My husband surprised me with a couples massage for our anniversary and we had an amazing time! Troiah and Lynette both did amazing making us newbies feel comfortable and relaxed. The entire experience start to finish was sensational, professional, and peaceful. Also btw; The hibiscus strawberry tea in the relaxing area is DELICIOUS. If we lived closer to Cary (we are an hour away) we would most definitely be getting a membership; but for now we will be adding it as a MUST to our plans for future trips to Cary.

A colleague recommended Spavia, as I’ve been in search of a nice, clean facility for a couples massage. I went once a few months ago and enjoyed the experience. I have literally contacted Spavia 4 times (during business hours) within the last 10 days AND left two messages, in an attempt to schedule and have not received a response. Prior to typing this, I called again for one last try and still no answer. The phone rings several times and then goes to an answering machine. No one should have to make this many attempts JUST TO SCHEDULE. 5 calls and I’m still not scheduled…?! I’ll take my business elsewhere!

I love coming, never disappointed, the atmosphere is relaxing, luxury-feeling, & the staff is always attentive. I don't ever request a specific masseuse because each experience I've had has been great! It's nice to make an appointment online but if I ever plan to bring someone with me, I call & they are able to help me schedule the appointments at the same time which makes it easy.

Ara's skills, attentiveness, and care are outstanding. She began the process of relieving chronic neck pain from pinched nerves. I felt lighter and much less irritable from the first 60 min' massage. Ara also recommended a realistic regiment that I am following to help my neck and back heal quickly. I got the membership because of Ara, the clean environent and the wonderful staff. Also, Aleks and Jordan made my lady amd I feel like welcomed guest. Thank you

Spavia is perfect and you would never want to leave. Super welcoming.. have such a calm and peaceful vibe. I went there for facial and Sarah was amazing. She knew exactly what she was doing. I would definitely go again and try the massage.

I was in the area for a couple of hours, and decided to get a facial to kill time. I’m glad I did, I was greeted warmly and treated kindly. Casey was a doll, and gave me helpful advice on how to maintain my oily skin. Great experience! Will definitely be back if I get the chance.

My wife and I decided to plan a day for ourselves while our kids were in daycare and we decided to do a couples massage at Spavia. Concetta and Troiah did an amazing job! I literally felt the knot(felt like the size of 50 cent piece) in my shoulder area leave as Concetta massaged it. We also received education on how to properly stretch. It was an amazing experience, super clean, and everyone was really professional.

SPAVIA is so relaxing. I’ve been here twice through class pass. I had a detox wrap and it was amazing. Sara made me feel not self conscious at all and took into account some injuries I had. Definitely try it out!

Very disappointed. My son and daughter in law were in town and looking forward to their couples massage. Unfortunately we had a family emergency a half hr before so unfortunately didn't make the massage. I notified business of situation and they still took groupon/cancellation fee with no remorse for my family. No reschedule.

Had tried several Spas around town and decided to give Spavia a try. So glad I did , they are a step above the rest and their staff is friendly and professional. Had my 4th massage with them and Parker did a fabulous job. Have joined them with a membership and can’t wait to go back again!! Give them a try and see what I mean!

Nikki probably gave me the best massage Ive ever had! She noticed places that were stiff that I wasn't even aware of and went above and beyond to help loosen em. Definitely will come back again!

I have been coming to Spavia for more than a year. The Spavia facility offers a relaxing environment. I have always been extremely pleased with all the Massage specialists that I have used. I signed up for the annual massage agreement and try and use it once a month. It also provides for my wife to have a facial once a month at a discounted price.

I have been going to SPAVIA Day Spa from the first day it opened. The staff is wonderful! It is a wonderful atmosphere, relaxing and welcoming. It does not matter if it is a massage or a facial you cannot go wrong with any service or the staff. I highly recommend SPAVIA as I do to my friends regularly. Stephanie the owner has been the most gracious and caring person since the first day I stepped into this wonderful retreat!! Please try it!!!

My first time at Spavia was last month and I had a wonderful experience. Melanie was a phenomenal masseuse! I enjoyed it so much I was considering purchasing a premier membership. I was so excited to return today, but my experience was different this time. My masseuse was 10 minutes late grabbing me from the waiting area, but thankfully she added on the missed 10 minutes at the end. So the massage was still 60 minutes long, but if I had a hard stop at my scheduled end time this wouldn’t have worked for me and it would have only been a 50 minute massage. The massage itself was great, so my main complaint is that the masseuse talked almost the entire time. I filled out a preference card indicating that I want no talking during my massages, but that wasn’t followed today. She was very nice and sweet, but when I pay $109 to relax for an hour a few weeks before I give birth I expect it to be a relaxing session. It’s hard to relax when someone is talking to you the entire time. Again, the massage itself was wonderful and the masseuse was very nice, but the late start/stop time and the constant conversation during my massage really impacted my experience today.

My son and I were visiting for GalaxyCon, and I thought a relaxing massage would be a great idea. We were warmly greeted by Samie, who knew our names and remembered our conversation from booking the appt. She guided us through the intake forms to personalize our experience. Our massage therapists, Concetta and Parker, were amazing – we both felt incredible afterwards. It was just what we needed after our travels. I’ve had many massages in my life, but Spavia has perfected the experience in a way that truly sets them apart. Every detail is thoughtfully considered, and I was beyond impressed. Highly recommend Spavia for an exceptional and personalized spa experience.

This spa is a complete relaxation experience. The relaxation area with the hot neck pillows, hot tea options, low lights, and waterfall allows you to completely recharge. I highly recommend Spavia - best massages and facials!
