Didn’t clean underneath my nails and doesn’t file nail’s correctly each nail slightly different. Ugg! And polished my toes unevenly some thicker than others and streaked. The astronomical prices doesn’t match the quality or service.

The experience I received was horrible. I only come here when I don’t feel like driving to decatur. I was greeted when I walked in by the guy that was behind the podium, but 2 people had attitudes and didn’t want to do my nails. The 3rd person didn’t mind, but was rushing me to pick a color. After the last person realized how annoyed I was, she tried to make small talk. Too late

I got my nails done on Thursday with a really nice nail tech we had great conversation about her puppy and everything today one of my nails lifted after paying 100 dollars for a fill in the guy answered the phone today which is Friday was completely out of pocket saying can he see that I paid for my service yesterday ummm so if the nail tech remembers me what are you even talking about right now I’m extremely sick and tired of the disrespect from this type of establishment in the black community crazy part is who really keeps nail receipts like I’m bringing the nails back!!!! So you want to see my transaction like I’m a liar I’m absolutely disgusted with the customer service aspect its things to say and things to not say I been going to Black female nails techs for the last 2 years I truly remember why I stop giving my money to these disrespectful establishments!!!!!!!!!! I do have my transaction but the accusatory tone is just plain disrespectful!!!!

This place is awful. My nails started to lift after a week of service. When I returned to express my concern the Manager refused to acknowledge the issue and said it would cost me an additional $45 when I had already paid $55 to get them done. I will NEVER go here again.

I’m done I been coming here at least four years now and every time I go I get the same thing a $37 pedicure and a fill in keep in mind my nails are my own so why was I just charged $83 for a freaking fill in my total $141.00 when I normally pay 85.00 for both they are starting to rip people off and I’m never going back and no one should either can’t believe it 4yrs of going to them now I have to find another nail salon

Horrible service. Lady with the blocky brows & bleached blonde hair was absolutely awful to be around. She was upset when I didn’t get the VIP package (because she kept trying to oversell it even by trying to take the price list away from me while I was still reading) and started aggressively handling my feet afterwards. My gel nails literally popped off of my toes after 3 days, paint was translucent on my toes. Used to be my go-to place, but I would never go to them ever again. One rotten apple will literally spoil the barrel.

Some of the reviews doesn't give this nail salon their flowers. I enjoy the service from Scott, the best FOOT MASSAGE IN ATLANTA. I go to different salons in Atlanta, but SCOTT and MAY MAY will have me as a regular customer.

This used to be my favorite spot until today. I came in asking for the same French tip on my toes. I had very thin French tips and she gave me thick French tips when I told her this isn’t what I want and she said these are better. She started throwing my feet around and talking about me and my mother which we could understand. We understood everything they were saying about us. Never will I WALK in here again after years of coming.

I paid for VIP Services for a pedicure. It was not good at all. She didn't massage my feet, didn't use the exfoliating scrubber, and was talking and looking around. Now the guy next to us is doing an amazing job! I could see everything he was doing that she wasn't!!!! The lady who did my manicure was amazing. No tip for the pedicure. But I did tip the manicurist very well.

Service is ok the manger at the front customer service is on the low side but make sure you check what their charging you for i got a fill in w/ no polish and paid $40 so I'm sure I was over charged

The service used be to good but most recently, their SNS service has left a lot to be desired with regard to the polish chipping. The last time the polish was badly chipped on 4 fingers within 2 days of getting the service done. I was able to go back and get it fixed but not without some haggling back and forth. I was told that my polish was chipping because my nails were weak (even though during the service she said my nails were strong) and I was told the chips were due to typing at work. All of these things didn't make sense whatsoever. At the end of the fix, he said the rest would end up chipping as well and he was absolutely correct. The last time I got my nails done, I went to another shop (the one next to Publix) and a week later NONE of my nails have chipped polish. I don't know if this shop has poor products or the workers don't know how up properly do the procedure but it's a hot expensive mess.

This is a fresh set. Just walked out the nail shop. And I have a couple of old injured nails and she didn't even try to hide it. This is the worst fill in I've ever gotten in my life. $80 down the drain, never again. It doesn't even look like I have a fill in. She used the wrong acrylic color it's supposed to be pink, and she used clear mixed with a half of teaspoon of pink! And to top that off, she didn't even clean the Polish of my fingers or under my nail bed. That's why I go to Julee nails in morrow. I was trying to save money. But I'm going back to where I know it's going to be right.

This is the worst manicure I’ve gotten in my life. After letting the nail tech know which color I wanted, she brought out a “similar” color, and tried to placate me by saying it was more beautiful. They just didn’t have my color- they could’ve said so. The color they used wasn’t nice and 2 days after getting my nails done- the gel is chipping due to the horribly rushed job.

This place is horrible! I got my nails done literally one week ago I got a fill-in, cut dwn, and one repair, I was charged 65bucks! I got gel polish and the polish is completely coming off Already! SMH Never again
