Absolutely divine! If you haven’t tried it and live in the Northlands… please do! They are a 1st class massage spa therapeutic place with amazing staff, loads of ways to pamper you. Highly recommend it!!

Thank you for the prenatal massage! 35 weeks along and I needed it 🥲 Loved how they had a table set up to where you could lay on your stomach. Best massage experience I’ve ever had. The fruit afterwards was also a nice treat! I live in Belton but coming here was definitely worth the drive!

I’ve been coming here for almost 6 years and no where else compares! They are extremely reasonably priced and still go above and beyond. Ask for Peng, you will have the best massage of your life!

This place is such a great place to go and take all the stress you have out of your body! I always leave this place so relaxed and the people are so great! They also treat you with some delicious fruit water and a snack after your massage that are super yummy and just helps top off the massage! Highly recommend anyone to come here wanting a real spa experience!

The absolute best customer service at a spa in the metro area. My husband and I have tried many different spas and Spalation always is the one we brag about most. The customer service is great, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable and the services are always consistently amazing. Cannot recommend them enough!

This place is the absolute best!! My boyfriend and I came for a couples massage for my Birthday. From the moment you walk in everything and everyone is so welcoming. There’s attention to detail in every aspect down to the fruit in the ice cubes of the drinks. The place was very clean and the robes were so comfy. It was the best massage I’ve ever had and the staff even went out of their way to make my Birthday more special.

Been to Spalation a handful of times and enjoyed my experience every time. They have amazing massage therapists and admin staff members. I always find it so cute they give you a little plate of fruits at the end of your massage. Couples massage option is great too, keep in mind they have monthly specials packages for couples so prices may differ. I'm very impressed with the professionalism of all of the staff at this spa and very impressed that they made their own perfumes!

I booked a spa package here for my birthday and specifically requested and was confirmed that I’d have their best male masseuse, Peng. Instead when I showed up I was connected with a young lady who explained he was out that day. I probably would have rescheduled if someone had called and given me this information but maybe not because it was my actual birthday! Maybe it was me but the young lady I was substituted with seemed very uncomfortable with servicing me from the beginning through the end. The massage and reflexology service just felt amateur. And everything felt rushed. Definitely expected more. The walls here are also very thin and you can hear everything going on outside your room. The best part was the birthday treat tray waiting for me when I was done

Hands down one of the best places in the Northland! Spalation adds a personal touch and makes the entire massage process a wonderful experience. The front lobby staff were welcoming. My massage therapist, Heather, was kind, listened to my needs, and was AMAZING. I left feeling rejuvenated! I will definitely be going back.

This place is amazing from the minute you walk through the front door, the lobby is super cute and the front desk lady was very welcoming. We got the couples valentines special and I can't say enough how awesome it was. Joe was my masseur and he gave me the best massage I've ever had! They really take the time and make the experience well worth the money! We will definitely be back!

Unfortunately, my massage was very underwhelming probably the worst I’ve received so far. This was my first time there so I will just request a different therapist if there’s a next time. This place has great potential to be my favorite so I’m going to give it another chance hence why I gave such a high rating. Very clean, hospitable, and friendly! They provide you with fruit infused water when you first arrive and change out your shoes to comfortable slides. The ambience was perfect for a massage. Only downside is you can hear everything!! People walking outside the room, the front desk people sometimes, and even the massage going on next door if they’re talking. There are separate rooms but the walls don’t connect to the ceiling if that make sense. Hopefully that could be changed in the future!

Used to have a great experience here but has gone downhill. Guests were stacked on each other and rushed through. Massage itself was terrible and actually did more harm than good. Booking was wrong as well and completely ignored what we came in for and our preferences. Biggest let down is how personal and great this place used to be .

Absolutely love this place. If you're getting a massage or spa treatment in KC you are silly to go anywhere else. The service and care they put into every visit is amazing. Need to feel like a queen, go see the Spalation folks!

I had the best massage experience at Spalation. I had purchased a couple packages for friends for their birthdays but never treated myself to one yet. My friend had told me how she had the best massage from Peng (sp?) and so I booked mine. Wonderful! The pressure was firm and it flowed perfectly, I can’t wait to return. The place is very nice too, very relaxing.

They are great! I took my girlfriend here for our 1 year anniversary and was really crossing my fingers that I wouldn’t be disappointed since this is both our first times going to a spa. I can confidently say Spalation did not disappoint. They did not only meet my expectation, they also exceeded them!

Very clean and welcoming. However, I booked a 90 minute deep tissue massage and left very underwhelmed. At no point was there any pressure expected with a deep tissue massage. To be completely fair the masseuse I had didn't seem like she wanted to be there.

Went here a year ago for a couples massage for my wife and I's anniversary. It was a great massage, but what really sold me was when we came back a year later, they greeted us by name, and with waters, one for me with strawberries in the water, and one without for my wife. Because they noted her allergy, and prepared for it ahead of time. Great spa, great prices, great customer service, even better massages!
