This was an absolutely stunning and relaxing experience! I booked a facial and massage for myself and a rejuvenating and hot stone massage for my mother’s 60th birthday. I enjoyed that you could select your lotion scent and music preferences at check-in. Nora was our massage specialist and Kassandra provided our facials and both ladies were a joy to interact with! Nora provided excellent pressure and found tension spots that I didn’t know existed in my body and Kassandra had such an amazing pace with how she applied products - my mother described her as having “butterfly fingers!” This was such a joyful experience and by far the highlight of our girls trip!

First time at Spavia, and had an amazing experience with Maria. I let her know about my chronically sore and right shoulders, and she worked magic on my knots. Great and comfy changing area, with all products needed to get yourself together post treatment.

Consistently attentive and relaxing service right in Greek Town. Great range of treatment options and products - including a private infrared sauna. The subscription is a nice value as well. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend Kassandra for a purifying acne facial. Gentle and extremely knowledgeable. I felt so relaxed in her care! Even got to meet the owner, Paul, who was extremely welcoming. Clean facility and the most comfiest robes I’ve ever experienced!

I absolutely love coming here!! I’ve been a member for some time now, and all of the masseuses are incredible. The place is gorgeous, always clean, and smells divine. All of the staff are lovely, and the owner, Paul, is beyond generous and kind! I look forward to coming here every month. Can’t wait to try a facial soon!

I learned about Spavia through a local non-profit and needed a self care day this winter. I’m so glad I went to the Spavia West Loop location. It was easy to get to, park, and relax! The layout and vibe is gorgeous, all the staff are so kind, and my massage with Sandra was exactly what I needed. Her kindness and attentiveness to my needs made the experience beautiful.

This was a 10/10 experience for me. The staff, ambience and services were of true spa nature. I truly felt like I stepped into an oasis here. Ariana was my masseuse. She was incredibly talented and gave me post-massage recommendations for my shoulder and neck issues. I would recommend her and this spa to anyone.

Spavia was an absolute delight. My husband and I were visiting Chicago for just a couple of days. We get messages regularly and were in dire need after traveling and sitting in the car for hours. They got us both in for 80 minute each and it was DEVINE! I had Sandra and my husband had Nora. We both agreed that even tho the pressure was less than we were use to, the results were still amazing. The receptionist also suggested the red light sauna after our messages. BEST ADDITION and super affordable. We were provided robes and slippers to lounge in between messages and sauna. Their robes are so luxurious, I actually bought one before leaving. We both left relaxed and ready for our adventure thru Chicago. Definitely worth every penny!

This place is fantastic. The locker room is so clean and the lounge area is so lovely and offers tea and water and warm neck wraps. I’ve gotten two massages here so far—both with Nora M. Both services have been exceptional. My first massage was so good, I decided to get a membership. She really puts love and thoughtfulness into the service, and I leave feeling so much calmer and relaxed.

Visited the Spavia Mcgregor location in NC while in town and loved the spa and its services. For my birthday a friend gave me a spa finder gift card and Spavia was listed on the gift card. I called the Chicago location and was told that they are not accepting the spa finder gift cards at this time. I think this is absolutely unacceptable and if you’re going to pick and choose when you want to accept gift cards that clearly have YOUR name on them please have your name removed from the gift card. I was looking forward to patronizing this franchise but since they aren’t accepting the gift card I will go elsewhere.

10/10 spa, I got a couples massage for my anniversary and the staff was amazing from start to finish. The space is clean and relaxing, the robe is the comfiest thing I’ve ever put on and my masseuse Nora was amazing. They don’t rush you out the door and even give you a heated neck wrap to put on after your massage. We’ll definitely be back.

My partner and I had a wonderful experience at Spavia Day Spa in the West Loop! Our couple's massage was incredibly relaxing, and finishing with the sauna light therapy made the whole experience even better. Ashley and her team were warm, attentive, and made us feel right at home. We left feeling rejuvenated and can't wait to come back on our next trip to Chicago!

Ariana is incredible! She always selects products and services based on my individual circumstance. She is knowledgeable, thorough and thoughtful in her practice. I had the glow & go facial which left my face radiant. It was my first time at this location and it was a great experience. The staff was kind and helpful, and the retreat areas beautifully laid out.

I came to the spa with lots of aches and pains Josh (GA) quickly checked me for my scheduled massage Lizzy (MT) has very soft hands and a smooth gentle gliding hand touch that got all of my hardened body kinks out I caught myself a few times almost falling asleep from her relaxing full body massage techinque Lizzy gave me a GREAT massage! :-)

Yikes. Where do I begin? I was scheduled for a 100 minute massage and 90 minutes facial. Everything seemed alright until the masseuse left the room and I realized that the room shared a wall with the break room. I could hear conversations, videos, everything. The massage was awful. Rough treatment on my neck, odd times of the masseuse just holding my ears, her bumping my hair head constantly, and then being told that I was fighting her when she nudged my arm and I couldn't read her mind as to where I should move it. I was so uncomfortable. I thought about just suffering through it, but when she told me that "fighting her defeated the purpose" I ended the session less than an hour in, something I've never done. I left, got dressed and when I went to check out, the Lead Guest Associate apologized and then asked me to leave a tip for the facial. The lack of customer care was almost comical. Update 10/2: contrary to the response below, no one has reached out to me, even though it has been 5 days since the incident.
