Rude and unprofessional customer service, they changed my app.time just 2 hours before scheduled time and were angry when I replied that I probably need to cancel (because I was not sure I can make it on time) and not just “reschedule” (I needed haircut to be done today, not later). My final text msg was that I will try to make it for the new time…. and when I came the lady said they have NO time for me “because I cancelled”. Are you serious???

I brought my son in to get cut and highlights and his reaction was priceless. He went on and on about how America did his cut, his highlights like nobody ever could. The highlights look so AWESOME !!! America took the time to show him all the different hairstyles he could do. We were both so pleased!! My son finally found his stylist he says and so did I, she really knows what she’s doing! Thank you America🤗

IM STEPHANIE>> responding to thegamer review As a professional i charge a fee for not given 48 hrs notice. feel no need to defend that.. you were quoted $260 approx. not $400 so keep it 100%. you also were not made to pay fee, just not welcomed to book again until paid, so there's no loss for you there. just wasted slot on my book, my "loss".. the universe removed you from my circle Karen, no loss just blessed by that!

Been going to Paola for several years and I wouldn't go anywhere else, she always let's me know if my idea would work on my hair before hand to make sure there is no damage. Would recommend 100% the girls are great at the salon.
