Clean lobby, comfortable table, above avg massage. I received a gift cert for Christmas. Pain in the butt website. Have to create an account just to book which I hate. Then you have to wait for the therapist to confirm. They need to make it easier. The receptionist was a little cold in her demeanor. Seemed like she'd rather be anywhere else. Very nice therapist.

I went here for my first massage and I’m so glad I did! It was super easy to book and staff replied very fast. Joana made my experience great and did an amazing job, I would definitely do it again.

Great massage from Nicholas. He gave me a perfect mix of deep tissue and stretching to alleviate the stiffness an knots in my upper back. One of the best massages I have had in a while.

I am absolutely appalled by our experience at Space Massage. My brother visited for a session, and during his appointment, his expensive necklace was stolen. We brought this to the attention of the spa management immediately, but their response was dismissive and lacked any semblance of accountability. This isn't a simple case of a lost item, it was taken from him under their care. We are left feeling utterly disrespected and victimized. I strongly urge others to avoid this spa if you value the safety of your personal belongings. This incident needs to be addressed by the management urgently to ensure it doesn't happen to anyone else.

I had a terrible experience at. Massage alright, but they also stole my personal item. The staff was unhelpful and dismissive when I raised the issue. Tried saying I walked out with it on and denied. This level of unprofessionalism is completely unacceptable. I’ll never return, and I strongly recommend you avoid this place as well.

We did the couples massage for 90 minutes deep tissue. These guys are first class, strong and knew exactly what they were doing. John- the owner put me through a incredible session that returned my energy and was relaxing at the same time. My wife had Mesa and she loved it too. Great studio- very clean very quite. So happy we found this place!

I have been coming here since 2020. It is always such a great experience and with a reasonable price point. All the therapists that have worked on my tired and sore back have made a world of difference in how I feel and move. I have had Gabby the last 2 times and she does an amazing job!

My boyfriend and I needed a nice relaxing afternoon and we found exactly that in our couples massage. I added the hot stones for myself and a deep tissue for him. Fantastic add-ons. Perfect pressure throughout and they checked in every so often to make sure we were happy with it. We definitely needed Space!

Allllll around lovely experience!! The receptionists are kind and caring, the owner is genuine and sweet, the space is cute and calm, and last and not least, Gabby was my masseuse and she was incredible. Would forsure recommend this studio. High quality and reasonable pricing!

I really enjoyed the people here. Everyone was very friendly, and the massage was good enough. My constructive criticism: I came from ClassPass, and received an email from Space Massage Studio asking to call them about my massage. I called, and they asked a few basic questions, along with "what kind of massage would you like?" I didn't think twice, and said "deep tissue" because that's what I generally get. At no point was I told it was an extra $10 for the "deep tissue" option, on top of my ClassPass credit I had already paid for, not until I was at the end of my session and getting ready to leave. There's nothing wrong with the addition, but it would've have been nice to know I was agreeing to an add-on. Yes, it says deep tissue is an add-on on the website, but I wasn't checking that while on the phone with the front desk girl. Please just let your clients know about the add-on, or rephrase the question. I left feeling a bit disappointed and confused. And I don't plan on coming back. TL;DR - be careful you're not 'upgrading' your service without knowing it. Because they won't tell you but they will expect you to pay.

I was a frequent customer of Zachariah and Amaranta, and though they have moved on, my friend and I now enjoy sessions with Maria C and Maria G, who continue to uphold the high standards of care. Highly recommended for a relaxing and therapeutic massage experience.

My husband and I came to Phoenix as part of our honeymoon and we got a 90 minute couples massage here on our first morning here. It was absolutely amazing! The space is clean and smells so nice, the staff is all very welcoming and took measures to ensure our massages were perfect. If we’re ever in the area again we will definitely be coming back!

Be careful of this place. They may have had a data breach. There have been two times recently when someone else has made an appointment that I did not authorize. The second time this happened I called to ask to have my account inactivated, which the front desk assured me they would do. Yesterday I got a receipt for a $200 charge for a massage I never authorized or received. So clearly they did not inactivate my account. I called again to ask that they inactivate my account, delete my card information, and give me a refund. The front desk said they'd talk to their manager and get back to me. I never got a call back. I later checked my online account which is still active and still has my card information. Unfortunately, once you put in your card information online there is no way to take it off yourself. Be careful with this business, as there does not seem to be any accountability at this place for these things.

I’ve been to this studio 1-2x a year for the past 5 or so years. I used to see the owner, John, who I have previously reviewed and consider to be one of the best/most attentive massage therapists I’ve seen. For context, I am a former yoga teacher and have traveled to many countries where I’ve had the privilege to incorporate massage into my lifestyle. I am disappointed every time I get a massage in Arizona- except when I come here. John has since stopped taking clients. I booked today because I have been losing sleep over neck pain caused by a careless yoga injury last week. The woman who booked my appointment was great! She gave me several new massage therapists to consider based on my preference for Johns technique/style. I saw Zachariah today and I am so happy I did. We got started on time, he understood the assignment regarding my neck pain and spent an ample amount of time focusing on that area and the areas that influence it. I don’t usually speak during massages but I thanked him probably 2-3 times throughout because he gave me so much relief. Then, he took the time to make notes on a post it for me and explain at the end what I could continue to do at home to help all the points of concern he noticed throughout our session. I seriously love this place. Every time I leave I feel like I’ve learned something new. And no massage is ever copy/paste. If you want a session that is based on your own unique body and not just your standard, run of the mill, templated massage- this place is it.

Maria G was a total pro! She regularly asked me if the pressure needed to be adjusted and genuinely cared that I received the massage and service that I needed. She helped me with an area that hurt and I was able to move without pain in that area the next day! The address was large so I could find the place without any issue and there was another sign directing me to the exact suite. I was greeted promptly and everyone that worked there was helpful. It felt like I had a staff of 5 taking care of me personally.

My friend bought me a gift card as a birthday gift and told me I had to go to John. He’s the owner so it was a little difficult to get out schedules to match, but I’m glad I was finally able to make it in. The Arcadia location is very tranquil inside. The rooms feel like you’re in an expensive spa. John was great with the pressure I needed and stretches. His presence is very relaxing. I would recommend space studio to anyone.
