Last week was my first time to have a haircut by Kevin. I did not know Kevin before. I needed a new barber, so I looked around on the net and found him. I liked what people said about his work in the reviews, so I decided to give it a try. I have to say I was very pleased with the result. It exceeded my expectations, and I felt so glad that I had come to him. Kevin is skillful, knowledgeable, and most importantly, cares. He seemed to care more about the result of my haircut than me myself. More than once during my haircut, he stopped and double-checked with me on things that I considered minor. Either way would be fine with me. And before I forget, the price is also very good. I recommend Kevin to you if you are looking for a reliable, skillful, and affordable hair stylist, who is willing to work with you and cares as much as you do for the result of the job.

Edit: Your response just proves once again you gave me a cut THAT YOU WANTED and not what I wanted. You saying my hair would have been a bowl cut is just a poor excuse for what you did. You cut WAY too much off to begin with. You did not once suggest anything off the top, just the sides. Yes I agreed to your suggestion to the sides thinking you knew what you were doing. If my haircut would have turned into a bowl cut, then why have I never had this issue with my regular hairdresser? OBVIOUSLY perms are not meant to be kept. Literally all I wanted was a clean up and NOT A NEW HAIRCUT, which is why I asked for what I did in the beginning. Even after all of this, I STILL RECOMMENDED your place for a haircut. Just accept you made the mistake instead of making poor excuses to save your public image. I've changed my review to one star based on your response. ----------------------------------- Cut way too much hair off and completely ruined my perm even after stating I liked my current length and mainly wanted the sides and back done. It feels like he gave me a cut that he wanted and not what I wanted. Very frustrating. If you just want a haircut, this place is completely fine but if you have a specific hairstyle that you want cleaned up, go elsewhere.

I met kevin more than a decade ago! This was before I have a son. I lost contact of him during the pandemic, and when the businesses started opening again I didn’t know moved. He was the best hair dresser i’ve ever had! Most people i’ve experience with just just cut my hair in less than 10 mins and I can literally see they don’t put any effort. Kevin will listen to your request, check your hair and will explain if this cut will suit your hair type. He doesn’t rush it! He’s just simply amazing! I’m sooo happy I found him again. This time my son will start having his haircut from him!!

Kevin is amazing. He doesn’t just give you the haircut you’re asking for, he takes the time to explain what works best for your face and how you should style it. He takes his time and it really shows. Love getting my hair cut by him!

As soon as I walked into the salon Kevin greeted me with a warm and friendly energy. It was my first time getting my hair cut by a barber that specializes in Asian hair so I had high expectations and hope. Without a doubt, I instantly knew that Kevin had plenty of experience and knowledge on the topic. He answered all of my questions with confidence and offered friendly advice to keep my hair healthy. If you’re looking for a barber that knows the inner workings of Asian hair I would strongly recommend going to Kevin! I loved my haircut and Kevin is definitely my go-to now when I am in town!
