I had the pleasure of receiving a fantastic massage from Leilani today. She listened to the areas I wanted more time on, was professional, and ensured I had all that I needed. I loved how the room was very relaxing, and they customized it based on information I provided on my intake form, like the color of the room, sounds, smells, etc. The decor is very modern and clean and I will definitely be back. I highly recommend

I was incredibly frustrated by my recent experience scheduling appointments at SpaWell Lake Nona. Weeks in advance, I specifically booked a massage and facial with the intention of having a male therapist for the massage portion. Disappointingly, just a few days before my appointment, I was contacted and told my chosen male therapist wouldn't be available and they switched me to a female therapist. Instead of working with me to find a solution that respected my preference, SpaWell attempted to completely reschedule my entire appointment cadence and switch me to a female massage therapist which was not my preference. This showed a complete disregard for my initial plan and my specific request for a male massage therapist. Customer preferences should be a top priority, and in this case, SpaWell fell short. I would not recommend this spa to anyone seeking a personalized and accommodating experience.

Highly recommend a prenatal massage with Gabriela for expecting moms out there!! Didn’t realize how sore my body was from just being pregnant until I got the massage. Felt rejuvenated after my session! Definitely coming back for another session!!

I cannot express how AMAZING this place is. I've been in the Orlando area for a few years now, but was unsuccessful in finding a massage therapist who I jived with. Cue Gabriela Ortiz! To start, I was a bit apprehensive about walking into the Pilates building due to social anxiety and hating not knowing where I am going. As soon as I walked in, I was immediately greeted by Gabriela. In a world where we often have to wait to see our specialist at an appointment, it was refreshing to have them ready as soon as you walked in the door. This also put my mind at ease because I knew I was in the right place. Next, there was Gabriela's friendly demeanor and genuine concern for my wellbeing. She clearly had reviewed the documents I filled out beforehand and was ready to actively engage with me. Speaking of the documents, this was the most thorough questionnaire I have ever completed. Down to what color lighting I prefer (who does that?), I was very impressed! The massage was the perfect amount of pressure and I felt like I was in good hands...literally. I swear Gabriela massaged out childhood trauma from when I was 4 yrs. old. She's that good! Once the massage was complete, we discussed what she noticed in my body which was really neat. I've never had an after-massage-discussion about the areas my body displays stress/tension. I felt zero pressure to book another appointment which is something I greatly appreciate as well. 10/10, would...and will go again!

Highly recommend for a great massage in Lake Nona! Met with Gabi for a prenatal massage and she was fantastic! Really was able to get into my muscles even though I’m expecting. She also took time to understand my body and where I wanted to focus. One of the best prenatal massages I’ve ever had.

I can’t tell you how amazing Kim and her team are at SpaWell. They are extremely caring and have the knowledge and skills to help your body recover. I’ve gone to Kim for an amazing facial and multiple massages. The latest massage I had was with Gabriela and she did cupping on my shoulder injury. It was the first time I’ve ever fallen asleep during a massage! I felt so much better afterwards. Go here, you won’t regret it.

Kim Deeter's SpaWell is a convenient, efficient, and comfortable place, which is nice enough in itself. But Kim's skills as a massage therapist are unquestionably the best I have encountered in decades of life in athletic and outdoor sporting pursuits. Her spa is a treasure nestled in the Lake Nona community. Kim takes the time to get to know her clients' typical needs, keeps detailed notes of each treatment, and always begins a session asking what specific areas or problems you'd like her to focus on that day. Thanks to Kim, I was able to come back from a painful back injury quickly before a major competition. Following two such demanding events, her extensive knowledge of musculature and massage techniques restored my body to a state of comfort and readiness to begin training for the next one. No matter how you spend your work and play time, if you'd like your body to work better and feel better, I cannot recommend Kim Deeter and SpaWell highly enough.

I can't say enough about SpaWell! I relocated to Lake Nona 2 years ago and went to several locations before finding this gem. My therapist was Kim, and from the moment she greeted me until now, its been 5 star red carpet...every single time. She somehow manages to continuously overexceed my expectations. Its refreshing to find a therapist that actually listens to you. My needs have changed over the last 2 years and with each massage, she does the same consultation she did when I was a new client. She makes me feel comfortable, and goes above and beyond to make sure the room is clean and sanitized. If your looking for quality and someone who cares, Spawell is the place to be!!

I have had massages from many different therapists, and can confidently say Kim is by far one of the best therapists I have ever been to. She is patient and thorough to understand your needs, is truly in sync with the body and what is needed, and is incredibly skilled. Her demeanor is instantly relaxing and her spa is always impeccably clean, following all safety precautions. I have also gone to Kim for a facial, which was also incredible. She was thorough and helped me to come up with a skincare routine that works well for me. She also carries a great product line and is incredibly knowledgable on all things massage and skincare. Could not recommend enough!

I call my monthly facials the "best day of the month," because I always come away feeling amazing and loving the way my skin looks. Her spa is always pristine, spotless and clean, and Kim ensures that you feel comfortable and she wears a mask the entire time. She uses state of the art equipment, professional skin care products and stays up to date on how to make your skin look and feel its best. What I absolutely love about Kim is that she performs a comprehensive exam on my skin before my facial and asks about how my skin has felt and if I have any issues or concerns, then tailors my facial to those needs. And did I mention that she also gives massages? Incredible messages specifically for what you want, I add this to my monthly facials because we all deserve a little extra pampering.

I have had several facials with Kim and she is by far the best. She is very patient and works with your needs. She talks to you about what her plan is after examining the skin and honestly she has been spot on every time. I have been dry and my skin hasn’t really had that brightness to it and she has done some amazing facials to get my skins moisture back along with that nice glow!! I love working with her and trust her skills. Oh have I mentioned her different aromas she uses and mixes are amazing! Best of all they are all perfect for the skin and it makes it so relaxing!

Kim is excellent she listens very well and I have had great results with alleviating pain. I highly recommend her and I will never go to anyone else again!
