Absolutely loved our couples massage here. It was my third ever massage and my first one in Charlotte. The staff were very welcoming and accommodating. The amenities our top notch and the massage by Dana was even better. My only complaint is that the massage didn’t last longer.😊

Today, I had the pleasure of being treated by my amazing massage therapist, Dierra. She gave me exactly what I needed—and more! It was absolute heaven. Honestly, when my massage was over, it took me a minute to gather the energy to get up. Dierra melted away all my stress. If you’re craving true relaxation, trust me, you need to visit Spavia! I’m so grateful for my membership and the incredible experiences it brings. Highly recommend!! ✨

The ambiance of the spa was lovely, and my therapist provided excellent service. However, the body scrub protocol did not align with industry standards. In my experience, a comprehensive body scrub typically includes the hands, feet, and stomach, which were not addressed during the treatment.

My overall experience was excellent. The robe and slippers make things easier. Lilly was great! She had the right amount of pressure and the ambiance was just right. I even took a small nap, which I hadn't done in months. It was my treat pre-surgery but I'll definitely be back!

Excellent customer service! I treated myself to a deep tissue massage and a hydroderm facial. I was very pleased with both services and would highly recommend! All the technicians at Spavia are wonderful and very skilled at what they do.

Pros: Masseuse Donelle was great. I liked the choice of music and scent of oils. Staff super friendly and helpful. Cons: headrest / facerest when face down was very uncomfortable after several minutes. Oil was cold when masseuse reapplied oil to her hands. Changing area for men offered no privacy unless using the bathroom which is not set up for changing clothes
