ANDY ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Service: 90 min Swedish Massage with Hot Stone I’ve always had a great experience here, today was my first time with Andy. He gave me the best massage of my life (and I have had many). He was very professional, polite and his attention to detail and skill is impeccable and unmatched. The whole time I was in my head like “omg this is amazing!” I will only see ANDY from now on. Also the customer service at the front desk is always very professional and courteous making you feel very welcome, the ambiance is calming, aesthetically pleasing, clean and a major plus that they have the heated blankets on the massage table. I’m already looking forward to my next massage. Sparadise La Brea never disappoints!

WORST MASSAGE IVE EVER HAD! I had a massage with Alice- and I actually stopped her half way through the massage because I was getting so frustrated. First, there’s no way she’s licensed. Im a licensed massage Therapist and this woman had absolutely NO idea what she was doing. In fact, all she did was very lightly rub my back up and down never changing position or technique. I asked her several times to put more pressure because it literally felt like someone was just stroking my back. She left the room two times to get a hot towel and spent about 5-10 minutes just rubbing the oil off my back. When I asked her to massage my legs- she awkwardly stretched them and did absolutely ZERO massage on my lower body and legs. I’ve had hundreds of massages and have NEVER told a masseuse to stop. This was A JOKE. When I told the front desk how awful my experience was the man couldn’t care less.. and offered no discount or apology. I also asked to see her license and they wouldn’t show it to me. Besides the awful masseuse, the place just looked dirty and unkept. They also had these weird blankets to lay on with a hole where your face goes… they didn’t even cover the entire bed so your skin would often touch the table and who knows how often they clean them- or if they do at all. Okay, there’s my yelp rant. DONT DO IT!

Been coming here at almost 2 months after rotator cuff repair surgery. The shoulder is stiff and pt was really hurting me so I seek help. Tony is a wonderful masseuse. He was able to take the pain and the body stress away. I sleep better every time I come here. He uses hot stone and I tried cupping. Both a procedure that Tony is good at. He is also very creative and intuitive. He responded to my pain and stiffness and help relieve my discomfort. I also love the stretching as he massages along the stretching. Really relaxed me. Totally recommended.

One of the worst massage I ever received didn’t listen the instructions and left me with a terrible neck pain at the end, poor technique and pressure, lack of lack of investment, doing twice the same routine to waist time because lack of experience, that’s not my job and I give better massage. Very disappointed and I’m not the type of person who complained usually!!!

Unfortunately had a horrible experience. They shortened our 90 minutes by 15 minutes and when we tried to calmly discuss with them after they raised their voices with us and argued with us despite our WAZE literally having us arrive at the time they claim to have begun. And one of the massage therapists of our couple massage simply rubbed in oil on my body and then “massaged” by scalp for 40 minutes. The prices are fair but there is way better places in my opinion.

Very bad Customer service..this is my 7 times going there, but the last two massages was not good at all..but the last one I got today got me disappointed. I told the guy I am not happy during my massage, right there he stop and said well I been in business for 10 years, I get 5 stars reviews from 100 of clients so I don’t care..I was like okay no problem thank you anyway..after dressing up and I went to the cashier to pay anyway with different guy and I try to explain him what the guy did, The rude guy come and close the other door like you are talking too much..wow I’m so mad..very disappointed..I wouldn’t recommend this place if you want good costumes service..thank you

Alex is an incredible masseur and a wonderful person. It's obvious he enjoys his work and really worked on the knots in my back as I asked. He didn't just glide over them like so many masseurs do. I wish I lived closer to the spa so I could run there every weekend.

Gave the Place The benefit of doubt and went away,#"Miserable"I was waiting for the Good rub to start,Never did!!,They do their routine and Oil u up TOO MUCH!,Told her I need Shoulder,neck and calves,Did everything else but that.Won't be going back and Do Not Recommend this place.. Went as couple,Wife said he got too close to her private part twice😡,They Did not deserve how much I gave them.

I came in to get a couples massage, 2 people 1 hour each, I told them I had a knee injury so I wanted to lay on the table face up and have them massage me where they could, I assumed it would be for the full hour I booked. After my 30 minute massage that was supposed to be 1 hour, my masseur spent 10 minutes pulling my hair out, when I said something he showed me the clump of hair he had pulled out and said this is your hair. Never came back to finish the massage or tell me it was over. My friend was also getting a massage in the same room so I had to sit there and wait until she was finished to see what had happened. When I asked about the hair pulling he just laughed and expected to still be tipped. Would never come back. Had high hope for this place since it’s down the street from my house and has heated blankets but not the relaxing experience I was expecting

We came here for couples massage, they have a good ambiance and really reasonable prices. Massage was really good and relaxing for both of us.
