I’ve had many massages and I can honestly say Scott gave me the BEST massage yet. I have SI joint dysfunction, rounded/protracted shoulders and tight traps from poor posture working at the desk. I feel incredible after 100 minutes.

By Far the best Place I’ve been to in years! The staff are great, the atmosphere was calming and smelled excellent. Love the decoration, the peppermint tea was delish! I had to get a membership especially after talking to the manager She was delightful, attentive, and knowledgeable. 10/10 go there everyone! The massage was 5 Stars!

Such a peaceful spa! I've had incredible massages with Manny (really digs in and knows his stuff), Faith (all around wonderful skills, compassionate, very peaceful, nurturing vibes,) and Derek (listens really well to my requests/needs, didn't want it to end) and amazing facials with Shannon, my skin looks amazing and she answered all of my questions, made great suggestions. Will definitely return again and again! ⚡️

Had my Pre- Birthday massage on Dec. 7th. David is an excellent masseur! He showed me how to stretch my obliques due to tightness. He also gave suggestions on how to cure soreness my shoulder area. I'm looking forward to rescheduling with him. He comes recommended by me. Thx, Rae 🌞

I had a great experience at Spavia! I was visiting Austin for my sister’s birthday and wanted to treat her to a day of relaxation. I had done research before my arrival to pick the perfect spa for our sister outing and chose Spavia. They didn’t disappoint!! My masseuse was Faith and my aesthetician was Jennifer. They both did an amazing job. I enjoyed the quiet, calmness of them both and the relaxing vibes. They offered hot tea and water and made sure we were comfortable. If I return to Austin and am in need of another day of pampering, I would absolutely return to Spavia and request to see Faith and Jennifer again.

I scheduled a brow wax through ClassPass & Shannon not only did a great job, but she was also able to squeeze me in for a last minute classic facial. The service was amazing, super relaxing, Shannon did a great job. I’ll be back.

My finance and I had a great visit at Spavia! The experience is great from the get-go with the atmosphere, the comfortable robes and of-course the expert masseuses. M-Scott took great care and consideration during the massage and really focused on problem areas that occur from weekly sports and weightlifting. I always recommend this place to my friends and family for a great massage experience!

Tommy was outstanding. I had an issue with my hip and my shoulder He worked on both with firm, comfortable pressure. I almost drifted off to sleep. It was a great session. The next morning I was up and out of bed without a pain. Fantastic.

UPDATED REVIEW: Spavia eventually reached out to me to make things right. I just finished my massage, and Faith was absolutely fantastic. Everyone was friendly, the atmosphere was beautiful and relaxing, and I feel completely rejuvenated. I really appreciate their response after my initial experience ❤️ Thank you very much. Past review: My daughter wanted to treat me to a massage and scheduled an appointment. She spoke on the phone with them at least three times to confirm the appointment, including the morning of. They called me the morning of the appointment to confirm as well. I took off work and drove over 30 minutes to get there, only to be told that they couldn't get me in for another 2 and 1/2 hours. I explained that the appointment had been confirmed multiple times, including a couple of hours ago, and that I drove over 30 minutes to get there. It didn't matter. My daughter called in and spoke to the manager; it didn't matter. There was no offer to make it right...... Just "I hope we can reschedule her." So disappointing

I always get a great massage at spavia. I love the little touches like the warm neck wraps and the selection of teas. This place is both affordable and luxurious. And there are never any high-pressure sales tactics or attempts to upsell you at the last minute.

I had a horrible experience on a date with my fiancé. The masseuse fell asleep while massaging me. I complained on my way out and nothing was done as far as a refund or an offer for a courtesy future visit with someone else. I was embarrassed to be this annoyed on my date with my partner. But I also feel like I paid a good amount of money and left there completely dissatisfied. I have reached out to the place and still no one has applied a credit or anything. Just sucks

I’m posting this in hopes of getting some acknowledgment from the staff. I had a negative experience on Friday and sent an email to explain, have responded to their multiple texts asking for feedback, followed up with emails asking for a response and haven’t heard anything 4 days later. I’ve been to two other Spavia locations (one in Austin and another in MN) and my experiences there did not prepare me for this at all. I would recommend going elsewhere, as the lack of communication with customers is concerning.

This place is a scam!!! Lets start off with the providers don’t wash their hands nor sanitize the massage table before the next client. After massage session providers get the client water but yet still haven’t washed their hands. So the water station is not clean!!! This so called spa needs to be reported!! In saying all that the therapist are under paid big time. Spavia takes Groupons for like $80 with that the therapist only gets $20 for a hour session but they don’t tell the therapist until the therapist notices it on their check stub they have to request for. So I guess that’s makes an unsatisfactory work place. Shirelle the spa manger doesn’t care about her staff she is out to make a dollar for her boss. So if you want a cheap, dirty, rub down I’d say try it out!! And to top it all off they use an app called Soothe to find therapist so you’ll never have the same person. Austin is full of great and clean spas don’t settle for less.

I got a deep tissue massage with Maggie and she was amazing! She was very attentive, making sure everything felt okay and making sure i was comfortable. She was also extremely knowledgeable and gave me tips for in between massages on how to help with certain pain areas I have from playing sports. Highly recommend! :)

Received a gift card for Spavia on Burnet for my birthday and decided to get a few wax services and an 80 minute massage. Due to the reviews about mix-ups with scheduling, I called to make sure everything was confirmed and Amy from the front desk was amazing. Very polite, patient and helpful. It seems to me like they are working on this because I had no issues. When I arrived, I was immediately greeted and shown to the ladies area where there is a dressing room, shower, restroom and locker for each guest. I was provided with a very comfortable robe and sandals which I changed in to and then went to the waiting area. They have multiple hot tea options, water and warm lavender neck pillows. The whole vibe was very calm and relaxing and facilities clean. My esthetician, Shannon, made me feel comfortable during my face, brow and brazilian wax. She took her time and was very attentive. The results are perfect! My massage specialist, Derek, was A-MA-ZING. I have received a lot of massages from all over and it was one of the best I have ever had. I felt like a different person afterward!! Thank you, Spavia, for the wonderful experience. Every person that was there yesterday 11/2/24 made me feel so welcome, comfortable and deserves props and a raise. Keep up the good work!!
