massage instantly put me to sleep. I didn't want to leave!!!! Highly recommended for any mom-to-be looking for some well-deserved pampering!

The facial was way below my expectations. First, the professional barely touched my face, everything was so subtle, even to clean the face. There was no vapor to open pores, no deep clean, extractions. She left me with the led mask for a long long time and while waiting she could’ve done a scalp or shoulder massage, but she didn’t. She tried to touch my shoulders for a massage, but she didn’t move the robe, so I couldn’t feel her hands. And this lasted for 20 sec. It was not a relaxing feeling, unfortunately. Felt like the professional has no experience at all.
