I have never received anything less than 5 star service from any of the ladies here. I have been a client of Jodi’s for over 15 years…so many I have lost count. 😉

I had an appointment for the Dental place next to this spa. It was my first time going there. I walked in the wrong office, not knowing it. There was a sign that said be seated, and someone would be with you momentarily. I walked in at 1:40 pm. My appt was at 1:45 pm. 3 people walked in and were called in, and I'm still sitting there waiting. A receptionist, I guess, tall with curly hair with her hair up, sat down, didn't even acknowledge me. She had her back turned to me and did not say a word. She walked in and out twice. I had to ask her if someone was going to see me. I told her what I was there for, and she said, "I'll let them know you are here." But the not very friendly face she gave was not professional at all. Mind you, no one came out .An oriental lady walked in the front and didn't look my way. It's now 2:36pm. Another lady with long black hair was the only one who came out to ask what I was there for. After I told her she told me the office was next door. She was very nice. I had to reschedule my dental appointment since it was 45 minutes past. If someone would've been nice enough to say can we help you or do you have an appt or you're in the wrong building i probably would've made my appt. The reason for this one star is that the lobby was nice, but the service was a big 0. What if I did have an appointment with them? Were they going to just let me sit there for over 45 minutes like they did and not ask me anything? Bad customer service!

Always very professional; the place is beautiful, Andrea does amazing facials for over 20 years and Cindy has been doing my nails for 3 years and I wouldn't go anywhere else! LOVE THEM ALL!

I had hip surgery and struggled with discomfort/pain for over a year. Jodi was the only one that helped ease the pain and set me on a long-term course to recovery. Couldn't be happier.

Misty Mott performed an amazing massage. I asked for a relaxing (soft) massage but also needed some relief from a tricep issue I have had for awhile. The massage was great, my arm feels better (used some CBD salve) and I highly recommend her services. I also should mention a pleasant personality and very fair pricing for amazing work!

We’ve done our brows here for over a year now. Hong is the best. My brows always looks amazing & I get compliments after each visit. A close friend scheduled a facial with Hong commenting it was the best one she ever had. Looking forward to trying other services also. I’m scheduling for my nails today. The spa is clean and inviting overall a relaxing experience. Each tech has their own room for privacy. Love that detail, no one is sharing on different days. The over all feel is stress-free. Completely enjoy each visit even though I’m getting hair pulled out. t’s feels more personal then other places. They deserve more then 5 stars!

Want to try other services, but the review I will write about is with the nail technician. Pros: Available when needed, 2 week guarantee, definitely personal Cons: So because this was personal, I'd figure there would be more attention to detail on customer service (offered amenities; warm neck wrap, drink, hand massage with manicure.), but that was not the case. It was very cut-through and very simple gel manicure which was quite expensive ($35) for just hands excluding the gel/shelac removal price. I have had more acrylic sets at that price that require more labor. The price would be worth if it there was an actual hand massage with lotion offered, and just more pleasant things involved instead of the most simple manicure being overpriced. The establishment was very clean and very relaxing, and her Krystal (Nail tech) has her own room which was very comfy, but when it came to the nitty gritty of the work, I didn't see that in the job itself. I would like to come here and try again with other services and give her one more try on a better day.

I went to My Spa right before my wedding for an eyebrow wax. I didn't have an appointment but Kalynne was gracious enough to fit me in. I had a great experience and Kalynne was very sweet. She did a great job on my eyebrows. This will be my new go-to spa!
