My boyfriend and I came here for the first time today to get a couples massage. I had Katrina working with me and oh my goodness, that was the most relaxing and satisfying 90 minutes of my life! I was stiff and tense in areas of my body that I didn’t even realize and she worked those right out for me. I especially loved when she used her ringing tuning forks (I think that’s what they were) on some areas that needed some extra TLC. She was so nice and her voice was very serene when telling me to breathe, turn over, etc. I’m from out of state but would love to come back the next time I travel to Chicago again!

This was the first time that I had ever been. My wife and I had a couples massage and we both loved it. Pure relaxation and Mickey, who worked on me, was extremely skilled — I was impressed. Never had a massage as good in my life, and I wouldn’t say it if it wasn’t true! Excellent experience, professional staff, beautiful facility and very accommodating, highly recommended.

Got a gift card for a holiday gift. Absolutely loved this spa. The locker rooms/lounge were amazing. Rain showers, steam rooms and a zen spot with tea all before my massage even started. The massage itself was wonderful. Put me right to sleep and helped with my lower back and hip pain along with a migraine I had but was gone by the end of service. They even showed me around the other treatment areas which were fantastic. I will definitely be back!

I always have a great experience at SpaSpace Chicago but the service I received today was beyond my expectations! It was phenomenal!!! And Katrina provided, by far, the best massage I’ve ever had in my life!! I will definitely be getting another massage from Katrina soon! I’ve already recommended SpaSpace AND Katrina to my friends!

A wonderful find on a cold day while in town for a work event. I came on my way to the airport and was greeted with hot tea and a quiet relaxing space to unwind before my massage. Oxana is highly skilled and had a confident, quiet demeanor. Her technique is fantastic. I travel a lot and try to make a "spa stop" in different cities if it fits into my schedule. I've had tons of them, but don't usually do full body massages anymore bc I've just gotten so many that weren't great the last few years. If Oxana was my therapist, I would get them weekly! She was fantastic. I will be back the next time I'm in Chicago. Thank you!

We had a wonderful experience at Spa Space! Everyone took such great care of us and I truly felt pampered. (Special thanks to Stephanie for arranging everything at the last minute!) Started the day with a meditation pod, which was something I hadn't tried before... good way to start! Then, it was off to a facial. Incredible! The aesthetician was wonderful! So easy to talk to and just all around a positive spirit! Then came time for a massage. I'm not sure there are words to express how wonderful and amazing of an experience it was! Perfection is the only word that comes to mind. If I had to pick one person to do my massages forever, it would be Joseph. Hands down the best massage experience I could have ever asked for and have ever had. (Side note, I have a knee problem with constant pain, which has been completely pain free since!) 11/10 highly recommended!

Booked a 90 minute custom massage while visiting Chicago for the weekend. I was so very lucky to have Hannah as my masseuse. She was delightful and listened to my needs. The pressure was perfect, somewhere between a Swedish and deep tissue! The spa was clean and the staff were friendly and polite. I will definitely come back next time in Chicago!

Did a custom massage last minute on a Saturday evening with my friend. Mike was incredible. My friend had Aleya who was wonderful as well. Very professional and concentrated on the areas I told him but still gave a fully body massage. The concierge lady was helpful and sweet 10/10! Will be back (from Michigan lol)

I had a gift card for nearly a year and I just couldn’t set an appointment. After today’s massage by Patrick, that changes immediately!! He had the perfect amount of pressure to relieve the extensive tension in my neck and shoulders. This massage was top tier and I’ll definitely be back!

The staff is very friendly. I love that there is a steam room available to use. They also have all the essentials and personal care items available if you need. I received a 90 minute hot stone massage and Patrick was my therapist.He did a great job, it didn’t feel rushed like at some spas. I will definitely visit again!

I have learned the hard way that self-care is one of the most important things we all need to do for ourselves. That’s why I must recommend Spa Space Chicago and their spa membership program. Spa Space Chicago is world class and wellness driven. There’s a calming atmosphere with knowledgeable and helpful staff. I personally love the custom massage, infrared sauna and the PEMF therapy. They have many other treatments and services along with a wellness lounge. The spa membership gives me special pricing, discounts and complimentary services every month. This is one of the best things I have done for myself and my wellness journey. I appreciate how patient he was with me over the phone :) I enjoyed my 75 minute massage with Marina very much! She was so pleasant and her unique techniques lured me into pure relaxation. All of the staff from when I walked in to when I left was so friendly and accommodating. The locker room and amenities were clean and perfect for a mid-day wellness getaway. This is a MUST when you are in Chicago! Everyone was really friendly and helpful and my massage was amazing. We were fortunate to experience the Wellness Lounge and that is next level. I experienced PEMF Therapy, Light Therapy and enjoyed a transformative meditation experience in the Somadome. I have been to many spas and this experience was in the top 5. It goes beyond just the traditional spa experience and focuses on the mental aspects as well. I recommend it to everyone looking to relax and rejuvenate!

When I visit Chicago this my go to spot to get a massage and disconnect. The staff is amazing. I loved how Maria took the time to develop a plan of attack on my tight muscles. I can’t wait to come visit Chicago again!
