Lovely massage, would return. Update 02/2025: After a few good experiences, my experience today was so unfortunate I removed 2 stars. Booked a deep tissue massage, expecting that highlighted areas would be really focused on or masseuse would ask to clarify where I had pain or maybe feel out knots to work out. None of this happened, and it felt like any normal combination massage (although deep tissue costs more). The masseuse also had overly long nails or maybe just the way she used her hands, but she kept scratching me or stabbing me with her nails. Just when I thought things were okay, it would happen again. It def ruined the experience for me and I almost stopped the massage and walked out (probably should have but I was hopeful). Of course after it ended, I still felt guilty and tipped the older woman via Venmo. There was a delay in the payment pinging to her phone and she was not opening the door and kept telling me it hadn’t come through. Finally it pinged and she unlocked the door, but the entire experience made me feel like I was being held hostage.

This place is very special! The customer care is outstanding. Whether you are looking for a low-pressure or high-pressure massage, they will have someone who can help you! It is also very clean and everyone I interacted with was nice! It’s affordable as well! If you’re in the area and looking for a massage, this place is amazing. Highly recommended!

I see Nadia regularly to help with muscle recovery, especially after intense boxing sessions. The atmosphere is always calming, and Nadia does an amazing job targeting areas of tension and relieving soreness. Each session leaves me feeling incredibly relaxed, and refreshed. Highly recommend for anyone looking for top-notch massage therapy!

Went to Spavana because it was super close to me and highly rated and I was in need of a tension fixin’. I had a thai massage with Kathy and she was super sweet and pressure was perfect. I was a little worried at first because she asked my pressure level and I mentioned a 4-extra firm. She replied, “why not hard?” LOL. But she was great. The facilities were clean. The massage bed was heated so if you run warm in general it might be a little too hot, but can be adjusted. My thai massage consisted of traditional techniques like back stepping. She did some minor stretching towards the end, which I could have used more of and she did use hot stones. I left healed and relaxed and definitely will be back!

I loved this place. Gina gave me a wonderful relaxing massage. I had so many nots in may back and calf they are all gone. It was my first time there everyone was very kind and I super recommend!!! Thank you Gina you are a wonderful massage therapist !!!

THIS IS THE BEST FULL BODY MASSAGE. the only “fully body massage” that’s actually full body. back, chest, neck, arms and legs. they stood on my back and also cracked my back. it was awesome!

My massage was pretty painful and not very relaxing. I came in with shoulder pains and was very clear about that, but my shoulders literally hurt more after the message and lasted for several days. Also I feel other pain in my body that started after the massage. I wish I could give a better review, but I'm sad to say it wasn't a great experience. The staff was still nice and the place seemed clean, that's why 3 stars.

One of the best massages!!! My husband and I were looking for a massage and called this place! We had a couples massage and it was very nice. Wow. Clean room, they did hot stones, oil and did an amazing job! I get nervous when places are too rough on the massage but not this one. It was literally perfect. I would 100 percent go back again!! Wow! Quick note. They are very big on having you tip at least 40-50%. So if you don't plan on tipping that, maybe rethink coming! I think they were easily worth the $20 tip

Prob the best massage I’ve had since college tennis days!!! Very knowledgeable of the body anatomy. Strong enough and soft enough! Nadia has magic hands and listens to your request! I’ll definitely be back!!!

This might be my new favorite massage spa in LA. Went for an hour massage and was really impressed! I really liked how they have a form in the beginning where you can circle spots you want focused on and how much pressure/ stretching you want. A lot of other spa’s I’ve been feel like the masseuse is just going thru the motions and doesn’t really care to be there. But here, it felt like the masseuse really cared to help relieve my tension and give me a great massage. The space is clean and relaxing. Highly recommend! Great pricing too.

Absolutely love this place! My first visit and the staff were so friendly and welcoming. They were also very patient with me and my boyfriend being late to our appointment due to traffic. The massage was top tier, as well as the relaxing music and the scented oils. You will not regret! <3

Love this place! Truly enjoyed my experience with Sonya. It's a really nice local massage place in Silver Lake. I loved the ambiance, the cleanliness, and just the quietness of the place. The hot stones were so relaxing. Definitely will be booking more massages in the future. Recommend to just do street parking because the back parking lot is very limited.
