I can't say enough about our incredible experience at Spavia! My husband and I decided to treat ourselves to a couples massage after receiving a gift certificate from some friends, and it was absolutely fabulous. From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. Dennis and Meesha were our therapists, and they were both exceptional. They made us feel comfortable, relaxed, and completely pampered throughout the entire session. My neck and shoulders have never felt better—seriously, they feel like a million bucks! Dennis truly has hands of an angel, working out every knot and tension with such care and skill. Meesha was equally amazing, creating a soothing and tranquil environment. The ambiance at Spavia is also perfect—calming and luxurious without being over-the-top. We left feeling completely rejuvenated and refreshed. If you're looking for an unforgettable, relaxing experience, I highly recommend Spavia. Dennis and Meesha are truly gifted, and we will absolutely be back for another incredible experience!

This was the worse massage ever!!! It felt like my 4 year old scratching and sliding on me, I wanted to end it but I didn’t want to insult my masseuse. I left feeling, more irritated than relaxed. The facility was very relaxing, but I will Never be back for another massage!

I got a facial for the very first time with Destiny. The ambiance of the entire space is calm, relaxing, and tranquil. From the moment my mom and I walked in the door to Spavia, we were greeted with smiles. Destiny did a phenomenal job with my facial. My skin looks and feels amazing after. I was planning my next trip to Spavia during my facial today. I could not recommend Spavia or Destiny enough. I look forward to my next visit!!

Dennis is a gem!!! I’ve been to all kinds of spas and locations, but best massage I’ve ever had here with Dennis. He used different techniques to hit different points where I’ve been experiencing pain. A scalp massage, connecting to points on my neck and back and then focusing on feet or legs where it may have been connected. A different flow versus just focusing on one area at a time, and it truly made a world of a difference for me. Too many times I’ve had massages where they didn’t get my pain points or I left feeling that certain areas could use more attention, but this massage ticked all the boxes! Dennis was also very kind, polite and professional. I also enjoyed the ambiance when I came in, so friendly, relaxing robe and neck wrap too. Highly recommend to anyone in the area or even visiting and looking for a spa day. Can’t wait to be back next month - the membership is totally worth it!

Dennis was amazing. Very respectful of privacy while also asking preferences and following through. I feel amazing after a 60 minute deep tissue. The whole spa has a great vibe and I always feel relaxed as soon as I walk in the door.

I have been coming to Spavia for a few years now for my birthday, and this has been the best treatment I have ever received! Destiny was absolutely phenomenal and put so much time, effort, and love into my facial treatment! I actually cried a little during the treatment because I was so happy and relaxed! I am a new mom and needed some relaxation, and Destiny made this one of the best birthdays I’ve ever had!!

I went for a massage and it was so amazing! They ask your preferences before the massage for lotion scent, music, pressure. The front desk people were so calm and nice. Amber was incredible!!! Very responsive, kind, and great at the massage! There was a room to change into a robe and sandals and they have lockers for your stuff. The room was private, quiet, and comfortable. Definitely would recommend!

Today was my first time ever at SPAVIA and I am so happy I chose to come here. Amber was my masseuse and was absolutely amazing. She explained everything and was so sweet. Destiny did amazing job with my facial. She also explained what she would be doing and answered all questions I had. I will absolutely be back!

I love the products and services this salon offers. I have been a member with spavia over a year at a different location, when I moved and came to the rookwood location. Debbie the owner is not very nice. I miss the feeling of going to a salon with people who welcome you at check in and make your day feel like a spa day and not like they want to rush you in and out but also get as much $$ as possible. Very let down at this location.
