I had the pleasure to get serviced by Said! I had such a great experience. He listened to all my needs and came up with a plan. He was able to explain to me step by step Of the process. The outcome exceeded my expectations. Although I LOVED my hair, I will say his shampooing technique was the best part, combined with the massaging shampoo chairs, absolute chefs kiss. I will be back for sure!!!

I had a fantastic experience with Allison! She did a full head of highlights for me, and it came out absolutely perfect. She was meticulous, really listened to what I wanted, and worked hard to stay within my budget. The only thing I wish I had known ahead of time was that the process would take almost the entire day—I got lucky I didn’t have plans! Also, a shoutout to the receptionist, who is always so lovely, helpful, and sweet whenever I call. Overall, I’m super happy with my results and would definitely recommend Allison!

Went to Alexa to get some microbangs and clean up my mullet, and the result is FANTASTIC! I feel so cute! Love that the shampoo chairs give you a back massage, and the whole salon is impeccably clean with a calm, happy atmosphere. Easily one of the best experiences I’ve ever had getting my hair done, and I’ll absolutely be returning again and again!

Cam gave me the most sky-high beautiful lash lift I've ever had. Love this salon and all the services Cam offers and plan to try many more - just booked another lash lift + tint for two weeks from now :)

Spacehead is truly a gem in Charlotte. Quality services, super awesome staff, and I always feel welcome the second I step in! They’ve thought of every detail to make it a luxury experience (the massage chairs are 🔥 and all the little lights give off galaxy vibes). I almost never leave reviews, but I can't say enough good things!! It's been a struggle finding a salon & hairdresser in Charlotte that I can trust, especially after recent experiences elsewhere. I immediately felt welcomed when I walked in and throughout my haircut. Jeffrey was amazing and made sure to understand what I wanted, suggested a few tweaks, and made it clear what he was going to do and what the final cut would look like. He also suggested different routes I could take with color and I appreciated that he wasn't afraid to recommend an alternate route for both my cut and future color. He's definitely an expert and was careful and detailed from beginning to end. The whole experience was perfect, from the best salon hair wash I've ever had, to the communication throughout, and obviously, the outcome. A huge bonus: I felt completely comfortable to talk and be myself. I'll definitely be back :)

I had an amazing experience with Cameron! It was my first time going to an esthetician and Cameron made sure to take the time to explain the service to me and ensure that i was comfortable the entire time. I left feeling relaxed & refreshed and my skin is glowing!

I usually hate getting my haircut, especially going to a new salon. I really enjoyed my experience at Spacehead! I found everyone to be really friendly, kind and welcoming. I got a eyebrow wax and a bob cut and blowout. It looked amazing. Will definitely be back!

Kelly was great! I live in the building and called to see if there were any last minute openings. They let me walk right over and got me in immediately. I chopped a few inches off, had pigment deposited into my hair, and then a rich brown color dyed all over to match my roots. I’ve had a problem with my hair fading super quickly, and Kelly knew exactly what to do to keep my color long lasting. The massage chairs at the bowl were so relaxing, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, and great music played the whole visit! I really don’t like going to salons, but this place was a great experience and I’m hoping to make this regular self care now. Definitely worth a visit! 😇

This place is amazing! Alexa cut my hair and was very meticulous and the end result was the best haircut I’ve ever received. Very cool place with very friendly staff that are passionate about what they do. Highly recommend it 👍👍

I get my hair cut by Alison and she is absolutely amazing and talented, and fun and sweet! I usually just shave my head completely bald because I’ve fought with what I thought was unmanageable hair my whole life, and almost never liked my hair cuts. Alison changed this for me! She gives me killer fades, cute pixies, and fun mixes of the two. She also has done a perfect job giving me the platinum buzz cut of my dreams, with a crazy cool design shaved into it. I finally enjoy having hair! Everyone I’ve met at Spacehead has been lovely and welcoming. I thoroughly enjoy my visits there!

As a hairstylist myself, it was really hard finding someone to cut my hair. I came across Allison on Instagram and will never see anyone else as long as I’m in Charlotte! She slays my haircut every single time. Not only is she super talented but she is genuinely kind and caring, always remembering things going on in my life. I love her! And the staff is super friendly.

I've been going to Alison for haircuts for a couple of years now, and she's consistently given me the best haircuts I've ever had. Her eye for design and attention to detail are phenomenal, and she truly cares about each one of her customers. As for Spacehead salon itself, I don't think I've ever been in a more welcoming salon. Great vibes all the way! They also offer a ton of awesome services and the quality of their work is always beyond expectation. I don't know how they manage to fit so many talented people under one roof! Highly recommend!
