I see Colt at this salon and I can not express how happy I am to have found him, he really is fantastic with hair and that’s bc he’s passionate, he takes time to really listen to what you want. I have a difficult texture hair to work with, it’s a fine texture with no volume and he’s the only one that gets volume in and not only that, it lasts! The next few days I’ll brush, scrunch and use dry shampoo and it STILL looks like I just came from the salon! He’s talented and skilled at what he does, and just really a wonderful caring person all around!

I signed up for a membership here as I get regular blow outs and needed a good price point. Almost immediately, I was approached by the owner asking me for social media promotion (I am a content creator by trade) which made me uncomfortable because I was just looking for a place to PAY to have my hair done, no hassle, but she seemed nice and I’m a people pleaser so I said I’d see if we could do something. I tried out the service and found it hard to get appointments or consistently good service. I couldn’t authentically recommend anyone go here so I politely declined and cancelled my membership. I was auto-charged for MONTHS and the owner, salty that I wouldn’t recommend her service, ghosted my requests for refunds for services I didn’t use and had already requested in writing for the auto charge to stop. I ultimately had to file a dispute with my bank and I was awarded all funds back. Now the owner thinks it’s appropriate to speak unkindly about me in comments on social media? I haven’t said a word about my experience at Sparkles until now, but I like to match energy. IF you go here, don’t sign up for anything on auto-draft. They’re like a 90’s tanning salon - they will keep charging you long after you’ve cancelled. They make it intentionally tricky and it can’t be done online. The women who work there seem nice. Owner is “the worst”. Buyer beware.

Colt was attentive, informative and amazingly friendly. Gave me the exact style I wanted, paying attention to every detail and putting me at ease every step of the way. I have mixed curly hair and got the flowing beach waves I wanted that lasted for the whole weekend, .actyally looking better every day with no maintenance! Amazing, I have found my place.

I've had the pleasure of seeing Colt a few times at the salon, and I can't recommend him enough. He is extremely professional, thorough, and incredibly skilled. Not only is he fast, but the quality of his work speaks for itself—my hair often lasts 3 to 5 days, sometimes even longer, after an appointment with him. It's clear that Colt is highly experienced and knowledgeable, and since he started, the salon has only gotten better. Honestly, I think Colt is operating a bit below his pay grade. He's so talented, smart, and experienced that I believe it's time for him to own his own salon. My favorite thing about him is his unwavering professionalism.

I'm so disappointed with our multiple experiences at this salon. My daughter has short hair and wanted a pixie cut. This salon looked so cute online, so I made her an appointment and showed up with my very excited teen. When we got there, they said they didn't have anyone who was skilled at cutting short hair and they asked if I wanted to reschedule. I said yes and appreicated that they didn't have someone just cut her hair who wasn't qualified to cut short hair. We show up the next day, only to be told yet again that there wasn't anyone who was capable of cutting her hair. My daughther was so disappointed and frustrated after not one but two failed attempts to get her haircut. The most insulting part was after the gal told us she couldn't cut my daughters hair, she said: "You can always try sports clips". As we walked to the car my daughter asked why they'd tell her to go to a boys haircut place, just becuse she wanted a shorter haircut.

I was a bit disappointed with the men's haircut I received from my hairstylist. Although I specifically asked for a trim, I ended up with an uneven cut that didn't look great. I expected better from a salon located in Downtown Summerlin. Additionally, the scalp massage I paid an extra $15 for was really just a quick shampoo scrub, which was underwhelming. Overall, I don't think I'll be returning to this salon in the future.

This is the second time I have gone there and specifically asked for no curls… I have shown them a picture of how I want my hair loose and full no curls… But they bring the curling iron out, curl my hair and tell me oh it’s not going to be curly. I end up looking like Shirley Temple and they don’t listen to me. I’m not sure if this is the only style they know how to do but I have left there twice now hating my hair Incredibly disappointed that I would pay for this… I have asked to speak with a manager and of course she’s out of town on a cruise and unable to do anything. I was told I could stay and have my hair straightened but after wasting an hour and a half half I don’t want to further fry my hair to have it straightened the way that I asked for in the beginning.

Unfortunately I have to give one star due to the fact they ruined my hair extensions, pulled out one of my k tips and always gave me an outdated look. I tried once a week per my membership and always got someone different to do my hair, I felt like a pilgrim most of the days I left with big bangs and tight curls. They refunded my membership but no help with the brand new extensions I just purchased. Outdated and cheaply tan

Aboslutely adored Lily she was fantastic, and the extra's are so worth it, everyone is super friendly and a fun atmosphere already booked another appointment, highly recommend this place.

I got a classic lash extension from Zoe. She is not only super sweet and nice to talk to, but I loved how my lashes turned out! She also gave me some lash shampoo in addition to the brush you usually get. That was super sweet of her, I’ve never gotten such a thing for free before! Definitely recommend going to her for your lashes :)

Where do I start??.. aside from being treated horribly by reception and management. My friend was at the beauty bar today, we both had an appointment. She walked in 9 min late, I was on the phone with her at the time, while I was parking at Sparkles. I heard the whole conversation and clocked the time. The receptionist was unprofessional and extremely rude. Truly like a fight broke out and the Sparkles Team just lost all sense of professionalism. She over talked my friend and I am shocked they denied the booking for full hair service. 9 min late!?? You're joking!.. be careful don't hit traffic! You will be charged a cancelation fee immediately or half a service. 🗑 The company thrives on drama. My friend is a big Instagram Influencer, hope all of her followers spread the word. Hope it was worth it. Don't book this beauty bar. Book independent stylists. They come to you in your own home.

We paid to have a "girls' party" experience while having our hair and make up done for my daughter's wedding. We did not expect to spend most of the day waiting for our turn, amongst other customers, and not feeling like it was something fun. The only reason they are receiving two stars is because of the amazing work Brittany did with hair and makeup. At least a few of the group got what they wanted and it stayed beautiful all night. The rest of us where not that lucky.

Love it!!! The website allows you to make appts very easily. They do a fabulous job!! Joining the monthly club makes the price so reasonable. Its a pleasure to go relax and get my hair done and not worry about it
