I wasn't aware all packages expire . I understand monthly all you can tan does, but not the other tan purchases. I only tan a couple times prior to vaca so I don't tan often. When I went in recently, they told me my 10 tans expired a month or so earlier. The manager wouldn't even try and work something out . She said I signed a form when I signed up initially stating the expiration . Since I've been a client back when it was tantastic.. I don't remember this. I ask them to show me the form I signed and they could not provide it. Just disappointed that they wouldn't even meet me in the middle and honor 1/2 of the tans I already paid for.

I hate to even give 1 star. I went to Tammy to get my nail's done 1st time going. She did a horrible job not professional at all . The polish isn't even looks like a young kid painted my nail's. Very disappointed won't be going back.Waste of my money!
