This Spa was exactly what I needed. All the staff were so friendly. I got a deep tissue massage and an express facial. Steven and my esthetician were so amazing at making sure I was comfortable after every step. By far the best massage I’ve gotten in a while!

Stevie was amazing and I would absolutely recommend him for a sports massage. He listened to my concerns and explained everything he was doing as he did it. I came in with serious pain in my shoulder and hip; afterward, the pain was almost gone.

I had a men's massage with Sean. The massage was super nice, he was very friendly and accommodating to my first massage experience, and we had a great conversation. Before the massage, there is a lounge area (and shower/changing room) with water and tea which I found relaxing. Thanks for the great experience!

I booked a deep tissue massage last minute with Garrett to address back pain, and it was so helpful! Great experience from start to finish, and it really did help alleviate my discomfort. He also had helpful suggestions for preventing recurrence.

I’ve had a Spavia membership for about a year now, and the peaceful atmosphere, attention to detail, and great staff keeps me coming back for more. The last two massages I had with Ary were truly incredible, and I will definitely be booking with her in the future. It’s obvious she puts a lot of care and effort into her work, and I’ve already noticed an improvement in my chronic upper back and neck pain. The only slight complaint I have is that the online booking system and app can be a bit difficult to use, but it’s nothing that detracts from the overall 5 star experience I have here every time I go.

My experience at Spavia Greenlake was outstanding! I was greeted with professionalism, warmth and courtesy even though I was a few minutes late because I got lost! My massage was one of the best I e ever had. Stevie listened attentively and massaged accordingly. Katherine performed an outstanding facial and gave me excellent tips for skincare. I will definitely return!

I had a massage by Stevie (11/20/24), which was amazing. His years of experience show. I would rebook with him. He payed attention to what I told him was hurting and checked in with me regularly to see how the pressure felt. However, there were three girls in the Reception area when I was leaving and two were very nice and friendly, but the one that seemed like she may be the manager was terrible to talk to (white girl with medium length brown hair). Her tone was very harsh and she was unaccommodating regarding a special they had where you buy $450 in gift cards, you get a free facial. I mention that I bought a $200 gift card the day before and asked if I could buy $250 (more/future business for them) and get the facial, and it was a hostile no. 😂 She seemed to have no idea how customer service works, or how to secure long-term clients. If her boss is reading this, I would pay attention to the culture she creates. Besides her, the place was wonderful and I would highly recommend Stevie.

I had the best service when I called to inquire about services. Amy answered the phone professionally and was very kind. I asked a lot of questions about what services were offered and she was precise and clear. I did not sched yet, but will definitely be reaching out again to enjoy what Spavia has to offer.

I was really looking forward to my massage but did not have a pleasant experience with the online booking system and especially the front desk receptionist. 1. Booking system - It took me multiple refreshes and tries to make an actual booking. There is nowhere that specifies or indicates that you, the customer, should make note of a particular discount. It simply says that it will be taken at the front desk checkout. 2. The front-desk lady had very weird vibes, like the kind of nice with a fake smile and condescending tone. When I mention the new customer offer she goes “oh I did not see a note here about that”. From a customer’s experience, I feel like they should be able to select the offer at booking or have a place to make note of that. 3. I was a few minutes late and get a long text message right when my appointment time starts reminding me of the fine-print cancellation, no-show charges, being late, signing forms, etc. I’m thinking if they really cared about their clients and specialists’ time, they would have called rather than send a long message for someone to read while they are driving or on their way in another means of getting there. Now I assume the front desk lady, Amy was the one who sent this message. When I do get there, she asks me to sign some forms to which I had already done prior to getting there (via another message they had sent). In this instance, the staff should really do their due diligence. 4. The massage itself was fine, nothing great or outstanding. I did not really like that they only used lotion and it was just lathered everywhere. I felt very sticky afterwards and was oddly surprised that my slippers were oily? Anyways, this experience was really finicky, not seamless, and Amy rubbed me the wrong way. I regret spending my money and time here. I was really wanting a pleasant and calming experience, but the staff just did not cut it.

Super disappointed. I used to go here a couple times per year. I mostly had good experiences, but I feel like something changed and it's started to go downhill a bit. I can't say the services got any worse and the staff were always nice, but they canceled two of my appointments day-of or the day before because of "staffing issues". Not to mention that the staff was literally always different, which just makes me feel like maybe they aren't being treated very well there or something. This is all anecdotal but it just makes me suspicious. I wouldn't necessarily say "never go here" but I would say that you can probably find the same experience at a similar price point elsewhere.
