dawn was absolutely amazing! we had such a great conversation, and i didn’t even realize how quickly the massage flew by — i wish it had lasted longer. i’ll definitely be coming back again. she’s such a talented therapist, constantly checking in to see if any areas were sore or needed extra attention. i’ve honestly never met such an incredible professional before. highly recommend!

My massage therapist, Alex, did a wonderful job easing the tension in my muscles. I felt deeply relaxed as he ensured the worn areas of my body were eased. The overall atmosphere was calming and welcoming as the staff at the front were open to new guests and even offered water at the end of the session, and the lights and music were soft enough that it didn’t disturb the mind. Overall, I would recommend this place and the therapist I had to other people as well.

Owner refuses to issue me a $760 gift card that I paid for over a year ago! She keeps giving me the run around claiming she emailed it to me. This has gone on for months. She needs to make this right immediately.

They canceled my appt 30 mins prior via email, I didn’t see the email & showed up to my appt. Waited 15 mins in an empty lobby, and they didn’t reply to me until later in the day. They never returned my credits to class pass either & good luck getting anyone on the phone. They just send you a text & never respond. It’s like a bad first date.

Today I had a massage with Justin. He did a great job finding all my tight muscles and trigger points. It was deep tissue and relaxing at the same time. I felt Great after and I plan On making another appointment soon!

My favorite thing about this place is you book online and don’t have any in person pressure to sign up for a membership or to schedule next visits etc. Alex is professional and kind. He’s the best!

Nice Massage but Poor Customer Service. Massage was good and we’ve been several times but when we asked to move our appointment due to a family emergency the establishment took the cancellation and refused to apply the significant deposit to a future appointment. So we will not be returning. That part is NOT relaxing

0 stars, I had a very disappointing experience with Spa Zenaura. I booked an appointment for a service, and they charged my card immediately. Shortly after, they called to cancel my appointment. I requested a refund, and they told me it would take three days. However, it has been over a month, and I still haven’t received my money back. To make matters worse, I’ve tried calling several times, but no one answers. This lack of communication and failure to process my refund is unacceptable. I would not recommend this place to anyone based on their poor customer service and unprofessional handling of payments

Justin was amazing ! It’s been so hard to find a good massage therapist that delivers deep pressure & feels like they truly know the body. I was able to relax and feel in tune with my body instead of in my head. I can’t wait to continue my therapy with Justin ! Thank you 🤲🏽✨

Fran is so good, she made me feel so comfortable. The only thing I do not like about this place is that all their phone calls go directly to voicemail and you get a text message asking if you want to schedule. No big deal, sometimes it’s just more convenient to call and speak to a person.

I've been going here for the past 8 months. I bought a package with 4 1-Hour Massages or Signature Facials for about $275. I was able to easily schedule my first facial session. But I've been trying for the past 2 months to schedule another session in vain. I can't get anyone to answer the phone or respond to my texts or emails. When I ask at the spa, they give me their card and say I should call the same number that isn't responding to my calls. This is very frustrating. Also, I subscribed to the massage membership and the 3 times I've scheduled a massage session, a couple of hours before the session, they'll request that I change my appointment time. This has happened 3 times consecutively. I actually really loved this place but my experience for the past 3 months have been horrible.

Will double charge you! Tried to pay for someone else, only small balance so I was convinced by staff to add a tip, told they would be noticed, the other person was not notified left a tip, and said they already paid in full!
